The UN Sets Its Sights On American Gun
Owners
Published on Dec 9, 2014
Alex Jones talks with Alex Newman about the coming UN small arms treaty and what it
really means.
Okay, we all know how awful Hillary Clinton is. We all know that Donald Trump said all the right
things (well, many of the right things) on the campaign trail. We all know—at least believed—that Trump was not an
establishment insider. We all know that Trump promised to “drain the swamp,” dramatically reduce America’s
out-of-control deficit spending, protect the Second Amendment, get America out of its endless foreign wars,
terminate taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood, overturn Roe v Wade and build a wall on our southern border—that
Mexico would pay for—in order to stop the flow of illegal immigration into America.
Now, after two full years of a
Donald Trump administration in which he enjoyed both houses of Congress being held by fellow Republicans, we all
know (and if we don’t, it’s because we don’t WANT to know) that none of the above has happened. Yet, Christians and
conservatives by the millions continue to make excuses for this faker.
First, a brief comment about the
border wall: All of the drama regarding a partial government shutdown and incessant public theater by actors from
both political parties is quite nauseating. Republicans had control of both houses of Congress and the White House
for two years. Why wasn’t money appropriated for the wall then? Why was there no government shutdown over the lack
of funding for the border wall then? Why wait until Democrats take over the House to shut down (partially) the
federal government and threaten to declare a State of National Emergency?
Forgive me, but this stinks to high
heaven. This is nothing but smoke and mirrors. All of the high profile theatrics over the border wall is the
biggest distraction to envelop our country in quite a spell. While everyone is fighting over the wall, some very
serious attacks against our liberties are being waged almost without notice. And all of the hullabaloo over the
wall is completely covering up Trump’s failure to carry out the rest of his campaign promises—and the fact that
Trump himself has often worked in direct opposition to many of his campaign promises.
Secondly, his rhetoric
notwithstanding, President Trump has NOT drawn down America’s involvement in endless foreign wars. Trump’s promise
to bring U.S. forces home from Syria is so much hot air. Trump’s “immediate” withdrawal order is now mired in an
indefinite time schedule. In other words, there is no time schedule. Our troops that are still fighting in Syria
are not only still based in Syria, but they are also still using bases in Iraq as launching pads for military
excursions into Syria. Of course, Trump promised that the U.S. bases in Iraq were not going anywhere—and that’s one
promise he will keep.
Our troops are still fighting
endless wars in Afghanistan andSomalia. In fact, Trump has shoved record military spending through Congress and has done
nothing to reduce America’s global military presence (U.S. troops are stationed in over 160 countries, which equates to 95% of the world’s foreign military bases). America is
as much the global cop as it was when Trump was elected. No, that’s not quite true: We are MUCH MORE the global
cop than when Trump was elected, as Trump has expanded our military presence in Eastern Europe to unprecedented
levels—levels not even seen during the Cold War.
Thirdly, as we have just passed the
46th anniversary of the ignoble Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion-on-demand nationwide,
unborn children continue to be legally murdered—in spite of the fact that Donald Trump was President and
Republicans controlled both houses of Congress during the past two years. All of Trump’s “pro-life” rhetoric hasn’t
saved the life of a single unborn baby. Since Trump was elected, over 2 million unborn children have been
mercilessly murdered in the wombs of their mothers—with the complete approbation of a Republican-led federal
government.
The GOP controlled the entire
federal government for 4.6 years of G.W. Bush's eight years in office—and they controlled the entire federal
government for the past two years of Donald Trump’s presidency. They did NOTHING about Roe v Wade under Bush, and
they have done NOTHING about Roe v Wade under Trump. These phony pro-life GOP congressmen and senators haven't even
defunded America's largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood.
Fifthly, what about Trump’s promise
to “drain the swamp”? This is one of Trump’s biggest lies of all. Trump never intended to drain the swamp. From the
outset of his presidency, he began appointing mostly CFR globalists, neocons, warmongers, Zionists, corporate
elitists and corrupt government insiders to his administration. And he hasn’t stopped.
I am absolutely sick and tired of
hearing my conservative Christian brethren say things like, “Trump is trying his best, but he’s getting no help
from his cabinet and staff.” Well, DUH! Who picked his cabinet and staff? Trump did.
Then they say things like, “Trump doesn’t really understand these issues; he
really wants to do right, but he’s getting bad advice.” BARF! If he didn’t understand the issues, he’s had two
full years as President of the United States to get caught up. But he continues to make the same
unconstitutional, big-government, warmongering decisions over and over again. The excuse that “he wants to do
right, but is getting bad advice” just doesn’t wash anymore. It’s time for Trump’s supporters to wake up and
realize that Donald Trump is a great big boy, not a little kid, and is fully capable of thinking for
himself.
Donald Trump knows exactly what
he’s doing. He’s known exactly what he’s been doing from day number one. He is the consummate con man. He is a
charlatan. He is a double-tongued pretender. He has filled the executive branch of the federal government with the
same crooks as presidents before him.
And now Trump’s selection of
William Barr as America’s next attorney general is the final straw. There can be NO MORE DOUBT.
William Barr is the swamp
creature’s Swamp Creature. He is the personification of all of the evil and wickedness that has gone on in
Washington, D.C., during the past 30 years. Name the act of criminality, cover-up or act of chicanery that has
taken place in Washington D.C., over the last 30 years, and William Barr is probably neck deep in it.
*Barr was a full-time CIA operative, recruited by Langley out of high
school, starting in 1971. Barr’s youth career goal was to head the CIA.
*CIA operative assigned to the
China directorate, where he became close to powerful CIA operative George H.W. Bush, whose accomplishments
already included the CIA/Cuba Bay of Pigs, Asia CIA operations (Vietnam War, Golden Triangle narcotics), Nixon
foreign policy (Henry Kissinger), and the Watergate operation.
*When George H.W. Bush became CIA
Director in 1976, Barr joined the CIA’s “legal office” and Bush’s inner circle, and worked alongside Bush’s
longtime CIA enforcers Theodore “Ted” Shackley, Felix Rodriguez, Thomas Clines, and others, several of whom were
likely involved with the Bay of Pigs/John F. Kennedy assassination, and numerous southeast Asian operations,
from the Phoenix Program to Golden Triangle narco-trafficking.
*Barr stonewalled and destroyed the
Church Committee investigations into CIA abuses.
*Barr stonewalled and stopped
inquiries in the CIA bombing assassination of Chilean opposition leader Orlando Letelier.
*Barr joined George H.W. Bush’s
legal/intelligence team during Bush’s vice presidency (under President Ronald Reagan). Rose from assistant
attorney general to Chief Legal Counsel to attorney general (1991) during the Bush 41 presidency.
*Barr was a key player in the
Iran-Contra operation, if not the most important member of the apparatus, simultaneously managing the operation
while also “fixing” the legal end, ensuring that all of the operatives could do their jobs without fear of
exposure or arrest.
*In his attorney general
confirmation, Barr vowed to “attack criminal organizations,” drug smugglers and money launderers. It was all hot
air: as AG, Barr would preserve, protect, cover up, and nurture the apparatus that he helped create, and use
Justice Department power to escape punishment.
*Barr stonewalled and stopped
investigations into all Bush/Clinton and CIA crimes, including BCCI and BNL CIA drug banking, the theft of
Inslaw/PROMIS software, and all crimes of state committed by Bush.
*Barr provided legal cover for
Bush’s illegal foreign policy and war crimes.
*Barr left Washington, and went
through the “rotating door” to the corporate world, where he took on numerous directorships and counsel
positions for major companies. In 2007 and again from 2017, Barr was counsel for politically connected
international law firmKirkland & Ellis. Among its other notable attorneys and alumni are Kenneth Starr, John
Bolton, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and numerous Trump administration attorneys. K&E’s clients
include sex trafficker/pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital.
If all of this isn’t bad enough,
William Bar is a co-conspirator in the murders of Vicki and Sammy Weaver at Ruby Ridge,
Idaho.James Bovard tells the story:
The Senate Judiciary Committee
hearings for Attorney General nominee William Barr have focused heavily on Barr’s views on Special Counsel
Robert Mueller. But nobody is asking about Barr’s legal crusade for blanket immunity for federal agents who
killed American citizens.
Barr received a routine
questionnaire from the Judiciary Committee asking him to disclose his past work including pro bono activities
“serving the disadvantaged.” The “disadvantaged” that Barr spent the most time helping was an FBI agent who
slayed an Idaho mother holding her baby in 1992. Barr spent two weeksorganizing former Attorneys General and others to support “an FBI sniper in
defending against criminal charges in connection with the Ruby Ridge incident.” Barr also “assisted in framing
legal arguments advanced… in the district court and the subsequent appeal to the Ninth Circuit,” he told the
committee.
That charitable work (for an FBI
agent who already had a federally paid law firm defending him) helped tamp down one of the biggest scandals
during Barr’s time as Attorney General from 1991 to early 1993. Barr was responsible for both the U.S. Marshals
Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, two federal agencies whose misconduct at Ruby Ridge
“helped to weaken the bond of trust that must exist between ordinary Americans
and our law enforcement agencies,” according to a 1995 Senate Judiciary Committee report.
After Randy Weaver, an outspoken
white separatist living on a mountaintop in northern Idaho, was entrapped by an undercover federal agent, U.S.
marshals trespassed on Weaver’s land and killed his 14-year-old son, Sammy [by shooting him in the back]. The
following day, FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi killed his wife, Vicki, as she was standing in the cabin doorway [holding
her baby in her arms]. Horiuchi had previously shot Randy Weaver in the back after he stepped out of the cabin.
The suspects were never given a warning or a chance to surrender and had taken no action against FBI agents.
Weaver survived.
Barr told
theNew York Times in 1993 that he was not directly involved in the
Ruby Ridge operation. Two years later, the Washington Post revealed that “top officials of the Bush Justice
Department had at least 20 [phone] contacts concerning Ruby Ridge in the 24 hours before Vicki Weaver was shot,”
including two calls involving Barr.
In January 1995, FBI director Louis
Freeh announced wrist slaps for the FBI officials involved, including his friend Larry Potts, who supervised the
operation from headquarters and who approved the shoot-without-provocation orders that “contravened the
constitution of the United States,” according to the Justice Department internal report.
When Attorney General Janet Reno
later nominated Potts for deputy director of the FBI, top newspapers and members of Congress protested, but Barr
told theNew York Times that his friend Potts “was deliberate and careful, and I developed a great deal of confidence in his
judgment… I can’t think of enough good things to say about him.” A few months later, the FBI suspended Potts after suspected perjury regarding Ruby Ridge. (Potts was
not charged and retired two years later.)
The Justice Department paid $3
million to settle a wrongful death lawsuit from the Weaver family. But when Boundary County, Idaho filed
criminal charges against Horiuchi, Barr sprang to action seeking immunity for FBI snipers. He spearheaded
efforts to sway the court to dismiss all charges because holding a sniper liable would “severely undermine, if not cripple, the ability of future attorneys general to rely on such
specialized units in moments of crisis such as hostage taking and terrorist acts.”
When the Justice Department won an
initial appeals court victory in the case in 2000, federal judge Alex Kozinski warned in a dissent of a
newJames Bond “007 standard for the use of deadly force” against American
citizens. The same court reversed that decision the following year. Kozinski, writing for the majority,
declared: “A group of FBI agents formulated rules of engagement that permitted their
colleagues to hide in the bushes and gun down men who posed no immediate threat. Such wartime rules are patently
unconstitutional for a police action.”
Does William Barr still endorse
“wartime rules” and a “007 standard” that absolve federal agents for questionable shootings of Americans?
Does Barr consider “illegal government killings” to be an oxymoron? Best of all, can Barr explain to us
his understanding of the phrase “government under the law”?
In addition, as far as William Barr
is concerned, the Fourth Amendment does not even exist. Senator Rand Paul notes that Barr "has been a big supporter
of the PATRIOT Act, which lowered the standard for spying on Americans, and he even went so far as to say the
PATRIOT Act was pretty good — we should go much further."
Rand also said that Barr is a “big
fan” of seizing people’s property through civil asset forfeiture. Rand continued by saying that “the first things
I’ve learned about him [Barr] being for more surveillance of Americans is very, very troubling.”
Furthermore (yes, there is more),
William Barr told liberal gun grabber Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) in his senate confirmation hearing for
becoming America’s next attorney general that he fully intends to push forward with Donald Trump’s Hitlerian “take
the guns first, go through due process second” gun confiscation laws, also known as “red flag” laws. And remember:
It was Donald Trump, not Barack Obama, who gave us more gun control by outlawing “bump stocks.”
Yep! The promise to protect the
Second Amendment is another promise Trump has broken (that’s Number Six).
“Red flag” gun confiscation laws
are the same kind of laws that were used to confiscate the weapons of undesirables (meaning anyone the state
doesn’t like) in Hitler’s Germany, Stalin’s Russia, Mao’s China—and in every despotic nation of the
world.
And here isWilliam Barr’s statement that “red flag” gun confiscation laws are the “single most
important thing” government can do regarding gun control.
Internet blogger and longtime
supporter of Donald Trump, Carl F. Worden, recently wrote this:
Now I can understand how Trump fell
for the wrongful nominations of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
That was early-on in Trump's presidency and Trump had no way of knowing those he trusted for advice were
in fact Deep State maggots intent on destroying his presidency. But this is a solid two years into Trump's
first term, and it is more than obvious that Barr will not be a team player for Trump -- or us! In fact, Barr
has a very troubling record on Second Amendment issues.
At this time, I have no confidence
left in Donald J. Trump. He is either a complete fool, or he knows exactly what he's doing, and either way
he's not fit to represent me anymore.
No more excuses, Mr.
Trump!
Bravo, Carl!
Sadly, a host of Trump’s supporters
continue to be bamboozled by the elaborate psyops misinformation (translated: propaganda) entity known
asQAnon, which keeps reassuring the Trump faithful that he is covertly waging war against the
globalist insiders and that any day now the curtain is going to collapse on the swamp creatures. It’s all a hoax
to give Trump cover—and more time.
If the nomination of William Barr
as America’s next “Top Cop” doesn’t awaken the “Always Trumpers,” there is absolutely no hope for them. Even worse
is the fact that the longer Christians and conservatives continue to make excuses for Trump’s lies and deceptions,
there is less and less hope for America.
Many pastors and Christians are under the devilish delusion that
the Bible promotes pacifism and non-resistance to tyrannical government. They believe and teach
that, if government decides to outlaw firearms, Christians should sheepishly surrender their arms.
These believers do not understand the Natural and Scriptural doctrine of self-defense.
In this message, Pastor Baldwin examines the life of Abraham as
found in Genesis 14. This is an extremely important chapter of the Bible as it establishes several
laws and principles given by God. This chapter introduces us to Melchizedek, the king and priest of
Jerusalem who blessed Abraham after he had returned from "the slaughter of the kings" in defense of
the inhabitants of the city of Sodom. Hebrews 7 retells the story of Genesis 14 and makes it clear
that Melchizedek was either Christ Himself or a great type of Christ.
The timing of Christ's blessing of Abraham, and his establishment
of several monumental doctrines for mankind, occurring following Abraham's armed defense of his
family and community is extremely significant—and almost universally ignored and overlooked in
modern churches.
As the title of the message states, this is "A Biblical Portrait Of
The Righteousness And Requirement of Bearing Arms." Bearing arms for self-defense—which in the
modern world points to AR-15-style rifles—is both RIGHTEOUS and REQUIRED of us by the laws of God.
(Cont Nxt Column)
Unless you are over sixty-years-old, it is very likely that you
have never heard a message like this before--and with the kind of compromising, watered-down
preaching heard in most churches today, if you don't watch this one, you may never hear one like it
in your lifetime.
But the truths of this message are undeniable and sacrosanct. And
with the way that government--and many churches--are promoting the outlawing and surrender of
AR-15-style rifles, this message is absolutely essential to the understanding of God's law on this
subject--not to mention the survival of liberty in our land.
Today the debate over firearms rages, and on the heels of national
tragedy and death, schools and other places have become "gun-free zones"—and killing fields. In
addition, many in government are attempting to pass laws disarming the American people, beginning
with banning AR-15 rifles. And, sadly, a host of pastors and churches are telling their
congregations that Christians are obligated to surrender their firearms should civil government
require them to do so. Such teaching is an egregious violation of the Word of God.
Written by Dr. Chuck Baldwin and his son, Attorney Tim Baldwin, "To
Keep or Not To Keep: Why Christians Should Not Give Up Their Guns" is a CLASSIC defense of the
right to keep and bear arms—not just from a Constitutional perspective—but from a Biblical one. We
don't know of another book like this one on the market today.
Read this book and you will see why NO ONE—Christian or
otherwise—should surrender their arms and why stripping Americans of their right to keep and bear
the AR-15 rifle in particular is to in effect disarm the citizenry.
Pastor Baldwin is so determined to maintain the right to possess
the AR-15 rifle that he has said, "When my AR-15 rifle is outlawed, I will be an outlaw." This bold
statement is spoken not only out of adherence to the Second Amendment but more importantly out of
adherence to God's Natural and Biblical laws. This book brilliantly explains those eternal
laws.
Not since British troops marched on Lexington and Concord,
Massachusetts, during the early morning of April 19, 1775, to seize the weapons of the colonists
has the American people's right to keep and bear arms been under such a direct attack.
Dr. Baldwin has shown in previous messages the Biblical duty of
self-defense. In this message, he uses Nehemiah 4, the Book of Judges, Esther, Romans 15:4, and
Ephesians 6:12 to show that the attacks against armed men are as much spiritual in nature as they
are political and physical.
Pastor Baldwin goes on to show how Christians need to be watchful
and alert to these attacks and be prepared to repel these attacks with both spiritual and Natural
armor.
Humanly speaking, the only thing keeping America's (and the rest of
the free world's) liberties intact (to the degree that they are) is the fact that America is an
ARMED citizenry. Remove the arms from the American people, and the entire world would plunge into a
500-year period of medievalesque Dark Ages.
This message is absolutely vital to the understanding of God's
truth relative to the subject of Christian liberty and the duty of men to protect it.

Trump's
Speech After Shootings Paves Way
For A Dramatic Loss Of Rights, Censorship & PreCrime
An Open Letter To Our Legislators, Judges And Lawmen

Published on Mar 17, 2019
These letter was written by Dr. Chuck Baldwin and read live prior to the message preached by
Pastor Chuck Baldwin on Sunday, March 17, 2019 during the service at Liberty Fellowship.
Pastor Chuck Baldwin Exposes Donald
Trump's Broken Promise To Protect The 2nd
Amendment
Donald Trump promised the American people that he would protect our 2nd Amendment. No promise Trump
made was more emphatic than his promise to protect the 2nd Amendment.
But now President Trump has joined anti-gun Democrats by becoming the loudest proponent for more
draconian gun control laws, including universal background checks and "red flag" gun confiscation laws.
Donald Trump's betrayal of the 2nd Amendment is inexcusable--and unforgivable.
The NRA is compromised and in complete disarray and will be no help. It is up to the people who
voted for Donald Trump to stop this. If they do not rise up en masse NOW and let Trump know in no uncertain terms
that he has lost their vote FOREVER if he enacts these egregious gun control and gun confiscation laws, Trump will
go down in history as having enacted more communistic gun control laws than any president since Lyndon Baines
Johnson in the 1960s.
In this video, Pastor Baldwin presents the clarion call for everyone in America who cherishes their
right to keep and bear arms to rally en masse against these police-state gun control laws before it's too late.
This is not about Republicans or Democrats, right or left or who wins an election. The right to
keep and bear arms is more important than any election and any political party. The right to keep and bear arms is
about FREEDOM.
Please share this video with as many friends and loved ones as you can. We only have a short time
to stop these Orwellian gun control laws from coming into existence. We only have a short time to make Donald Trump
accountable to his promise to protect the 2nd Amendment.

UN Accelerates Plan For Global Gun
Confiscation After Collapse United Nations hiring 'disarmament,
demobilization and reintegration' officers
The United Nations is gearing up for gun
confiscation in the event of a societal collapse in numerous countries by hiring “disarmament, demobilization and
reintegration” officers who will be trained to seize guns “from the civilian population.”
A posting on the
United Nations Career Opportunities page announces a vacancy for the position of “Disarmament,
Demobilization and Reintegration Officer” under the UN’s Department of Peacekeeping Operations based out of New
York.
UN Publicly Prepares For Gun Confiscation In
US
We know they have been planning it for years, and the documents are legion. Now they are
preparing to go operational.
The UN’s page on DDR operations explains what role the DDR officer
will be expected to undertake;
Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of
small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian
population.
Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active
combatants from armed forces and groups, including a phase of “reinsertion” which provides short-term
assistance to ex-combatants.
Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian
status and gain sustainable employment and income. It is a political, social and economic process with an open
time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level.
The objective of the DDR process is to contribute to security and stability in post-conflict
environments so that recovery and development can begin. DDR helps create an enabling environment for political
and peace processes by dealing with security problem that arises when ex-combatants are trying to adjust to
normal life, during the vital transition period from conflict to peace and development.
Although the posting prompted feverish speculation that the UN was about to embark on a mass gun
confiscation program within the United States, it’s important to note that the DDR program is only currently active
in countries like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast and Haiti.
However, concerns are understandable given the acceleration in anti-Second Amendment rhetoric and
executive action on behalf of the Obama administration since the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre.
During a town hall event last week, Hillary Clinton asserted that gun control opponents should not be allowed
to hold an opinion that “terrorizes” America.
Earlier this month, President Barack
Obama also cited Australia’s draconian gun confiscation program as an example to be followed by the
U.S.
“It’s no secret that the US government has been preparing riot gear, guns, ammunition, and
detention centers for a
major calamity that will likely involve violence and widespread civil
unrest,”
writes Mac Slavo. Should such an event ever take place the first order of business will include a declaration
of martial law. And just as we saw during Hurricane Katrina, when the U.S. Constitution has been suspended gun
confiscation is soon to follow.”
Since the 1990′s, Alex Jones and Infowars reporters have attended numerous urban warfare training
drills inside the United States, many of which included exercises based around disarming American citizens. Foreign
troops were also present at many of these drills.
Infowars first became aware of this story a week ago having been contacted by active duty military
officials who saw the advertisement before it was posted publicly and we are currently working on a deeper angle
that promises to provide further insight.
For anyone who still doubts that domestic gun confiscation would be plausible in the aftermath of a
catastrophe, watch the short documentary below which highlights how authorities exploited Hurricane Katrina to
seize firearms, including those belonging to residents who weren’t even affected by the disaster.

America:
Your Guns Are Being Taken And You Don't Even Know
It
UN Demands All Americans Be
Disarmed
The UN general assembly has overwhelmingly approved the first treaty regulating the
multibillion-dollar international arms trade, a goal sought for more than a decade to try to keep illicit weapons
out of the hands of terrorists, insurgent fighters and organised crime.
The resolution was approved by a vote of 154 to three with 23 abstentions. As the numbers appeared on the
electronic board, loud cheers filled the assembly chamber.
A group of treaty supporters sought a vote in the 193-member world body after Iran, North Korea and Syria blocked
its adoption by consensus at a negotiating conference on Thursday. The three countries voted "no" at Tuesday's
resolution. http://www.infowars.com/un-approves-f...
The United Nations is
polishing up a global Arms Transfer Treaty (ATT) this month in a New York convention that would create a global
registry of private ownership of firearms. This treaty — which would also mandate creation of a national collection
agency for those guns and is contrary to the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment — has the long-standing
and enthusiastic backing of the Obama State Department, headed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
“Conventional arms transfers are a crucial national security concern for the
United States, and we have always supported effective action to control the international transfer of arms,”
Hillary Clintonnotedas early as October 14, 2009. Clinton boasted
that “the United States regularly engages other states to raise their standards and to prohibit the transfer or
transshipment of capabilities to rogue states, terrorist groups, and groups seeking to unsettle regions.” Of
course, that speech was delivered at the same time the Obama administration was transferring some 2,000 small arms
to Mexican drug gangs in the “Fast and Furious” gun-walking
scandal.
The State Department website nevertheless absurdly continues
toboastthat “The
United States has in place an extensive and rigorous system of controls that most agree is the ‘gold standard’
of export controls for arms transfers.”
In view of such obviously false public statements, one may question the sincerity
of Obama State Department promises about “redlines” to
the UN ATT, which supposedly protect the Second Amendment: “The Second Amendment to the Constitution must be
upheld. There will be no restrictions on civilian possession or trade of firearms otherwise permitted by law or
protected by the U.S. Constitution. There will be no dilution or diminishing of sovereign control over issues
involving the private acquisition, ownership, or possession of firearms, which must remain matters of domestic
law.” The Obama State Department also promises “There will be no mandate for an international body to enforce an
ATT.”
So America’s Second Amendment rights are safe, right?
Hardly.
Thedraftof the treaty
prepared earlier this year by the UN Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) explains that the treaty is aimed at crime
control as well as rogue militias in developing nations:
The majority of conflict deaths are caused by the use of small arms, and civilian
populations bear the brunt of armed conflict more than ever. Also, small arms are the dominant tools of criminal
violence.
The PrepComreportof February
2012 — despite protestations by the Hillary Clinton’s minions — is not limited merely to international transfer
of firearms. The draft treaty covers “transfers” as well as imports and exports of firearms:
The international transactions or activities covered by this Treaty include those
listed below and defined in Annex A:
(a) Import;
(b) Export;
(c) Transfer…
In this matter, the 2012 conference is merely following the goals of the 2001
UNProgramme of Action on small arms, which required national gun registries and collection agencies for those
guns once they’ve been registered. The 2001 Programme
of Action requires nations:
To ensure that comprehensive and accurate records are kept for as long as possible
on the manufacture, holding and transfer of small arms and light weapons under their jurisdiction. These records
should be organized and maintained in such a way as to ensure that accurate information can be promptly retrieved
and collated by competent national authorities.
To develop and implement, where possible, effective disarmament, demobilization
and reintegration programmes, including the effective collection, control, storage and destruction of small arms
and light weapons…
The UN is still seeking this kind of broad control over private firearms
ownership, and UN General Assembly resolution 66/47, adopted December 2, 2011 in advance of this month’s conference that it seeks to ban “The
illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its
aspects.” [Emphasis added]
Moreover, the 2012 PrepComreportuses broad
bans on any transfer of firearms:
A State Party shall not authorize a transfer of conventional arms if there is a
substantial risk that those conventional arms would: Be used in a manner that would seriously undermine peace and
security or provoke, prolong or aggravate internal, regional, subregional or international instability.
Some 56 or more U.S. senators have written a letter to President Obama and
Secretary of State Clinton opposing the UN global gun registry, according to the National Rifle Association.
Senatorial opposition began with a July 26, 2011 letterclaimingthat “the
establishment of any sort of international gun registry that could impede upon the privacy rights of law-abiding
gun owners is a non-starter.”
The U.S. State Department already has a State DepartmentOffice of Weapons Removal and Abatement that could be used as a control agency for domestic controls on firearms
transfers.
The State Departmentpolicyon
Conventional Weapons Destruction suggests: “The proliferation of illicit conventional weapons, including small
arms and light weapons (SA/LW), in regions of the world suffering from political instability and violent
conflict has proven a major obstacle to peace, economic development, and efforts to rebuild war-torn societies.
In places like Afghanistan, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Sudan, and Colombia, thousands of innocent civilians have
been killed and tens of thousands more displaced by ethnic and civil conflicts perpetuated in large part by easy
access to illicit conventional weapons, particularly SA/LW.”
Many of the countries listed by State Department officials are the very
nations that most need “illicit” small arms to fight back against genocidal governments. “Illicit” is the new
globalist jargon for “illegal,” though in most instances the sparse “illegal” weapons around the world are the ones
that are being used by victims to shoot back against genocidal governments. This is certainly the case
inSyria today, where perfectly legal small arms in the hands of the government are crushing a
largely disarmed civilian population. It was also recently the case in the genocide in South Sudan, which
recently won independence from Sudan — ending the genocide — after using “illicit” small arms in an independence
effort.
In the 1994 Rwandan genocide, the “illegal” and “illicit” guns would have
been those owned by the victims. And in Rwanda, the United Nations helped to facilitate arms deals to the
government forces and was complicit in the genocide of some800,000 innocent
Tutsis.Gun control in Rwanda was so effectively
implemented — in
partwith UN “peacekeeper”
assistance — that much of the genocide against
Tutsis was carried out by Hutu-aligned government forces with machetes — not guns!
Since the UN has traditionally backed genocidal governments over the victims who
use “illicit” guns to defend themselves, it’s not surprising that human rights violatorIran is one of several regional
chairmenof the UN ATT convention.

Did You Know a Law Is On The Books to Disarm All
Americans?
Law provides impetus for "ultimate world
disarmament" and U.N. control over military
Public law 87-297, the Arms Control and Disarmament
Act signed by President Kennedy in 1961, provides an impetus to not only ban civilian firearm ownership
but to also transfer control of the U.S. military to the United Nations.
“It is the purpose of this Act to provide impetus toward this goal by creating a new agency of peace to deal
with the problem of reduction and control of armaments looking toward ultimate world disarmament,” the law
states.
The law was based primarily on State Department
Publication 7277, The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World,
which advocates the complete disarmament of every country in favor of a permanent U.N. military force:
DISARMAMENT GOAL AND OBJECTIVES
The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to
common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world
which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which
adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.
In order to make possible the achievement of that goal, the program sets forth the following specific objectives
toward which nations should direct their efforts:
The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form
whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace
Force;
The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the
means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining
internal order;
The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, for the settlement of
disputes, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations;
The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework
of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations.
“The right to own, buy, sell, trade, or transfer all means of armed resistance, including handguns, is denied to
civilians by [Article 2] of the Arms Trade Treaty,” wrote Joe Wolverton II of the New American. “Article 3 places the ‘ammunition/munitions fired, launched or delivered
by the conventional arms covered under Article 2′ within the scope of the treaty’s prohibitions, as well.”
In the video below, Alex Jones highlights how the
Guardian Centers video is yet another startling indication that authorities in the United States are preparing for
civil unrest as America increasingly begins to resemble a militarized police state.
This has reached the point where it has ceased to be a domestic issue. The world cannot stand
idly by.
The UN has been working for a long time on tactics to disarm and control Americans. The purpose of the UN Arms
Trade Treaty (UN-ATT) is to regulate the transfer of guns. That obviously requires that all guns be registered and
tracked by governments — which is really about registering and tracking gun owners.
To get the ATT ratified, a watered down version is offered as a Trojan Horse with just a passing reference to
“small arms”. Once it’s ratified, it can easily be changed and expanded with only 75% of UN countries voting for
changes. That won’t be difficult considering it passed nearly unanimously, with only 3 countries (Iran, Syria and
North Korea) voting against.
FALSE FLAGS & PUBLIC OPINION
The history of the UN-ATT is intertwined with false flags.
Fast & Furious was supposed to lay the groundwork to scare the public about arms crossing the border. Even the
NY Times pointed out that the purpose of our government shipping guns to Mexico in the “Gunwalker” programs was to
scare the public about arms moving across borders and get the public to cry out for protection. And the UN-ATT was
the legislation they had already prepared to offer as a solution.
The UN-ATT was originally scheduled for a vote last July. But Fast & Furious had been exposed and was in
full blown controversy because the GOP wanted to use it for political gain — not because they wanted to end the
BATF abuses or send anyone to jail for criminal behavior. The “Gunwalker” programs had been run under Bush prior to
Obama.
Exactly one week before the UN was to vote on the UN-ATT, the Aurora, CO shooting was staged to try to energize
gun control, take away attention from Fast & Furious and get American public opinion to support UN-ATT
passage.
The history of the UN-ATT is intertwined with false flags.
I was at the UN that week covering it for a
pro-Second Amendment organization. There were a couple of groups demonstrating for passage and the corporate media
was in full court press calling for gun control. But the Feds didn’t get the traction from Aurora that they needed
thanks to the authentic media. So they decided to wait until after the US election and even made public statements
to that effect. If Obama lost, it would be done after election but before the new President took office.
Within hours of Obama winning re-election and the Senate Democrats increasing in numbers, they announced that
they wouldn’t do it in the lame duck session after all but in the spring. The Sandy Hook shooting took place Dec 15
and for 3 months Sandy Hook and gun control were the corporate media’s theme. Then the UN passed the Arms Trade
Treaty on April 2.
Constitutionally, it doesn’t matter that the Secretary of State signed the treaty. President Clinton’s Secretary
of State, Madeline Albright, signed another terrible UN treaty — the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child,
attacking the family — back in 1995. It never got any farther.
If Obama signs the treaty it still has to be ratified by the Senate. But it’s important to note that the
Constitution doesn’t require 2/3 of the Senate to approve — only 2/3 of those PRESENT have to sign
it. Will Harry Reid schedule a vote during a recess to get it ratified?
TREATIES DON’T CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION
Treaties don’t amend the Constitution but neither does regulatory law. However, the Feds act as if both do. Once
the government passes a “law” or “regulation”, they enforce it. Citizens can fight them in court, but even when
governments lose, it’s not uncommon for them to ignore the court decision. Washington, DC ignores the fact that the
Supreme Court struck down their gun laws 5 years ago in DC v Heller. And
court decisions striking down laws against photographing cops are being ignored across the country.
he feared US civilians “do not know us” while the military had become increasingly
“insular.”
McChrystal went on to say something very telling:
“Serious action is necessary. Sometimes we talk about very limited actions on the
edges and I just don’t think that’s enough.”
“Very limited action around the edges” is exactly what “infringement” is. But not content with infringement,
McChrystal is calling for more “serious action” implying, he’s ready to move on to confiscation. Clearly McChrystal
& Mullen have no respect for the constitutional prohibition of a standing army and reject the constitutional
prescription of a citizen militia like Switzerland.
The Founders used the term “shall not be infringed” in the Second Amendment because they knew that arms could
never be confiscated from the people unless it was a gradual infringement, gradual and “limited actions on the
edges” as McChrystal puts it.
One might ask why they used the term “shall not infringe” rather than “Congress shall pass no law” as in the
First Amendment. If we look at Article 1, Sec 8, we see that Congress had already given authorization to pass laws
that affected the militia. Congress was to organize, arm and call forth the people as a militia, i.e. support and
aid the militia.
There is a clear distinction in the Constitution between a standing army (which was not to be funded for more
than 2 years) and the militia. The militia, not the army, was tasked with “suppressing insurrections and repelling
invasions” according to Article 1, Sec 8, Clause 15. The next clause, Article 1, Sec 8, Clause 16, gave Congress
authority to organize, arm and train the militia and to appoint officers. That was what the term “well regulated”
referred to in the Second Amendment — not the infringement of rights by bureaucratic “regulations”.
The Congress was tasked with arming the militia, not disarming it incrementally. The public’s understanding of
militias and the army has been turned upside down by the schools and the corporate media. To correct it, we need to
understand that a standing army and a national bank were correctly understood by the Founders to be the greatest
threats to our liberties. The Constitution calls for a citizen militia, not a standing professional army, to defend
the country.

A plastic toy gun is to blame for the mayhem that saw a man arrested at his daughter's school this week. KITCHENER
— A Kitchener father is upset that police arrested him at his children's' school Wednesday, hauled him down to the
station and strip-searched him, all because his four-year-old daughter drew a picture of a gun at school.
"I'm picking up my kids and then, next thing you know, I'm locked up," Jessie Sansone, 26, said Thursday.
"I was in shock. This is completely insane. My daughter drew a gun on a piece of paper at school."
The school principal, police and child welfare officials, however, all stand by their actions. They said they had
to investigate to determine whether there was a gun in Sansone's house that children had access to.
"From a public safety point of view, any child drawing a picture of guns and saying there's guns in a home would
warrant some further conversation with the parents and child," said Alison Scott, executive director of Family and
Children's Services.
Waterloo Regional Police Insp. Kevin Thaler said there was a complaint from Forest Hills public school that "a
firearm was in a residence and children had access to it. We had every concern, based on this information, that
children were in danger."
Their concern wasn't based on the drawing alone, he said.
Neaveh, the child who made the drawing, also made comments about it that raised more flags.
Sansone thinks police overreacted. He didn't find out until hours after his arrest what had actually sparked the
incident.
He said he went to the school Wednesday afternoon to pick up his three children. He was summoned to the principal's
office where three police officers were waiting. They said he was being charged with possession of a firearm.
He was escorted from the school, handcuffed and put in the back of a cruiser.
At the same time, other police officers went to his home, where his wife and 15-month-old child were waiting for
his return.
They made his wife come to the police station while the other three children were taken to Family and Children's
Services to be interviewed.
The UN global arms treaty was approved by a vote of 154 to three
with 23 abstentions. Photograph: Timothy A Clary/AFP/Getty Images
The UN has voted overwhelmingly to regulate the $70bn global trade in conventional weapons in an attempt
to halt the proliferation of violent conflict and human rights abuses around the world.
The UN general assembly voted by 154 votes to just three to adopt the first Arms Trade Treaty.
The new regulations will bring the gargantuan global business in small arms and light weapons, as
well as tanks, armoured vehicles, military jets, helicopters, battleships and missiles under the same sort
of international controls that have long applied to nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
Human rights and development groups hailed the decision as a turning point in the prolonged struggle to
counter the damage wrought by an unregulated arms trade. Anna Macdonald, who heads Oxfam's campaigning on
arms control, said "for the first time, we have a legally binding international treaty that will bring
conventional arms under control.
"This is a treaty for the millions of people whose lives have fallen apart because of armed violence
every day, from Guatemala to Kenya, Jamaica, Albania and a whole range of other countries."
Kate Allen, head of Amnesty International UK, called the treaty a milestone that would regulate "the
illegal flow of arms to warlords, tyrants and despots around the world, a treaty that could save the lives
of millions and help prevent conflicts like those in Mali or Sri Lanka ever happening again."
The adoption of the treaty marks an important achievement for the UN itself, which came close to
repeating last year's failure on conventional arms control. In 2012, the collapse in talks was caused
largely by the hesitance of the US, the world's largest arms dealer, which in a presidential election year
was particularly susceptible to pressure domestically from the gun lobby led by the National Rifle
Association.
Re-election behind him, President Obama showed no such ambiguity this time, and the US signed up to the
treaty along with other major arms nations such as the UK, France and Germany as well as emerging weapon
trading countries such as South Africa and Brazil. The main threat to achieving an agreement on this
occasion came from three countries that are all under various forms of UN sanctions – Iran, Syria and North
Korea – who blocked adoption of a draft treaty last week and forced the UN to take the issue to the general
assembly for a simple majority vote.
Those three nations were the only ones who voted against the treaty on Tuesday, while 23 abstained
including Russia.
Individual nations will now be asked to ratify the treaty, which would incorporate its terms into each
country's domestic law. Once 50 countries have ratified, the treaty becomes international law.
The weakness of the new provision is that it has no teeth - there is no policing mechanism equivalent to
the international criminal court. But supporters say that the public impact of being seen to act in
violation of international law will act as a significant stick to beat errant nations into changing their
ways.
"This is not a panacea, it is not going to solve all problems overnight but it is an important step. We
have seen time and again that international treaties effect the behaviour even of those states who fail to
sign up," Macdonald said.
The US is likely to be among those nations who fail to ratify the treaty. That would require approval by
the US senate and the NRA's enduring opposition to any attempt to regulate the trade in guns is likely to
stymie that.
The NRA's stamp can also be seen in aspects of the treaty itself. The text stresses that each state has
the right to regulate and control conventional arms within its own territory - a response to the NRA's
inaccurate claim that the treaty would be the first step towards a government grab of individual Americans'
guns. Under US pressure, controls over ammunition contained in the draft treaty were also watered down to
remove a requirement on states to record importation of ammunition and to prevent it being diverted to
other countries.
Once the treaty is effective, UN member nations will have to assess every arms sale under its
jurisdiction to ensure that it does not undermine peace and security or facilitate a violation of
international humanitarian or human rights law. Safeguards against the use of conventional weapons to
foment organised crime or terrorism will also have to be implemented.
Why must all
decent non-violent people fight against "gun control"? Why is the
right to keep and bear arms truly a fundamental individual right? You can find the answers in this new
book.
People frequently ask why we are so dedicated to our cause? This book answers that
question by collecting the key facts and arguments in one place.
People have asked us to present the whole JPFO argument in one place. We have done
it. Available now in an easy-reading format and a handy size, the new book is
entitledDeath by Gun Control: The Human Cost of Victim
Disarmament.
The message is simple: Disarmed people are neither free nor safe - they become the
criminals' prey and the tyrants' playthings. When the civilians are defenseless and their government goes bad,
however, thousands and millions of innocents die.
Professor R.J. Rummel, author of the monumental
bookDeath by Government, said: "Concentrated political power is the most dangerous thing on earth." For power to
concentrate and become dangerous, the citizens must be disarmed.
What disarms the citizens? The idea of "gun control." It's the idea that only the
government has the right to possess firearms, and that citizens have no unalienable right to use force to defend
against aggression.
Death by Gun Controlcarefully

it enables the evildoers and works against righteous defense.

Truth
They Cannot Refute
Death by Gun
Control delivers the essential - and gut wrenching -- truth that the
anti-self defense "gun control" advocates never try to refute. They simply cannot refute the facts or the
formula.
Here's the Formula:Hatred +
Government + Disarmed Civilians = Genocide
What makes the argument so powerful? Two factors. First, it makes common sense:
unarmed defenseless people have no hope against armed aggressors. Second, it states the historical truth: evil
governments did wipe out 170,000,000 innocent non-military lives in the 20th Century alone.
Using the facts inDeath by Gun
Control, you can take down the enemies of the Bill of Rights. The
rights-destroyers have no answers to these facts. They have no excuses for their killer ideas.
JPFO's work has already borne fruit. John R. Bolton, an under-Secretary of State
for the United States, this year urged the United Nations to recognize how an "oppressed non-state group defending
itself from a genocidal government" will need ready access to firearms. Mr. Bolton might have been the first U.S.
official in modern history to have argued to the UN that private citizens might need to be armed against their own
killer governments.
Paul Harvey, the world-renowned and much admired radio commentator, last year
reportedly broadcast the JPFO-produced facts linking "gun control" to the genocide of millions of unarmed
civilians. Country by country, Mr. Harvey counted the murdered victims of civilian disarmament policies.
Our new book could inspire other opinion-makers to join the chorus. Chapters in
the book teach about:
The essential meaning of "gun control"
The Genocide Formula
The laws and policies that led to mega murder in Cambodia, China, Nazi
Germany, Guatemala, Rwanda, Ottoman Turkey, Uganda, USSR
Zimbabwe's land invasions and firearms confiscations
Soaring crime in Britain after gun prohibition
Violence and police state polices in Japan
The right and duty of armed self-defense in Judaism and both Protestant and
Catholic Christianity

Police state polices that condition Americans to accept victim
disarmament.
