The issue of whether government in America can quarantine persons against their will, ostensibly for their own health and that of others with whom they may come in contact, requires a dual analysis — one of the powers of the federal government and the other of the powers of the states. For constitutional analysis purposes, since local and regional governments derive their powers from the states in which they are located, the analysis of state powers pertains to them as well.

We begin our analysis with the observation of the truism that freedom is the default position. The language of the Declaration of Independence, as well as various amendments in the Bill of Rights, unambiguously reflects the views that those who wrote, ratified and amended the Constitution recognized that our rights — to think, speak, publish, worship, defend ourselves, travel, own property, be left alone — are natural to our humanity.

These rights preexisted the government. Their source is our humanity. Government does not grant these rights. Rather, its primary purpose — as stated in the Declaration of Independence, its sole purpose — is to protect these rights.

Though the courts have interpreted the Constitution to possess lamentable exceptions, the framers and ratifiers arguably accepted the non-aggression principle — articulated in the modern era by the late Professor Murray Rothbard — which declares that all aggression against persons and property even by government is immoral.

In the case of the federal government, it is one of limited, delegated powers. Of course, 230 years of legislation and litigation have blown its powers outside the confines of the Constitution and, invariably, in the direction of expanding federal power at the expense of personal liberty and the states.

The states formed the federal government and not the other way around. Yet today, the feds stay in power by bribing the states with cash grants, the rich with bailouts, the middle class with tax breaks and the poor with transfer payments. Notwithstanding all this, the courts continue to recognize the concept of personal liberty in a free society.

All this is background to the issue lurking beneath the headlines this week. Can the government quarantine people without proof of contagion and imminent assault? The short answer is no.

We know that, under the Fifth Amendment, if any government — state or federal — wants to impair the life, liberty or property of any person, it must follow due process. Due process has two components — substantive and procedural. The substantive component asks if the impairment of liberty is proper to the government that seeks the impairment, and the procedural component asks if the impairment has come about fairly.

Now back to what the feds can do and what the states can do in a public health crisis. There are no emergency provisions or triggers in the Constitution; yet, Congress gave itself the power to regulate public health and safety under various pretexts. The pretexts exist because the nanny state urge of members of Congress to regulate is confronted by the reservation in the Tenth Amendment of health and safety to the states. Those pretexts are regulating commerce and all that affects commerce, and paying the states to do Congress’ will.

Stated differently, the Supreme Court has ruled that both the federal government and the states can confine a person who has not committed a crime, or one who has but has served one’s full sentence, in order to protect society from the person’s intentional or uncontrollable harmful tendencies.

It is contrary to the plain meaning of the Constitution for Congress to give itself powers that were not delegated to it by the Constitution, but the courts have permitted this. Yet, even in the case of a lunatic who has committed a crime and served his full sentence but remains dangerous, the courts have recognized constitutional safeguards to protect his natural rights.

Now back to our question of whether the government — state or federal — can confine persons against their will in order to protect public health. The short answer is yes, but the Constitution requires procedural due process. That means a trial for every person confined.

Thus, a government-ordered quarantine of all persons in a city block or a postal ZIP code or a telephone area code would be an egregious violation of due process, both substantive and procedural. Substantively, no government in America has the lawful power to curtail natural rights by decree.

Procedurally, notwithstanding the fear of disease contagion, the states and feds may only quarantine those who are actively contagious and will infect others imminently. And it must present evidence of both at a trial at which it bears the burden of proof.

While the non-aggression principle permits offensive aggression in self-defense when an attack is imminent and certain, that is a high standard for the government to meet, as it should be. Freedom — even the freedom of a madman or a dangerously sick and contagious person — is the default position. Infringing upon it without procedural due process is always constitutionally impermissible.

The Constitution was not written for the government to right every wrong. We know that government itself causes most wrongs — the theft of property by taxation, the impairment of economic liberty by regulation, the slaughter of innocents by war, the infringement of expressive liberties by majority vote. Yet, the Constitution still mandates an exacting due process for all whom the government would restrain.

That means a trial before any quarantine, no matter the public danger, and a fair trial, not one animated by mass hysteria or government-generated fear.

Panics from pandemics unleash unchecked governmental power. The very premise of popular films like V for Vendetta reveal this: a group uses a virus to seize power and create a totalitarian society.Anyone could witness this from far-off lands, watching the news about China locking people up in their own homes and then removing them screaming from those homes whenever the state wanted. World War I and the Great Depression birthed virulent forms of governments with leaders like Hitler, Mao, Mussolini and Stalin.

Governments across America already used the pandemic, and the media-stoked panic around the pandemic particularly, to limit, restrict or remove First Amendment freedoms of speech and free association, with officials complaining about the potential restraints the freedom of religion imposed upon them.

Others denied or declared the right to deny Second Amendment rights of gun purchase for personal safety (at a time governments are issuing no-arrest and no-detention orders for a wide range of crimes in their community while publicly freeing inmates from jails and prisons).

They want to coordinate with tech companies to surveil and spy on your everyday movements and activities, in violation of the Fourth Amendment and potentially waive, unilaterally, your medical right to privacy in multiple contexts.

Stay-at-home orders deprive you of your profession, occupation, business and property, without any due process of law at all beyond an executive fiat in violation of the Fifth Amendment right to due process.

Governments request the authority to involuntarily imprison any American on mere fear of infection without any probable cause of crime or clear and present danger of harm by that person’s volitional conduct, deny access to personal counsel in an unsupervised, un-surveilled manner in violation of the Sixth Amendment, and act as judge, jury and executioner in violation of the Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury, as jury trials themselves get suspended around the country in the nation’s quieted courts and fear-muted public.

The real pandemic threat is here. It’s the panic that will quarantine our Constitution.

Drs. Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx should be tried as criminal conspirators who willfully collaborated in a mass deception that shutdown the U.S. economy, stole over 35 million jobs from the American people, deceived physicians and the entire medical industry into lying about the true threat (or lack thereof) of corona and ultimately took (and are still taking) the lives of countless thousands of innocent Americans.

These deaths are directly due to the denial of medical care for non-corona illnesses (including cancer and heart disease) and the fear imposed on people—both physicians and patients—which resulted in doctors taking extended vacations for fear of contracting corona from their patients and fearful patients refusing to go to hospitals and doctors' offices. Not to mention, the escalating numbers of deaths from suicide resulting from the devastation of this medically imposed tyranny. Every job is "essential" when you rely on it for your living.

We now know that Fauci and Birx used a scam pandemic model from the Imperial College in London authored by recently disgraced Professor Neil Ferguson to persuade President Trump to lock down the entire U.S. economy and begin an avalanche of State shutdowns of businesses, schools, churches, etc., all across America.

The Imperial College Model has now been exposed as "completely unusable for scientific purposes." In other words, it was a total sham.

** Dr. Tony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx used the Imperial College Model to persuade President Trump to lock down the ENTIRE US ECONOMY.

** The fraudulent model predicted 2.2 million American deaths from the coronavirus pandemic.

** The authors of the Imperial College Model shared their findings with the White House Coronavirus task force in early March.

** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx then met with President Trump privately and urged him to shut down the US economy and destroy the record Trump economy based on this model.

** A new critique of the Imperial College Model finds the study is “completely unusable for scientific purposes” — The Imperial College study is a complete sham.

** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx pushed a garbage model on the White House and the American public and destroyed the US economy.

Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx ran with it anyway — without any facts or comparisons. They never got a second opinion!

It needs to be asked: Will Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx face prison time for their colossal mistake?

In conclusion: Dr. Birx and Dr. Fauci misled the White House and the American public.

Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx should resign immediately and face criminal charges for defrauding the US government and American public.

Also read this report that further puts the spotlight on Neil Ferguson’s (Professor Panic’s) sham computer model that was used by Fauci and Birx to scare America into surrendering the Bill of Rights and virtually everything we hold dear—including the freedom of worship.

‘[Neil Ferguson’s model] is such a joke it is either an outright fraud, or it is the most inept piece of programming I have ever seen in my life . . . This is the most unprofessional operation perhaps in computer science. The entire team should be disbanded and an independent team put in place to review the work of Neil Ferguson . . . The only reasonable conclusion I can reach is that this has been deliberately used to justify bogus forecasts intent for political activism . . . There seems to have been no independent review of Ferguson’s work, which is unimaginable!’

My friend Dr. Don Boys recently wrote a column questioning whether the CDC, rather than being a guardian of national health, is actually a vaccine company, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. charges. Boys asks:

But is it [the CDC’s purpose] prevention of disease or is it to prevent taxpayers from knowing the connection, collusion, corruption, and conspiracy with the vastly wealthy pharmaceutical companies, vaccine producers, and universities?

To illustrate: Despite knowing that the computer model that Fauci and Birx (and Trump) have been using to inflict all of this fear and paranoia over corona is a big fat scam, in order to keep the phony narrative going, the CDC continues to report deaths from corona that are egregiously exaggerated—even to the point of manipulation and deception.

For example, the CDC’s own website dated May 15, 2020 (the CDC often updates the stats on this page, of course, but the numeric comparisons I’m making here stay the same) reported corona deaths at 60,299. Deaths with pneumonia, influenza or Covid-19 were reported to be 120,370. Deaths with pneumonia alone were reported to be 81,318. Deaths from influenza alone were reported to be 6,158.

But if you subtract pneumonia deaths (81,318) and influenza deaths (6,158) from 120,370, you come up with 32,894 corona deaths. Yet, the CDC hypes the number at being almost double that amount at 60,299.

And never forget that the CDC has instructed physicians to assume corona deaths on death certificates without any testing or knowledge that the deceased actually died from corona. Hence, we know that any numbers we are given regarding corona deaths are exaggerated. The only thing we don’t know is how MUCH they are exaggerated. The CDC’s own stats suggest that reported corona deaths are at least double the true figure. And I personally believe that reported corona deaths are exaggerated even more than that.

But one hint of these fudged statistics is the CDC report of 6,158 deaths from influenza for the months of February through May 15. That’s 3 ½ months or well over half of the peak months of seasonal flu deaths.

Over the past 9 years, influenza has killed on average almost 40,000 Americans annually. Yet during over half of the peak months of the 2019/2020 flu season (the exact months coinciding with the coronavirus), the CDC is reporting only 6,000 flu deaths? This figure defies all reason and logic. The ONLY way this stat makes any sense is that tens of thousands of people who died from the flu this year were listed as dying from corona in order to maintain the false narrative begun by Ferguson, Fauci, Birx and Trump.

Plus, several reports are beginning to surface regarding the lack of reported deaths from heart attacks. During the past couple of months, coinciding with the Covid “pandemic,” heart doctors are reporting 60% (and more) reductions in hospital admissions for heart failure. 60%!!! Plus, acute appendicitis and acute gallbladder disease emergencies are also down significantly.

Again, this defies reality. All of these diseases have not suddenly sharply decreased at the very time that the coronavirus is spiraling upward.

The obvious reason for this phenomenon is that people suffering from these other diseases have been scared out of their minds by all of the corona hysteria and are not seeking medical care (or are being denied medical care). I wonder how many people who died from these other diseases at home were listed as dying from corona.

And make no mistake about it: The endgame is forced vaccinations and the utter annihilation of our Natural liberties protected in the Bill of Rights.

Those who think the government is planning on forcing every American to inject themselves with a coronavirus vaccine may have just received an indication confirming their fears. That’s because a recent press release from the US Department of Defense revealed that the Department of Defense (DoD) is partnering with Health and Human Services (HHS) to purchase 500 million ApiJect vaccine injection devices. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in October of this year. (Source)

The reports during the past two days that President Trump has engaged the military in a project called Operation Warp Speed to fast track a Covid-19 vaccine – which is being compared to the World War Two Manhattan Project to develop a nuclear weapon – feels like the final blow. It has taken the wind out of my sails that America can be made great – aka pre-coronavirus panic – ever again.

President Trump’s promise of a vaccine yesterday implies words like mandate, monitoring, and immunity passports. Contact tracing and tens of thousands of new government workers to spy on and enforce compliance with that unproven strategy which came out of nowhere last month were bad enough. Now we have the next and possibly the final chapter: A new medical mandate enforced by the military that will make Obamacare’s onerous individual health insurance mandate seem like child’s play.

Don’t forget that this is being married with President Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” which aims to bypass all the usual protocols of vaccine safety testing and clinical trials, delivering up to 300 million coronavirus vaccine doses before the end of calendar 2020….

If coronavirus vaccines were planned to be optional — respecting the vaccine choice of individuals — not more than 100 million doses would be needed. The fact that 500 million doses are being manufactured is an admission that the DoD and HHS plan to make coronavirus vaccines mandatory. [emphasis original.]

I'm saying it straight out: Fauci and Birx are criminals whose crimes are so heinous that they should spend the rest of their lives in prison.

And never forget that Donald Trump was the one who gave Fauci and Birx the platform to trumpet their sham science. Trump is the one who called for a nationwide lockdown of our economy, our communities, our businesses, our schools and our churches. And it is Donald Trump who has selected the U.S. military to spearhead the distribution of corona vaccinations to every person in America.

At this point and forward, anyone who continues to cover for—or make excuses for—Donald Trump is a willing participant in the destruction of America.

This is no longer about choosing a lesser evil. This is about the survival of our republic in 2020—before we even have a chance to vote for a lesser evil. This is about America’s survival RIGHT NOW.

Along with forced vaccinations come universal tracking, forced internments, medical certificates as a requirement to work, board a plane, go to school and attend public events—perhaps even church. In other words, America will be turned into a western version of Communist China.

Fauci and Birx should go to prison for the rest of their lives. And Donald Trump needs to be shipped to Tel Aviv to share a jail cell with Benjamin Netanyahu. And every politician in Washington, D.C. (Democrat and Republican), that went along with this Machiavellian masquerade to enslave and bankrupt our country should be tarred and feathered and put on a slow boat to China: the country into which they are trying to turn America.

Does anyone remember these words: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself"?

Those words are from President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s First Inaugural Address delivered on March 4, 1933. These words were spoken at the height of the Great Depression.

My parents lived through the Great Depression (and two World Wars). I grew up listening to their experiences of living in the Depression. For poor people (which my parents were), the Depression was horrific. Today's Americans know nothing of suffering in the magnitude of that terrible period of U.S. history.

And I can tell you emphatically that at no point did my parents (or grandparents or aunts and uncles) ever show fear. Never! Neither did they demonstrate selfishness nor panic. They spoke repeatedly of deprivation, sickness and want, but never of fear. And selfishness was not in their vocabulary. In the worst of times, they prayed, worked and worshiped together.

Today, there is a contagion sweeping the country alright: It's a contagion of FEAR.

Dr. Ron Paul suggests the coronavirus is a hoax. In a column entitled The Coronavirus Hoax, Dr. Paul said:

People are “willing to give up freedoms for promises that the government will take care of them.”

“State and local authoritarians love panic as well,” he continued before singling out U.S. infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci as the “chief fearmonger of the Trump Administration.”

“Fauci is all over the media, serving up outright falsehoods to stir up even more panic. He testified to Congress that the death rate for the coronavirus is ten times that of the seasonal flu, a claim without any scientific basis,” Paul wrote. “Over what? A virus that has thus far killed just over 5,000 worldwide and less than 100 in the United States?”

“People should ask themselves whether this coronavirus ‘pandemic’ could be a big hoax, with the actual danger of the disease massively exaggerated by those who seek to profit – financially or politically – from the ensuing panic.”

Dr. Paul’s remarks are well taken. If it's not a hoax, the virus IS being used as a completely exaggerated, super-hyped, super-inflated psychological ops campaign against the American people—a coordinated full-court press of intimidation and fearmongering by the government, the mass media and the CDC. And disgustingly, many so-called patriot bloggers and broadcasters have also given themselves to grotesque fearmongering.

Plus, did you know that the U.S. Marine Corps has psychological operations units and is paying individual Marines $40,000 to transfer to these units? How do we know that these military psyops units are NOT being used against the American people right now?

What we do know is that all of this fearmongering has worked brilliantly. As Edmund Burke opined, "No passion so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear."

A large segment of our population—probably a majority—is in deep panic. And not only does that mean empty shelves, empty classrooms and empty restaurants; it means empty minds. People everywhere are begging the government to protect and save them.

Mark this down: When people are consumed with fear, they have already surrendered their hearts and minds to tyranny.

In addition, Dr. Paul is right in asking who is profiting from this government/media-induced panic. Who exactly is profiting from the coronavirus? I’ll tell you: international bankers, socialist politicians, the Welfare State, Big Pharma, the Police State, government bureaucracy, etc. I’ll say it straight out: The CDC is nothing but a professional, government-backed lobby group for Big Pharma.

Both parties in Congress and President Trump are pouring over one trillion taxpayer dollars for more and more government control over our lives. And the government/media mafia is willing to totally tank the U.S. economy in the process.

Trump says that no more than 10 people should congregate. Okay, that means the U.S. House and Senate should shut down immediately. It means U.S. military troops must shut down operations involving any unit more than squad size. It means Trump's cabinet must immediately go home and stay home.

It means police departments must immediately disband their shift meetings and dissolve their SWAT teams. It means the FBI, ATF, BLM, etc., must disband all units numbering more than 10. It means the U.N. must close immediately. It means State capitals and county governments must send home all of their clerical staff numbering over 10. And the CDC must close any laboratory or office involving 10 or more people.

Does anyone really think any of that is going to happen? As usual, members of government believe themselves to be above the rules and restrictions they place on everyone else.

Tens of thousands of people die from the flu every year, and no one panics. Over 60,000 Americans died of the flu in the 2019 flu season and over 80,000 Americans died of the flu during the 2018 flu season. That computes to more people dying from the flu—just in America in one month alone—than have died from corona in the entire world to date.

Think of it another way: Every year, as many or more Americans die of the flu than were killed in all of the Vietnam War. And no panic! No closed restaurants. No empty shelves in stores. No presidential plea to stay home. No closed churches. No businesses shutting down. No panic!

Why don’t the media tell us that the coronavirus has been around since the 1960’s? Why don’t they tell us that 30% of common colds stem from this virus? Why don’t they tell us that there is absolutely no way that these countries with far less medical sophistication than the U.S. could identify the cause of all of the so-called corona deaths as being attributed to COVID-19?

Most countries don’t have a smidgen of test kits for COVID-19. For that matter, most of the states in the United States don’t even have sufficient test kits for COVID-19. And many of the testing kits that have been dispensed here in America have already been returned, because they didn’t work. So, you’re trying to tell me that all of these foreign countries have accurately diagnosed these deaths as being from the coronavirus or COVID-19? Give me a break!

People with weakened immune systems from other diseases are susceptible to any virus—including corona. And for some, contracting corona could be the last straw or could lead to the last straw. But that does not mean that corona is a death sentence. Far from it.

The next time you hear of another reported case of “coronavirus,” remind yourself that this is most likely not COVID-19. The CDC and fearmongers in the government and mass media want to scare us with the word “coronavirus” and make us believe that everyone who has corona has COVID-19 and is going to die. IT JUST ISN’T SO.

One absolutely cannot trust much of the data provided by the World Health Organization and the CDC. These organizations have a vested interest in exaggerating data to the worst case scenario, as frightening reports guarantee increased financial assistance for these organizations from the government.

Why don’t they tell us that 80% of people who contract corona show only “mild” symptoms? Tom Hanks and his wife were diagnosed with corona, and they left the hospital smiling and happy just 5 days later.

The chance of someone with symptomatic Covid-19 dying varied by age, confirming other studies. For those aged 15 to 44, the fatality rate was 0.5%, though it might have been as low as 0.1% or as high as 1.3%. For people 45 to 64, the fatality rate was also 0.5%, with a possible low of 0.2% and a possible high of 1.1%. For those over 64, it was 2.7%, with a low and high estimate of 1.5% and 4.7%.

The chance of serious illness from coronavirus infection in younger people was so low, the scientists estimate a fatality rate of zero.

A physician who is a Public Health Medical Advisor to two Montana counties gave the following warning as to the lasting deleterious consequences that this overreaction of fear and panic will have on our country:

During the statewide Governor’s conference call today, a speaker said that we will never know the results of any over-reaction, but we will certainly know the results of any under-reaction. This is not true. We will eventually have a very good idea of the savage economic and social consequences, including deaths in economically marginal populations, of over-reaction and panic.

Why don’t they tell us that the unusually high mortality rate of the virus in Italy is due to the way that country is rationing medical care—even denying medical care to those over 80? Why don’t they tell us that even for people over the age of 80, the COVID-19 survival rate is over 80%?

The mortality rate of the coronavirus is only 2.9% in Hubei province, China, where Wuhan is located. In the rest of China, the mortality rate is 0.4%. Remember the Diamond Princess cruise ship off Japan that was supposedly thoroughly infected with the coronavirus? The mortality rate of the virus on the ship was 0.85%. Why don’t they report those facts?

You know why they don’t report those facts. They are deliberately creating fear and panic all over the world. In order to make the American people fall for this hype and hysteria and convince them that this is a legitimate pandemic, they had to create fear and panic in the rest of the world first.

Even more than the financial losses that this manufactured crisis is costing us Americans is the loss of our First Amendment liberties. Believe it or not, there was a time in this country when liberty was more important to the American people than their lives or their fortunes. Can anyone say Patrick Henry and the signers of our Declaration of Independence?

The government has no authority to dictate how many people choose to congregate for any peaceful purpose. Our First Amendment states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble.

Telling people to not attend church is a violation of the constitutional clause, “prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Telling people they cannot gather in groups of more than 10, 20, 50, etc., is a clear violation of the constitutional clause, “no law . . . prohibiting . . . the right of the people peaceably to assemble.”

The coronavirus or any other “emergency”—real or imagined—does NOT cancel or negate the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

That’s why I’m saying, what we are witnessing is Medical Martial Law. It is unadulterated, unabashed government tyranny.

Know this: The Big Government, Police State policies that are starting to take root in our country right now will be with us a long time after the coronavirus is gone.

Every problem the government touches only gets worse. And that’s exactly what’s happening right now.

You may think all of this is a benevolent effort of a well-intentioned government and news media to help stave off a crisis. I don’t buy it.

In 2004, it was SARS.
In 2008, it was AVIAN flu.
In 2010, it was Swine flu.
In 2012, it was MERS.
In 2014, it was Ebola.
In 2016, it was Zika.
In 2018, it was Ebola again.
Now in 2020, it’s Corona.

It was also Franklin D. Roosevelt who said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.”

This coronavirus scare will end 1) when the powers behind it accomplish what they want to accomplish, which always means more government and less freedom, or 2) when the American people on the whole get tired of the government’s heavy-handed “solutions” and say, “That’s enough!”

Personally, I vote for the second option and wish the American people would hurry up. They have waited too long already.

One more note: It is now very obvious that evangelical Christians will not lead any liberty charge. They are the first ones to run and hide at the sign of danger.

We fought a War for Independence, a War of Northern Aggression and two World Wars. We’ve endured floods, famines, wildfires, tornados, earthquakes and hurricanes. And through it all, our Christian ancestors maintained a courageous and faithful presence in the House of God.

When British troops were marauding through the Colonial countryside, Christians faithfully observed the Lord’s Day together in church. I remember my mother saying she rarely missed a church service during the Great Depression. The Sunday after Hurricane Ivan had seriously damaged our church buildings and devastated our entire community in 2004, we held our Lord’s Day service in the church parking lot.

In times of disaster, war and pestilence, our Christian forebears led their communities into a stronger faith in God through their loving devotion to united worship. Those days, too, are gone.

Now, Christians are among the first to shut the doors of their sanctuaries, leaving a distraught public to find spiritual solace somewhere else.

In this regard, the only Christians Donald Trump cares about are the multimillionaire televangelists who spend their week on television fleecing the flock instead of feeding it. The true pastors who are in the trenches with the people, providing spiritual leadership, courage and hope, are expected to follow Trump’s demands to “stay home” and fend for themselves as best they can—and leave their flock to do the same.

Today, commitment to God is measured by how many Trump rallies we attend or how often we raise an Israeli flag.

I truly wonder what evangelicals would have done had Barack Obama told them that no crowd over ten should congregate—in their churches or anywhere else.

Maybe evangelicals will find their backbone after a Democrat returns to the White House.

As it stands right now, America—including Christian America—is suffering from a contagion of fear, which, as FDR said, is what we should fear most.

One of my Fox colleagues recently sent me an email attachment of a painting of the framers signing the Constitution of the United States. Except in this version, George Washington — who presided at the Constitutional Convention — looks at James Madison — who was the scrivener at the Convention — and says, “None of this counts if people get sick, right?”

In these days of state governors issuing daily decrees purporting to criminalize the exercise of our personal freedoms, the words put into Washington’s mouth are only mildly amusing. Had Washington actually asked such a question, Madison, of all people, would likely have responded: “No. This document protects our natural rights at all times and under all circumstances.”

It is easy, 233 years later, to offer that hypothetical response, particularly since the Supreme Court has done so already when, as readers of this column will recall, Abraham Lincoln suspended the constitutionally guaranteed writ of habeas corpus — the right to be brought before a judge upon arrest — only to be rebuked by the Supreme Court.

The famous line above by Benjamin Franklin, though uttered in a 1755 dispute between the Pennsylvania legislature and the state’s governor over taxes, nevertheless provokes a truism.

Namely, that since our rights come from our humanity, not from the government, foolish people can only sacrifice their own freedoms, not the freedoms of others.

Thus, freedom can only be taken away when the government proves fault at a jury trial. This protection is called procedural due process, and it, too, is guaranteed in the Constitution.

Of what value is a constitutional guarantee if it can be violated when people get sick? If it can, it is not a guarantee; it is a fraud. Stated differently, a constitutional guarantee is only as valuable and reliable as is the fidelity to the Constitution of those in whose hands we have reposed it for safekeeping.

Because the folks in government, with very few exceptions, suffer from what St. Augustine called libido dominandi — the lust to dominate — when they are confronted with the age-old clash of personal liberty versus government force, they will nearly always come down on the side of force.

How do they get away with this? By scaring the daylights out of us. I never thought I’d see this in my lifetime, though our ancestors saw this in every generation. In America today, we have a government of fear. Machiavelli offered that men obey better when they fear you than when they love you. Sadly, he was right, and the government in America knows this.

But Madison knew this as well when he wrote the Constitution. And he knew it four years later when he wrote the Bill of Rights. He intentionally employed language to warn those who lust to dominate that, however they employ governmental powers, the Constitution is “the Supreme Law of the Land” and all government behavior in America is subject to it.

Even if the legislature of the State of New York ordered, as my friend Gov. Andrew Cuomo — who as the governor, cannot write laws that incur criminal punishment — has ordered, it would be invalid as prohibited by the Constitution.

This is not a novel or an arcane argument. This is fundamental American law. Yet, it is being violated right before our eyes by the very human beings we have elected to uphold it. And each of them — every governor interfering with the freedom to make one’s own choices — has taken an express oath to comply with the Constitution.

You want to bring the family to visit grandma? You want to engage in a mutually beneficial, totally voluntary commercial transaction? You want to go to work? You want to celebrate Mass? These are all now prohibited in one-third of the United States.

I tried and failed to find Mass last Sunday. When did the Catholic Church become an agent of the state? How about an outdoor Mass?

What is the nature of freedom? It is an unassailable natural claim against all others, including the government. Stated differently, it is your unconditional right to think as you wish, to say what you think, to publish what you say, to associate with whomever wishes to be with you no matter their number, to worship or not, to defend yourself, to own and use property as you see fit, to travel where you wish, to purchase from a willing seller, to be left alone. And to do all this without a government permission slip.

What is the nature of government? It is the negation of freedom. It is a monopoly of force in a designated geographic area. When elected officials fear that their base is slipping, they will feel the need to do something — anything — that will let them claim to be enhancing safety. Trampling liberty works for that odious purpose. Hence a decree commanding obedience, promising safety and threatening punishment.

These decrees — issued by those who have no legal authority to issue them, enforced by cops who hate what they are being made to do, destructive of the freedoms that our forbearers shed oceans of blood to preserve and crushing economic prosperity by violating the laws of supply and demand — should all be rejected by an outraged populace, and challenged in court.

These challenges are best filed in federal courts, where those who have trampled our liberties will get no special quarter. I can tell you from my prior life as a judge that most state governors fear nothing more than an intellectually honest, personally courageous, constitutionally faithful federal judge.

The Apostle John made it clear that we have been living in the "last days" since the inception of the Church. He was also clear that there are "NOW many antichrists in the world."

The Lord Jesus made it clear that "an evil and adulteress generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. The beast in Revelation represents a beastly or antichrist SYSTEM. Those systems include the antichrist system of Judaism in the First Century AD, the antichrist system of the Papacy in the Middle Ages and the antichrist system of British monarchism, from which America's Colonial Church broke free.

One of the marks of an antichrist system is the merger of Church and State that forces compliance with its political/religious system. The false teaching of John Darby and C.I. Scofield, which produced the modern Rapture cult, is in the process of producing such a system in America right now.

Pastor Baldwin explains the above in this message. He goes on to say, "These corona masks and especially the coming vaccines are a glimpse at the mark of the beast: a sign of the bondage of hearts to a beastly system."

He also proclaims, "If God’s people in America, continue to forsake the divine principles of Liberty upon which this blessed land was established and choose to climb in bed with a beastly system of oppression and totalitarianism, God will surely turn us over to our enemies and the fall of this nation will be as gargantuan and cataclysmic as was the fall of Jerusalem. The people who are sheepishly going along with the Covid narrative being pushed by, well, just about everyone are in deep denial about many, many things, not the least of which is the fact that the shadow government controlling this phony narrative is planning to FORCE the American people to be injected with the Fauci/Gates/Trump/Big Pharma/Covid vaccine. Those who refuse the vaccine are going to wake up in a nightmarish world where Freedom no longer exists—a world where the lack of the “mark” (government certificate, voucher or even implanted chip or digital tattoo of some sort) will mean that the freedom of work, travel and buying and selling is almost impossible. And the ones who take the vaccine will be totally controlled and monitored by the state from that day forward.

It kind of sounds like the mark of the beast out of the Book of Revelation, doesn’t it? Watch my message from last Sunday to understand the significance.

If you want to get an idea of what these totalitarians have in mind for us, take some time to study the conditions under which the Palestinians live in the Israeli-occupied territory of the West Bank. I’m serious. Study it for yourself, because THAT is exactly what the totalitarians have in mind for anyone who refuses to accept the government’s corona vaccination.

Virginia State officials are already promising that the corona vaccination will be MANDATORY for all Virginia residents—NO EXCEPTIONS.

State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver told 8News on Friday that he plans to mandate coronavirus vaccinations for Virginians once one is made available to the public.

Virginia state law gives the Commissioner of Health the authority to mandate immediate immunizations during a public health crisis if a vaccine is available. Health officials say an immunization could be released as early as 2021.

Dr. Oliver says that, as long as he is still the Health Commissioner, he intends to mandate the coronavirus vaccine.

The decision comes after Massachusetts said it would make the flu vaccine mandatory this year as part of a campaign to protect the state's medical system. We suspect Virginia and Massachusetts won't be the only states to discuss mandatory COVID and/or flu vaccination in the coming weeks, as the school year begins.

There is absolutely no doubt that Virginia and Massachusetts will not be the only states to mandate the corona vaccination. Not to mention the number of major corporations that will mandate the vaccination for all of their employees. And, no doubt, government agencies (federal, State, county and municipal) will require their employees to take the shot as well. I also look for public schools to mandate the corona vaccination for all of their employees and students. Schools already require a plethora of vaccines for incoming pupils.

All 50 states now require children to be vaccinated for multiple diseases before they’re allowed to begin kindergarten. California requires vaccinations before kids can attend preschool or go to daycare, with no religious exemptions allowed.

Connecticut forces parents to have their children vaccinated for an astonishing 9 separate potential illnesses.

But get this: Bill Gates, the man who makes billions of dollars profiting from Big Pharma’s vaccines, refused to vaccinate his own children.

Given that the vaccination issue now impacts all families in America, directly or indirectly, you’d think it would have garnered more media attention when it was learned that vaccine champion and Microsoft founder Bill Gates refused to allow his own children to be vaccinated.

This admission came from the Gates family’s personal physician in Seattle, who was speaking behind closed doors with other doctors at a symposium last year (someone at the conference leaked the conversation, so the doctor himself technically did not violate doctor-patient confidentiality rules).

The doctor reportedly told his colleagues, “I don’t know if he (Gates) had them vaccinated as adults, but I can tell you he point blank refused to vaccinate them as children.”

It also seems like Bill Gates and the elites know something about vaccines that the rest of us aren’t being told.

Well, one of the things we aren’t being told is the rampant corruption surrounding the largest vaccine manufacturers.

Under “Operation Warp Speed” the Department of Health and Human Services has allocated around $10 billion to feed into giant multinational multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations – each with a track record of bribery, corruption, market manipulation, and price gouging.

The US Department of Health and Human Services itself is headed by Alex Azar – former president of pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly – which was accused of manipulating the price of insulin in the US, and fined for doing so in Mexico – Politico reported in its article, “Trump’s HHS secretary nominee boosted drug prices while at Eli Lilly.”

If COVID-19 was truly the danger we are told it is – why has the Western World placed its trust in the most corrupt corporations on Earth? Why do Western governments draw department and ministry heads from these corporations? Why is the development of these vaccines being done in secret by for-profit corporations through the use of proprietary technology rather than as an exercise in open, international collaboration?

Upon seeing examples of the colossal corruption carried out by each of these “Operation Warp Speed” candidates it will become clear that their collective appearance at the trough of $10 billion in taxpayer dollars to develop a COVID-19 “vaccine” is the capstone upon a long, sordid history of profiting at the expense of the general population’s money and even their health.

Six of the eight corporations shown in a table in Forbes’ article are Western pharmaceutical giants. They include:

Four of the six are convicted – not accused of or suspected of – but convicted of criminality ranging from falsifying research, the bribing of doctors, regulators, legislatures, and even law enforcement officials, to the marketing of drugs to children for conditions not approved of by regulators, and false advertising – just to mention a few.

One company is accused of recently manipulating the stock market as part of its inclusion in “Operation Warp Speed.” The last company simply takes US government money by the billions and produces nothing.

A normal person would not likely trust a convicted criminal – recently released from prison – walking up to their front door and injecting an unknown substance into their body claiming it protects them from some sort of disease or condition.

Yet that is precisely what the West does when they roll up their sleeves to be injected by substances created by pharmaceutical corporations repeatedly convicted of the worst possible crimes such businesses could commit.

The difference of course is a criminal walking up to you on the street raises immediate red flags.

A criminal corporation hiding behind bribed doctors with clean white coats, certificates affixed to their walls, professional, clean, and well-light [sic] examination rooms, stamps of approval from government regulators, and all the other facades of modern Western healthcare – lulls the public into a false sense of trust and safety these corporations and their products do not deserve.

If you don’t think that money—and the love of it—is driving this scamdemic, you are seriously naïve. For going along with and enforcing the Covid narrative, hospitals are receiving billions of dollars from the federal government. So are State and county governments, airline companies, nursing homes, churches, businesses, just about everyone.

In other words, these organizations and corporations are being BRIBED by the federal government with billions of taxpayer dollars (or more accurately, with Fed-created/borrowed monies) to push the Covid narrative.

This is NOT about our health and safety. In fact, our overall health and safety are seriously DECLINING every day that this phony narrative continues. This is old-fashioned Crony Capitalism (also known as Fascism) being used to create totalitarianism in what was a free constitutional republic.

For example, here in Montana, Covid positives amount to less than 1% of the population. The Covid death percentage is statistically zero at .009%. For these truly normal—or even subnormal—case numbers, the State has received almost $243 million in Covid relief monies. (Almost $24 million came into our own Flathead County.) That is over $100 million more than was requested and doubtless went to local and county governments. And that is on top of the $1.25 billion already received from the Fed. FOR WHAT?

Hospitals are empty and laying people off; government services (including the Postal Service) are slower than ever; banking institutions have closed their lobbies and shortened their work days; city councilmen, county commissioners and health boards are meeting behind closed doors and are more aloof from the citizenry than ever before; businesses are operating at half-capacity; grocery stores stay half empty; and churches are still closed. Good grief! McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants are still drive-in only. Again, FOR WHAT?

Furthermore, I’m here to tell you that the shadow government picks the president, not the people of the United States; and Donald Trump is their man for 2020. Yep! Trump will win the November election. How do I know that? Because the power elite know that if Biden wins, there would be a monstrous uprising from Christians and conservatives against the forthcoming mandatory corona vaccinations. But with Trump at the helm, they will do what they have been doing for the past four years—and especially for the past six months: NOTHING! They will sheepishly submit to the corona vaccination just like they have sheepishly submitted to wearing those stupid masks, social distancing demands, lockdowns, shutdowns, church closings, etc.

G.W. Bush was selected by the shadow government to install the Department of Homeland Security, the Patriot Act and America’s ubiquitous surveillance state. Trump was selected by the shadow government to implement this mandatory vaccination—America’s version of the mark of the beast—and the acceptance of a “new normal” totalitarianism.

And think of this: Americans are willingly surrendering their liberties without a gun being taken. The corona vaccine will make everyone who takes it a slave of the state whether they own a gun or not.

Right now, the one world-renowned figure that is leading the resistance to this Gates/Fauci medical tyranny is Robert Kennedy Jr.

It doesn’t matter if Kennedy is the son of former U.S. Attorney General Robert Kennedy Sr. and the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy—both lifelong Democrats. He is putting the vast majority of Republicans, conservatives and evangelicals to shame in his fight to resist this medical tyranny now being waged against us.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is a “criminal” according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has vowed to bring the immunologist and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to justice.

Fauci became a household name in recent times, but he has been a key figure in the U.S. public health sphere for decades — and according to Kennedy Jr., his criminality has had disastrous consequences.

Fauci, 79, has been the head of NIAID for a long time, becoming director in 1984. As the director, he is responsible for a large portfolio of research on established and emerging diseases. As per his NIAID bio, Fauci’s purview includes HIV/AIDS, respiratory infections, tuberculosis, malaria, Ebola, Zika and now COVID-19. He also oversees research on autoimmune disorders.

According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who serves as the chair of Children’s Health Defense Fund, Fauci has “committed one of the most consequential criminal conspiracies in history.”

According to Kennedy Jr., Fauci “distributes $6b annually in research grants” and he personally ensures that “studies of autism’s environmental causes never get funded.”

When in 2008 NIH’s Autism Coordinating Committee allocated $16 million to study the potential links between autism and vaccines, Kennedy Jr. says Fauci and Tom Insel, the director of the National Institute of Mental Health, killed the studies.

“They have committed one of the most consequential criminal conspiracies in history,” said Kennedy Jr. “Children’s Health Defense will bring these criminals to justice.”

The people of America (especially Christians and conservatives) have one chance—just one chance—to save this republic. They must stand up en masse—and I mean by the tens of millions—against the forthcoming mandatory coronavirus vaccination.

That means if Christians and conservatives are going to stand against this tyranny, they are going to have to do it without the aid and assistance from the vast majority of their pastors and church leaders. But do it they must, because there will not be a second chance if they do not.
