This is by no means the first time that Google and You Tube have engaged in open
blacklisting of Alex Jones’ material. Over many years we have documented numerous instances of censorship and
attempts to chill free speech, including You Tube’s removal of The Obama Deception and Google’s refusal to allow
its shopping cart software to carry the film after the company labeled the documentary ‘hate
speech’.
With the Obama administration vowing to infiltrate and eviscerate so-called “conspiracy
theories” by clamping down on free speech through the work of people like Cass Sunstein, Google and its
subsidiary You Tube are now at the forefront of the agenda to turn the Internet into a sanitized and compliant
forum in the same mould as cable television.
Once Google’s fiercest critics have been silenced for good the company can then set about
implementing its CIA-backed total information awareness program, which will scour Twitter accounts, blogs and
websites for all sorts of information left by individual users, aiming to use this data to “predict the future”
and completely direct and control people’s lives and behavior.
Accusation alone–without due process– can bar your
authorization to travel, buy guns, and soon, from many other privileges of the state.
In an alarming step towards total fascism, a bill rapidly
working its way through Congress would allow strong measures to deal with tax cheats found by the IRS to
owe more than $50,000. Those accused of delinquency would have their passport status removed and be banned from
travel, revoking without due process the basic rights held by American citizens. Moreover, the suspect, once listed
by the IRS, is placed in a centralized database for travel authorization where the ban is enforced. Remarkably,
this power to blacklist citizens is handed extra-judiciously to the government agency directly without requirements
in the bill for any charges at all.
Efforts to pass a bill that would allow the IRS to deny
travel rights to U.S. citizens who the feds merely claim owe $50,000 or more in delinquent taxes represents a de
facto move to revoke the citizenship of Americans without due process and in complete violation of the
Constitution.
These IRS-based bans only extend the existing and growing
powers of the blacklist itself. While some in society will be barred from travel, all will increasingly be forced
to submit their credentials for permission to board transportation or cross borders. Not only that, but now, $50k
in back taxes is basically like being labeled a terrorist! Obama authorized the killing an American citizen without
due process because he was an (accused) terrorist. Then, Obama authorized the indefinite detention of American
citizens without due process under NDAA in the event that they might be a terrorist. And the protection of
individual rights slip away from there into total tyranny.
The no fly watch list after 9/11 brandished many people with unwarranted suspicion and barred them from travel.
Bizarrely, legal attempts to remove the names of many ordinary travelers, including children, from the watch list
have ended only with frustration and little explanation. Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel bragged to the Brady Center that the ‘No Fly’
list would be used to bar citizens from rightfully purchasing firearms, putting travelers who’ve received
no due process or been charged with any crime on a binding ‘No Buy’ gun list. How far will it go? They’ve already
eyed authorization lists for bank accounts, jobs, alcohol purchases, alimony dads, and more. As the system slowly
forces everyone onto a totally cashless control grid, people will be forced to swipe their credentials, an
ID/payment card, for authorization to buy or do anything in the system. That is what the Mark of the
Beast will look like in effect, a policy for total control long called for by globalist institutions like
the IMF and World Bank.
It is one thing to bar criminals of something after charges, trials, convictions, etc. It is quite another to
place people who are only under suspicion or accusation on a list that specifically
bars enumerated rights. Travel is a right; bearing arms is a right. Preventing the free exercise thereof of these
rights without due process is what the Constitution is about at the core. Why? Corruption and
selective enforcement are virtually guaranteed. The abuse of power by the ruling party in blacklisting political
enemies and vulnerable groups is certain to arise, as history has shown, and revoking passports has been a favored
tool by many dictatorships.
The federal government, whether in the executive branch staff, the Congress, or the various administrations, is
home to tax cheating, insider trading, and corruption of all kinds at all levels. Yet, these insiders have made
deals giving the power to the ruling bankers. Few of them will be barred. Already flight bans run by Homeland
Security and their partner agencies have shown that ordinary people will be targeted by these systems. And while a
$50,000 tax cheat may seem like a big spender and significant threat, the bar is being lowered to meet your standard
of living, too. A mix of harassment over mundane activities, a targeting of political groups and an assortment
of accident & abuse of power will put many Americans on a list exiling them from society.
That is why we must rally to defeat this legislation, and rally defenders of liberty, of civil rights and the
basic freedom to travel under ordinary conditions to stop this trend of impeding travel and encroaching upon the
Constitution. All laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void; Marbury v Madison. All tyranny
needs to flourish is for good men and women to do nothing.

Despite
Google’s much-heralded support for the anti-SOPA movement, the web giant is already enforcing SOPA-like policies of
its own, blacklisting legitimate websites from its news aggregator and following government orders to remove
material from its search results and You Tube.
As major
Internet giants joined forces yesterday to protest legislation that would hand the U.S. government power to
arbitrarily seize websites with no legal process under the pretext of copyright infringement, Google slapped a
black censorship image over its logo andurged people to sign an anti-SOPA petition that has
accrued over 5 million signees.
However, Google’s main issue with SOPA is seemingly not related to
their concerns about Chinese-style web censorship becoming commonplace, but rather which entity gets to wield those
powers – large transnational corporations or governments.
While Google criticizes SOPA publicly, it is already privately using
SOPA-like powers to unfairly marginalize legitimate web content.
Google News is a content aggregator that allows users to search
thousands of news sources for relevant stories. Although the aggregator includes a plethora of obscure,
occasionally offensive, and barely-read websites, inNovember 2010 Google
took the decision to de-list PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.com from
its indexed news sources.
Infowars.com alone is an internationally recognized news website
thatgets more traffic than MSNBC.com and
innumerable other big mainstream news websites. Our articles are routinely featured on the Drudge Report, which
itself is renowned as the primary agenda-setting news website in the United States,
driving more traffic to individual stories than the likes of Facebook
and Twitter combined.
Infowars owner Alex Jones is a nationally syndicated radio host whose
broadcast appears on an ever-expanding list of big mainstream radio stations. Jones has been afforded feature
profiles by the likes of
Rolling Stone Magazine, who acknowledged his role as a pioneer in the
media world.
Infowars.com is clearly a legitimate and important news website that
features original content which routinely makes an impact and occasionally goes viral. And yet Google de-listed the
website from its news aggregator on a whim with no explanation provided. Since Google and its owner Eric Schmidt
areprominent financial contributors to the Obama campaign,
we can only assume we were blacklisted for political reasons.
Whether you concur with our political stance or are rapidly against
it, what can’t be argued is that we are a legitimate news outfit – but Google has arbitrarily banned us from
appearing on their ‘news’ search results.
This is a clear example of how Google is already enforcing SOPA-like
rules of its own choosing, without the need for any law to be passed by any legislative body.
In addition, while concerns rage about the state obtaining the power to shut down
websites and remove web content with no recourse,
Google is already following orders from the federal government in the
majority of cases in removing videos from its You Tube platform, including takedowns on the grounds that the videos
contain “government criticism”.
Google-owned You Tube hascomplied with thousands of requests worldwide to
remove political protest videos that are clearly not in violation of any copyright or national security interests
and do not constitute defamation.
The number of takedown orders received by Google from authorities
based in the United States rose dramatically over the past year, with demands to remove information increasing by
70 per cent. Google complied in removing the material in 63% of the cases.
One such example was You Tube’s compliance with a request from the
British government to censor footage of the British Constitution Group’s Lawful Rebellion protest, during which
they attempted to civilly arrest Judge Michael Peake at Birkenhead county court.
Google has also targeted our own You Tube channel for termination on
numerous occasions merely for posting legitimate news content,such as the
Wikileaks Apache helicopter footage, which appears on hundreds of other
You Tube channels.
Crucially,Google has for years
censored its own search results subject to the mandates of different
governments across the world. SOPA and PIPA are merely an effort to codify into US law what is already taking place
in more authoritarian countries, with the willing participation of Google itself.
Many other web giants are also moving to censor the Internet,
including VeriSign, whorecently demanded the power to terminate websites
deemed “abusive” with no legal oversight whatsoever.
Public wi-fi systems stationed in airports, train stations,
libraries, schools, and workplacesalso routinely censor political
websites.
Who needs government to censor the Internet when large corporations
are already doing it? Amidst all the anti-SOPA rage, we should not be so naive as to give the likes of Google a
pass when considering the totality of threats posed to free speech on the world wide web.
We encourage people to at least be aware of alternatives to Google,
search websites that will not enact SOPA-like censorship policies, such asStartPage.com. Watch a

In a damning new lurch towards web censorship, Google’s
news aggregator has blacklisted Prison Planet and Infowars despite the fact that both websites are internationally
known and now attract more traffic than many mainstream media websites, while Google-owned You Tube has frozen the
Alex Jones Channel based on a spurious complaint about showing Wikileaks footage that has been carried on hundreds
of other You Tube channels for months.

After carrying our content for years, Google News last
week purged Prison Planet and Infowars from its aggregator system, ensuring that our stories no longer appear
alongside the likes of CNN and Fox News in a frightening early salvo in the move towards a tiered Internet that
favors large corporations while independent voices are strangled.
Only smaller sites that re-post Prison Planet content have appeared in Google searches since early November,
proving that the campaign is a deliberate effort on behalf of Google to restrict traffic to Alex Jones’ websites.
Our stories have been linked almost every day on the Drudge Report for the past three weeks, as our readership
figures soar past numerous corporate media websites that are carried by Google News. We are clearly a legitimate
and internationally recognized news outlet and yet Google has blacklisted us because it disagrees with our
political viewpoints.
In addition, Google-owned You Tube yesterday moved to freeze the popular Alex Jones Channel, which has well over
100,000 subscribers and has had over 75 million views. You Tube made a spurious claim that the channel had violated
“community guidelines” by posting a segment from the infamous Wikileaks Apache footage, when the footage is in fact
posted in greater length on hundreds of other You Tube channels, including Al Jazeera, Russia Today and CBS News.

When we responded to You Tube by pointing out that the Wikileaks footage in question appeared in multiple places
elsewhere on You Tube in far greater length and detail, and that it was not vulgar or offensive but a real incident
that was of clear public concern which was posted under fair use (USC Title 17, Section 106A-117), You Tube reacted
by freezing uploading privileges for the account while also threatening to terminate it entirely.
You Tube is essentially sending a message that if you disagree with their decision, your claim won’t be
considered, you will simply be punished to an even greater degree.

Google CEO Eric Schmidt has announced that Google, in conjunction with the CIA, is set to become the
ultimate Big Brother entity that “will know so much about its users that the search engine will be able to help
them plan their lives” by constantly tracking their location via smart phones and telling them where to go and what
to do.
There is also no doubt that Google is one of the corporations at the forefront of the government’s drive to use
cybersecurity as a pretext for killing the free Internet, having previously worked with the NSA and the CIA.
There can be little doubt that this latest lurch in web censorship is part of the overall agenda to tighten the
noose around independent news websites as they continue to outstrip the establishment media in terms of
trustworthiness and reach.
Infowars.com alone now gets more traffic than MSNBC.com, a multi-billion dollar news operation funded by General
Electric and the military-industrial complex.
The fact that millions are shunning the mainstream media
and flocking to independent media outlets undoubtedly has the system running scared, exemplified by the recent
rebellion against the TSA which was led by the Drudge Report.
The fact that the status quo is rapidly losing its power to influence the body politic and that this is shifting
over to independent media not controlled by giant corporations has the establishment petrified, which is why they
are doing everything possible to tighten the screws on websites like Prison Planet, Infowars, and Alex Jones
content in general.
It is evident that the system revels in any chance to dampen the loud voice that Alex Jones,
Infowars.com/PrisonPlanet.com and its supporters have raised on the Internet, effectively challenging the status
quo and mainstream media spin on major news and events. With the easy passage of the
web censorship bill, it is clear that what is happening now to Infowars.com and Alex Jones will soon happen to
anyone without a politically-correct message, particularly when that message is capable of resonating throughout
large parts of the globe.
With Homeland Security now openly seizing websites with no due course or opportunity for redress, the age
of Internet censorship has now begun, with an iron curtain beginning to descend over free speech as the United
States enacts policies more draconian than those of communist China.
If independent news websites and their readers don’t stand together in unison to decry Google’s efforts to kill
free speech on the Internet, the web as a last outpost for the tattered and torn First Amendment will be lost
forever.

A political website that
contained stinging criticism of the Obama administration and its handling of the Fast and Furious scandal was
ordered to be shut down by the Obama campaign’s ‘Truth Team’, according to private investigator Douglas Hagmann,
who was told by ISP GoDaddy his site contained information that was “maliciously harmful to individuals in the
government.”

Hagmann, CEO of
Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc., a private investigative agency serving a roster of Fortune 500 clients, was
given 48 hours by GoDaddy to find a new home for his website before it was deleted.
Hagmann was told the reason for the shut down was because the website
featured “morally objectionable” material. After GoDaddy refused to identify the complainant, only saying that it
was not “any official government agency,” further investigation by Hagmann revealed that the order came from a
group tied to Obama campaign headquarters.
Speaking with the chief investigator in the GoDaddy Abuse division,
Hagmann discovered, “Ultimately it was found that the complaint originated ostensibly with a group associated with
the campaign to re-elect Barack Hussein Obama.”
Turning to his contacts within government, Hagmann then spoke with
another source who confirmed that the ‘Obama Truth Team’ was responsible for the shut down order.
“I’m laying this right on the doorstep of the Obama Truth Team,” said
Hagmann.
The same methods of intimidation were also very much in force during
the 2008 campaign season. Under the guise of the ‘Obama Truth Squad’, influential public figures in Missouri
including St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, and
Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, promised to “respond quickly, forcefully, and aggressively” to “lies” about
Obama.
As ABC News highlighted, this helped to create a
chilling atmosphere in which “Missourians might be afraid of being prosecuted for criticizing Sen. Barack Obama,
D-Ill.”
This is by no means the first time political websites have been shut
down on a whim with no due process after official pressure is brought to bear on ISPs.
GoDaddy itself is not renowned for its support for free
speech. The company lost 37,000 accounts last year over its
initial failure to oppose the controversial Stop Online Privacy Act (SOPA).
Despite the fact that his son was getting married on the same
weekend, Hagmann was eventually able to move his website - HomelandSecurityus.com - to another server before it was deleted by GoDaddy.
“It took an incredible number of man hours and it was a tedious (and
costly) process, but I have successfully moved my site out of reach,” Hagmann told us.
Hagmann is now warning that any independent website which forcefully
dissents against the Obama administration could be targeted next.
“I respectfully ask that you spread the word – that the Obama “Truth
Team” is out in full force, scouring any U.S. based web sites of any size or influence (yet small enough to be
pushed around) that contains any information deemed “objectionable” to the Obama re-election campaign. Perhaps it’s
already too late. Regardless, people need to wake up now and listen to what we’ve been saying. There might not be a
tomorrow,” Hagmann told us in an email.

President Barack Obama is
rapidly advancing an executive dictatorship that threatens to completely nullify the US Constitution if left
unchecked, with his administration hastily eroding every other branch of government as the White House crosses the
rubicon to push through its political agenda on every front, from the war in Libya to domestic gun
control.

WAR ON LIBYA
Obama has displayed open
hostility to the rule of law and the Constitution when asked why he has failed to obtain Congressional approval for
the war on Libya.
Obama hasignored his own constitutional
lawyers on the legality of the conquest, claiming that Congressional
approval is not needed because the legitimacy of the UN supersedes Congress and that the bombardment, which has
included over 800 bombing runs flown by US warplanes, is not a war.
Obama has used word games and mental gymnastics to claim he hasn’t violated the
War Powers Resolution. Even as universities, apartment blocks and marketplaces are bombed,killing innocent civilians,communications are
blocked, and even as top admirals now admit that
the
scope of the mission is all about regime change, the Obama administration
still clings to the ludicrous fallacy that the bombardment of Libya is not a war.
Indeed, the White House itself characterized the goal in Libya
as“installing a democratic
system,” a euphemism for regime change, acknowledging that the agenda
goes far beyond “protecting civilians,” as Obama claimed during his
March 19 speech.
GUN CONTROL
As part of its bid to eviscerate the Second Amendment by stealth,
or
“under the radar” as Obama himself called it, the White House is about to
launch a new gun control offensive that will bypass the necessity of passing legislation in Congress and instead
rely on “only executive orders or administrative actions.”
According to aHuffington Post story on the issue, Obama is likely
to have more success pushing through gun control if he circumvents Congress on the issue. “Executive actions offer
something that legislation doesn’t: guaranteed results. And as one gun control advocate told the Huffington Post,
there are ways to “use these administrative changes to obtain similar results,” writes Sam Stein.
With the revelations surrounding Fast and Furious having blown up in their face,
and the Obama administration’s ploy to blame violence in Mexico on gun rightseven after they got
caught shipping in the weapons in tatters, the White House is desperate to
push through new gun control measures that are integral to advancingRahm
Emanuel’s May 2007 call to put people who are on a no fly list on a no gun
buy list, stripping millions of Americans of their Second Amendment rights because they have been erroneously
placed on a notoriously inaccurate no fly list that includes everyone from Senators to toddlers.
DEBT CEILING
As part of Obama’s charge to sink America into more debt to foreign bankers, he
has dredged up a 143-year-old clause related to the Civil War in a bid to raise the debt ceiling, overtly
challenging Congressional control of the budget, a development that could spark a “constitutional
crisis,”reports AFP.
Obama’s attempt to use an obscure civil war clause to circumvent Congress, which
is empowered to control the purse strings, is another example of his administration’s flagrant effort to nullify
the separation of powers within government and give the executive branch supreme control.
After the White House failed in its bid to implement a de facto carbon tax through
cap and trade, Obama simplybypassed Congress
completely and had the EPA declare CO2 to be a pollutant and a public
health threat, allowing greenhouse gas emissions to be regulated and taxed through the Clean Air Act.
The EPA’s move was little more than a threat to back Congress into a corner and
force them into passing legislation that would regulate CO2 for all new or expanded power plants.
The fact that this has nothing to do with the environment and everything to do
with fleecing American taxpayers was
confirmed when Obama gave a waiver to General Electric and ensured
that one of the biggest emitters of carbon dioxide on the planet, and coincidentally one of Obama’s largest
campaign contributors, was exempt from the new regulations.
Obama’s White House has issued a new executive order mandating the creation of a
“Rural Council,” another step in the move towards a centrally planned economy.
According to this new executive order, the Obama administration plans to stick its
itchy little fingers into just about every aspect of rural life,”writes the Economic Collapse Blog. “One of
the stated goals of the White House Rural Council is to do the following….”
“Coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural
stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions,
health-care providers, telecommunications services providers, research and land grant institutions, law
enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and nongovernmental organizations regarding the needs of rural
America.”
Another White House executive order that creates a council of state governors who
will work with the feds to expand military involvement in domestic security has stoked fears that the
administration is stepping up preparations for martial law. Rather than elected representatives being in control of
states, Obama has created a body of ten lapdogs who answer to the federal government and not the American
people.
The order, which is entitled Establishment of the Council of Governors
(PDF), creates a body of ten state governors directly
appointed by Obama who will work with the federal government to help advance the “synchronization and integration
of State and Federal military activities in the United States”.
The governors will liaise with officials from Northcom, Homeland Security, the
National Guard as well as DoD officials from the Pentagon “in order to strengthen further the partnership between
the Federal Government and State governments,” according to the executive order.
Conservatives and libertarians responded to the announcement by expressing their
suspicion that Obama is preparing to give governors their marching orders in targeting “anti-government” types that
have long been characterized as a terrorist threat by the feds in numerous reports stretching back over a
decade.
On every front, the Obama administration is entering the final stages of a total
power grab that represents a clear effort to turn the country into an executive dictatorship, another stark
indication that America is quickly beginning to resemble a decaying banana republic.
