The UN WTO (World Trade

trade internationally. While they promote the phrase “free trade”, it is anything but a free
market, due to the favorable or unfavorable tariff taxes that the WTO sets. It fosters monopolies on a grand scale.
It prohibits competition and true free market Capitalism.

Millions of Americans voted for Trump to “rip up those trade deals.” He said NAFTA is “the worst
trade deal maybe ever signed anywhere, but certainly ever signed in this country.” But globalists in and out of the
administration have convinced Trump to renegotiate instead of withdraw. They are making a mad dash to stampede
America into expanding NAFTA.If you think NAFTA is bad now, it's going to get a whole lot worse if we don't stop

President Trump signs executive order killing the
TPP
Published on Jan 23, 2017
President Trump signed an executive order this morning ordering that the U.S. withdraw from the
Trans-Pacific Partnership – or TPP.
The TPP was seen as one of the most damaging initiatives in
American history – one that would have crippled U.S. economic sovereignty and brought unprecedented overrides by
transnational corporations of laws passed by the U.S. Congress.
“It is just because we are really attacking the
principle of local sovereignty thatwe keep on protesting our loyalty to
it so loudly...I will merely repeat that weare at present working,
discreetly but with all our might, to wrest this mysteriouspolitical
force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nationalstates
of our world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we aredoing with our hands.”

WHY THE WTO
IS BAD FOR YOU!
The stated aim of theWorld Trade
Organization (WTO) is to promotefree
trade and stimulate economic growth. The actions, method, and
fundamentalism, of the World Trade Organization evokes strong antipathies. Among other things, the WTO is
accused of widening the sociological gap between rich and poor it claims to be fixing.
Some examples of this bias are:
Rich countries are able to maintain high import duties and quotas in
certain products, blocking imports from developing countries (e.g. clothing);
The increase in non-tariff barriers such asanti-dumping measures allowed
against developing countries;
The maintenance of high protection of agriculture in developed countries
while developing ones are pressed to open their markets;
Many developing countries do not have the capacity to follow the
negotiations and participate actively in theUruguay
Round; and
The
TRIPs agreement which limits developing countries from
utilizing some technology that originates from abroad in their local systems (including medicines and
agricultural products).

Trading
Away Your Freedom by Foreign Entanglements
Published on Apr 30, 2015
Author of the book "International Merger by
Foreign Entanglements," JBS CEO Arthur R. Thompson offers an in-depth analysis of the sovereignty-destroying agenda
behind so-called free trade agreements. His presentation includes discussion of Trade Promotion Authority and two
free trade agreements currently being negotiated by the United States: the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the
Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
Just as trade agreements were used to bring about the economic and political integration of 28
nations under the European Union, the TPP and TTIP trade partnerships would be used to bring about the economic and
political integration of the United States with eleven (initially) Pacific Rim nations and the European Union,
respectively.
President Obama is asking Congress for "fast-track" Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) so that he can
complete negotiations and sign a "free trade" agreement with eleven Pacific Rim nations known as the Trans-Pacific
Partnership (TPP) that threatens American jobs and, and more importantly, surrenders American independence to
international authority.
A TPA bill, S. 995, was introduced in the Senate on April 16, 2015. A vote on the TPA bill is
expected sometime in May or June.
Since nearly everyone agrees that the TPP and TTIP partnership agreements can't be approved by
Congress without a TPA bill in place to force Congress to vote these agreements up or down with no amendments
allowed, we must stop the TPA bill.
That's why you should contact your representative and senators in Congress in strong
opposition to TPA immediately. Phone your representative at 202-225-3121 and your senators at 202-224-3121. Phone
calls have the most impact.
"International Merger" is an “easy read” and outlines the scope of the problem of what is behind
the plethora of free trade agreements, pacts, and partnerships being considered by the U. S. Congress. You will not
find this book boring — quite the contrary. You will find yourself quoting it often.
The ultimate horror of completely captured government is upon us. An illegal,

For over 50 years,
the Bilderberg group constructed the European Union by stealth, under the guise
of trade deals. Now the Elite are using the same secretive approach to complete
the North American Union (NAU)— but this time, superstate integration is on the extreme fast track.
International agreements like NAFTA, GATT and APEC are just stepping stones in the formation of the
NAU.

On April 30, 2007 a summit was held at the
White House. The Security and Prosperity Partnership's secretive approach had alarmed the public, so this
time President Bush, German Chancellor Merkle, and EU commission president Moruso hid their treachery in plain
sight.
The BBC reported that the US and the EU had agreed on a “single market”, repeating what had
been done in America and the EU in a larger scale. The report states that the two blocks will push for regulatory
convergence in more than 35 areas, from financial services, intellectual property, military, education, mergers and
acquisitions, and they also agreed to jointly push a global carbon tax.

10 Reasons Why You Should Oppose TPP
and TTIP
Written by William F. Jasper, Friday, 05 June 2015
The U.S. Senate’s passage of Trade Promotion Authority
(TPA) legislation on May 22 means that the TPA bill (also known as “Fast Track”) will soon be up for a vote in the
House of Representatives. If the House follows suit and approves it, we can be certain that President Obama and his
Republican supporters in Congress will move for expedited action on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the
Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), both of which, Obama has stated, are top priorities of his
administration.
These twin, trans-oceanic agreements are massive schemes that propose a very radical transformation of the
global politico-economic system, with revolutionary integration and convergence of the major Atlantic and Pacific
nations. The TPP currently includes 12 Pacific Rim member states (Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile,
Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam), but is expected to expand
to include more nations, including Communist China.
The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) proposes to begin “deep and comprehensive” integration
between the 28 member states of the European Union and the United States. Over the course of the past several
years, we have published many articles detailing the dangers posed by these (still officially secret) agreements.
We are bringing together here, in abbreviated form, 10 of those reasons why every American — whether identifying as
Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Independent, Tea Party, liberal, conservative, or constitutionalist — should
oppose both of these proposals.
1: Sovereignty will be lost.
The Trans-Pacific Partnership and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership constitute an all-out assault
on, and an existential threat to, America’s sovereignty and independence.
Even if all of the glowing economic predictions and rosy job promises of the TPP/TTIP promoters were true — and
as we show below, there are many good reasons to disbelieve this prosperity propaganda — would it really be worth
sacrificing our national sovereignty and independence for these purported benefits? Would it be worth sacrificing
our liberty and our Constitution? Would it be worth subjecting ourselves and our posterity to the rule of
international bureaucrats and judges? Those are not idle, speculative questions; they go to the core of what the
TPP and TTIP are all about.
Modern Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs, such as NAFTA, TPP, and TTIP) have become so comprehensive and
complex (see below) that they guarantee conflict — both among the nations that are party to the agreement, as well
as between private parties and the various nation-state parties. Resolving the conflict means resorting to
adjudication. As with NAFTA, the TPP and TTIP create conflict resolution tribunals (courts) that claim the
authority to overrule national, state, and local laws, as well as national and state courts and national and state
constitutions. Additionally, PTA members often opt to appeal their cases to the World Trade Organization tribunal,
which claims global judicial authority. In practice, this amounts, virtually, to legislating globally from the
bench, striking down laws and ordering revisions. This is not merely a theoretical threat, it is already happening.
Most recently, the WTO appellate tribunal ruled against the United States in a NAFTA suit brought by Canada and
Mexico that claimed the U.S. Country Of Origin Labeling (COOL) law, which requires foreign meat to be labeled as
such, is an unfair and illegal trade practice. The WTO’s May 18 ruling was the fourth time in three years that the
global court had ruled against COOL, even though U.S. courts had ruled that COOL is legal. Faced with WTO penalties
and threats of retaliation, the U.S. Congress is now considering repeal of COOL, and American consumers may soon
lose the ability to discover if the meat at the grocery store (or the fast food burger/taco joint) is U.S.-raised,
or from Mexico, Brazil, or China.
The WTO COOL case is a harbinger of more to come. The TPP and TTIP would exempt foreign corporations from our
laws and regulations, placing the resolution of any disputes regarding those matters in the hands of an
Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) tribunal or the WTO. Besides unconstitutionally creating another
international judicial authority higher than our own courts and legislature, the agreements will put American
businesses (particularly small and medium-size businesses geared primarily for our domestic market) at a serious
competitive disadvantage. Foreign firms could operate here unburdened by the costly and onerous regulatory shackles
that are crippling and destroying American free enterprise.
2: The TPP and TTIP are “living,” “evolving” agreements.
On November 12, 2011, the leaders of the TPP nations endorsed the TPP “Trade Ministers’ Report to Leaders,”
which states, inter alia: “We have agreed to develop the TPP as a living agreement.... Therefore, the TPP
teams are establishing a structure, institutions, and processes that allow the agreement to evolve.... We envision
a continuing joint work program, including new commitments.”
The Congressional Research Service, in a March 20, 2015 study entitled “The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)
Negotiations and Issues for Congress,” notes: “The TPP has been envisaged as a ‘living agreement,’ one that is both
open to new members willing to sign up to its commitments and open to addressing new issues as they evolve.”
Likewise, the TTIP promoters push the “living” document theme. In February of this year, the European Council on
Foreign Relations (ECFR) issued a report entitled, “A Fresh Start for TTIP,” which declares, “The [TTIP]
negotiators should agree on standard harmonisation where it can be easily achieved … and should set up an inclusive
process of regulatory convergence to allow TTIP to become a living agreement which harmonises further standards
later on.”
Dr. Alberto Alemanno, the Jean Monnet Professor of EU Law at HEC Paris, writes that “unlike any previous trade
arrangement, TTIP is set to become a ‘living agreement’, whose obligations will continuously be added without the
need to re-open the initial international treaty nor to modify each others’ institutional frameworks. Thus, should
the regulators identify areas for convergence … their agreed commitments … will become legally binding through a
sectoral annex.”
The TPP/TTIP architects are drawing from the “success” of the European Union. In the development of the European
Union — from its origin as the European Coal and Steel Community to the Common Market to the European Community to,
finally, the EU — this subversive mutational process has been referred to as “broadening and deepening.” Broadening
(or “widening”) refers to the constant expansion through addition of new member-states; deepening refers to the
constant creation of new supranational institutional structures and continuous expansion and usurpation by regional
authorities of powers and jurisdiction that previously were exercised by national, state, and local governments.
The “living,” “evolving” treaties and agreements of the EU have eviscerated the national sovereignty of the EU
member-states and increasingly subjugated them to unaccountable rulers in Brussels under the rubric of
“integration,” “harmonization,” “an ever closer union,” “convergence,” “pooled sovereignty,” “interdependence,” and
“comprehensive cooperation.”
3: It’s being planned in secret.
The Obama administration has audaciously claimed that the TPP and TTIP processes are “completely transparent,”
and President Obama has publicly claimed to be peeved by charges (false charges, he says) that there is any secrecy
involved. But the president is talking utter nonsense, if facts mean anything. It is a fact that after more than
three years of (secret) negotiations, the administration still has not made the draft texts of either of the
agreements available to the public. It is a fact that the only texts the public has had access to are those that
have been “illegally” leaked. It is a fact that elected members of the U.S. Congress are only allowed to see the
text under severely restricted conditions: They must go to a special room, must leave their cellphones behind, may
not make any copies, are monitored while in the room, and before leaving must surrender all notes they have taken.
On the other hand, it is also a fact that private “cleared” representatives of, for example, pharmaceutical
companies, Hollywood studios, Wall Street, and other corporate interests are given passwords to access the
documents online at their leisure: no restrictions, inconvenience, or humiliation for these privileged elites.
This secrecy charge is not merely some invention of right-wing Republicans; it comes also from progressives of
Obama’s party: Oregon Senator Ron Wyden, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, Florida Representative Alan
Grayson, Connecticut Representative Rosa DeLauro, California Representative George Miller, and many others. If
there is nothing to hide, why does the administration insist on shrouding the entire process in secrecy, and then
ludicrously pretend they are being totally open and transparent?
4: The TPP and TTIP are not about “free trade.”
Historically, the “free trade” debate has centered on reducing or eliminating tariffs (taxes on imports). But
U.S. tariffs are already at historic lows. If the TTIP and TPP were truly about free trade and tariffs, they could
be written in a few pages. But they, purportedly, are hundreds of pages long. This is because they deal with what
the globalization lobby calls “non-tariff barriers to trade,” which can be just about anything and everything.
Here are some of the things the U.S. Trade Representative’s website lists as matters that are covered by the TTIP:
“Agricultural Market Access, Competition, Cross-Border Services, Customs and Trade Facilitation, Electronic
Commerce and Telecommunications, Energy and Raw Materials, Environment Financial Services, Government Procurement,
Intellectual Property Rights, Investment, Labor, … Rules of Origin, Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Measures,
Sectoral Annexes/Regulatory Cooperation, Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises, State-Owned Enterprises, Technical
Barriers to Trade (TBT), Textiles, Trade Remedies.”
And remember, as discussed above in number two, since these are “living,” “evolving” agreements, virtually
anything may be added for consideration in the future. No less an authority than WTO Director-General Pascal Lamy
has remarked on the revolutionary nature of TTIP. “Authorities in Europe and America have given the impression that
the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership is just another trade agreement,” he said. “In fact, the
proposed agreement is a different beast.” Lamy noted that “80 per cent of these negotiations deal with a realm of
regulatory convergence.” Lamy, who previously worked as an official in the French government and the EU
bureaucracy, knows about convergence, since he helped steer the process in the EU. “Convergence” in EU parlance has
come to mean iron-fisted centralized authority running roughshod over national and local laws and customs.
Dr. Joseph Stiglitz, recipient of the Nobel Prize in economics, told the Italian Parliament last year during
testimony regarding the TTIP, “This is not a free trade agreement and you should not sign it.” While this writer
might disagree with Dr. Stiglitz on a number of other important economic matters, he is certainly correct on this
point and his warning should be heeded. According to WikiLeaks, only five chapters of the purported 29 chapters in
the TPP deal with matters that are considered traditional trade issues.
5: It is an immigration Trojan Horse.
The Obama administration, infamous for promising to use all executive means possible (whether constitutional or
not) to grant amnesty to illegals and to expand legal immigration, is using the TPP/TTIP to replace our immigration
system with EU-style mass “migration.” The still-secret agreements contain provisions for eviscerating our border
controls, according to insiders who have studied them. “The Trans-Pacific Partnership includes an entire chapter on
immigration,” Curtis Ellis, executive director of the American Jobs Alliance, remarked in an April 13, 2015 post
for The Hill. “It is a Trojan horse for Obama’s immigration agenda. House members who were ready to defund
the Department of Homeland Security to stop President Obama’s executive action on immigration must not give him TPA
[Fast Track], which he will use to ensure his immigration actions are locked in when he leaves office.”
Critics point to the fact that President Obama has boasted of greatly expanding the L-1 “temporary guest worker”
program to allow corporations to bring hundreds of thousands of workers into the United States while we are
suffering extremely high unemployment. Moreover, Obama has already used a pseudo “free trade” agreement with South
Korea to expand the L-1 program with that country.
We can take some guidance as to where this could lead from the EU, which the TPP/TTIP architects approvingly
cite as their model. Restricted by EU court rulings, EU member states have found it virtually impossible to
restrict “migration” and even extremely difficult to control the deluge of “welfare tourism” that is bankrupting
many of their social services.
6: It merges America with China/Russia.
One of the overarching arguments repeatedly used by TPP promoters is that we must complete and
adopt the TPP or Communist China will pre-empt us with its own trade pact. Likewise, they argue that we must
approve the TTIP to keep Russia in check. The short answer to this is that the TPP/TTIP proponents are being
totally disingenuous because most of the leading architects of the agreements have been on record for years in
favor of admitting both China and Russia to the regional/global trade regimes. China is already a member of the
U.S.-created Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and has been integrally involved in the talks aimed at
transforming APEC into a Free Trade Area of the Asia Pacific (FTAAP). The TPP is a key “steppingstone” in that
process, according to the APEC/FTAAP architects. An important source on this matter is the pro-TPP book
Understanding the Trans-Pacific Partnership published in 2013 by the Peter G. Peterson Institute for
International Economics (PIIE), one of the premier global think tanks that has played an especially important role
in promoting the WTO, IMF, United Nations, and so-called free trade agreements, including NAFTA, CAFTA, TPP, and
FTAAP. According to the PIIE book, “The TPP is regarded as an interim arrangement or stepping stone toward a
broader, region-wide Free Trade Area of the Asia Pacific (FTAAP).... TPP negotiators are … also planning and
constructing the trade pact with a view toward future linkages with other APEC members, including
and especially China.” (Emphasis added.)
Russia is also an APEC member and could be expected to be included in the FTAAP, which the Obama administration
has been quietly developing alongside the TPP. As far back as 2010, the administration posted on the White House
website an APEC press release of November 13, 2010 announcing: “Based on the results of this work, we have agreed
that now is the time for APEC to translate FTAAP from an aspirational to a more concrete vision. To that end, we
instruct APEC to take concrete steps toward realization of an FTAAP, which is a major instrument to further APEC’s
Regional Economic Integration (REI) agenda.” Once that is achieved, both China and Russia will likely be full FTAAP
members.
7: Could the TPP/TTIP be used to foist gun control on Americans?
This is not an “out there” question; it should be a genuine concern of all who treasure the Second Amendment.
Constitutional champion Michael Hammond, the longtime executive director of the Senate Steering Committee, has
warned that “there is ample time to insert firearms import bans (with the force of statutory law)” into the TPP
and/or TTIP. “Barack Obama has been rabid in his zeal to destroy the Second Amendment community,” Hammond notes.
“Over and over again, he has experimented with a wide variety of schemes to ban guns by regulatory fiat:
eliminating credit, banning ammunition, compiling a gun registry, encouraging state bans, reclassifying common
guns, banning the import of guns, and so forth. Hammond, who is now general counsel for the Gun Owners of America,
notes that despite Obama’s notorious anti-gun record, the Republican “leadership” in Congress “didn’t see fit to
even purport to prohibit the Obama administration from using a trade agreement to impose a statutory gun import
ban.”
8: The jobs and prosperity myth
As with NAFTA and every other pseudo-free trade agreement, there are many politicians, lobbyists, and think
tanks making pie-in-the-sky claims that TPP and TTIP will usher in new prosperity and a wave of good-paying jobs.
We’ve been there before. In 1993, the Peterson Institute for International Economics released its influential
study, “NAFTA: An Assessment,” which predicted that “with NAFTA, U.S. exports to Mexico will continue to outstrip
Mexican exports to the United States, leading to a U.S. trade surplus with Mexico of about $7 (billion) to $9
billion annually by 1995.” It also predicted that the U.S. trade surplus with Mexico would increase to $12 billion
annually between 2000 and 2010. The actual result was quite different.
In 1993, the year before NAFTA went into effect, the United States had a $1.66 billion trade surplus with
Mexico; by 1995, the first year after NAFTA had entered into force, that changed to a $15.8 billion
deficit. By 2000, that annual deficit had soared to $24.5 billion, and by 2007 it hit $74.7 billion. For 2014,
our trade deficit with Mexico dipped to only $53.8 billion. In 1993, the year before NAFTA, we
imported around 225,000 cars and trucks from Mexico. By 2005, our imports of Mexican-made vehicles had tripled to
700,000 vehicles annually, and in 2012, Mexico’s export of vehicles to the United States surpassed 1.4 million.
Chrysler, Ford, and GM transferred major production facilities (and jobs) from the United States to Mexico. Our
trade deficits with Canada have followed a similar path since adoption of NAFTA.
The PIIE authors and other pseudo-free trade propagandists had cherry-picked data and simply invented statistics
to fraudulently sell their product: NAFTA. If they were car salesmen, they would have gone to jail for fraud and
misrepresentation. Instead, they are back doing the same thing, concocting rosy statistics to sell the TPP and
TTIP.
9: The TPP and TTIP are corporatist schemes.
Unfortunately, some of the loudest critics on this score are notorious leftists who regularly parade against
capitalism. Republican leaders have been able to use that fact as a reason to disregard the compelling evidence
that these criticisms of TPP/TTIP are solidly based. First of all, it is important to note that in most cases the
big, international mega-corporations long ago ceased to consider themselves American companies and also long ago
ceased to favor free enterprise capitalism: They are corporate welfare drones, the masters of government bailouts,
government loans, government subsidies, government contracts. They are little different from the giant State Owned
Enterprises (SOEs) or “private” corporations owned by communist princelings and commissars in China and Russia.
This is especially evident in the lineup of globalist corporations behind the TPP/TTIP: Goldman Sachs, Boeing,
Dow Chemical, Unilever, Chevron, Caterpillar, UPS, Walmart, Chase, Citi — and a bevy of Big Business coalitions:
Global Business Dialogue, Business Roundtable, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Transatlantic Policy Network, Atlantic
Council, and more. These are “crony capitalists,” not free enterprise capitalists; they prefer to use the power of
government rather than innovation, risk, and excellence to prosper. Many of these corporations and associations
have their representatives working directly with the TPP/TTIP negotiators, and they are the “cleared” elites that
get privileged access to the documents you and I don’t get to see, and our elected representatives only access
under extreme controls.
10: The TPP and TTIP are regional transitions in the push toward a world government.
Unquestionably, one of the most important organizations pushing the TPP and TTIP is the New York-based Council
on Foreign Relations, the uber-think tank that has been promoting schemes for world government for nearly a
century. In a 2006 op-ed entitled “State sovereignty must be altered in globalized era,” CFR President Richard
Haass declared that we must “rethink” and “redefine” sovereignty because “new mechanisms are needed for regional
and global governance” and “states must be prepared to cede some sovereignty to world bodies.” Due to
globalization, said Haass, “sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but … it needs to become weaker.”
According to the CFR chief, we must choose between “an international system of either world government or
anarchy.”
The CFR fully supports the trans-oceanic political and economic “integration” and “convergence” plans of the TPP
and TTIP. It works closely with the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN), which says its mission is “to promote and
assist the convergence of EU/US Government policies.” The TPN’s 1995 “Partnership Project” called for combining
NATO with a merged EU-U.S. “in a single political framework by early in the next century.” In its 2008 report
Completing the Transatlantic Market, the TPN went further, revealing that “the process of creating a
Transatlantic Market will be an integral step in the evolution toward an eventual Transatlantic Partnership
Agreement embracing the economic, political, and strategic totality of the EU-US relationship.” “Totality” — did
you catch that?
This is what former French Premier Edouard Balladur was aiming at with his 2007 book entitled A Union of the
West, which received the expected send-off at the New York Times and other “enlightened” voices
of the globalist media choir. According to Balladur the new partnership must be “a new alliance between Europe and
America, and even more — a true union.” And that is what the TPP/TTIP schemers are truly attempting to put
over.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day, and every now
and then even the occasional Congress critter comes down on the right side of an issue…as long as it affords them
some political leverage, that is.
Such is the case in the current fight over “Trade Promotion Authority,” an obscure piece of legislation
that is now at the heart of the debate over Washington’s ratification of the Trans-Pacific Partnership
(TPP).
Trade Promotion Authority, or “fast track negotiating authority” is an authority granted by Congress that allows
the President to present trade agreements to Congress for approval or rejection, and stops the treaty from being
filibustered or amended. This authority is needed because Congress is in fact given all authority to regulate
“commerce with foreign nations” and “lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises.” The idea (supposedly) is to give the President “added leverage to negotiate trade agreements by
effectively assuring U.S. trade partners that final agreements will be given timely and unamended
consideration.”
What this “trade promotion authority” (TPA) means in reality, though, is that potentially disastrous trade deals
like the TPP can be negotiated in almost complete secrecy and then presented to Congress as a done deal and
ramrodded through the House before the public even knows what’s happening. And what the carefully whitewashed
Congressional Research Service reports on the subject won’t tell you is that the TPA
has been championed by none other than…(wait for it…)
Globalists of all stripes love the idea of TPA because it makes the creation of unaccountable, multilateral
trade deals like NAFTA, the WTO and the TPP so much easier. And it should be no surprise that Obama–who has done
nothing but demonstrate himself as a serviceable puppet for the globalists during his time in “power”–should now be
fighting with many of his former allies (including the trade unions, environmental
groups, progressives and even members of his own party) in order to pass it.
Of course, this fight isn’t really about fast track authority itself so much as it is about the TPP. So what is
the TPP, exactly? We’ve talked about the TPP on The Corbett Report on many occasions, but a brief primer for
those who are new to the subject would include:
Unprecedented secrecy around the negotiation of the treaty that even requires members of Congress to view the text
in a locked basement room of the Capitol Visitor Center, one section at a time, without
the option of taking notes.
Changes to intellectual property laws that will expand copyright laws, put further
restrictions on fair use, and make it harder for people to exchange information online.
The destruction of even more jobs from a US economy that has seen massive outsourcing
since the implementation of NAFTA.
But of all of the flack that Obama is receiving for pushing for the TPA (and, by
extension, the TPP), perhaps none is so cutting as that dished out by Elizabeth Warren and Rosa DeLauro–a
Democratic Senator and Congresswoman respectively. Earlier this week they penned a scathing op-ed in the Boston Globe this week that includes the observation that “modern
‘trade’ agreements are often less about trade and more about giant multinational corporations finding new ways
to rig the economic system to benefit themselves.”
This is a self-evident truth to those who watched Ross Perot’s “giant sucking sound” come to pass after the passage of NAFTA and have watched with horror the unfolding of the WTO nightmare over the past two decades. But the scope and scale of the TPP agreement
(or what little we know of it), combined with the unprecedented level of corporate input into its drafting that
is taking place behind the scenes make the TPP even more of a potential disaster.
The president argues that the TPP is about who will ‘write the rules’ for 40 percent of the world’s economy
— the United States or China. But who is writing the TPP? The text has been classified and the public isn’t
permitted to see it, but 28 trade advisory committees have been intimately involved in the negotiations. Of the
566 committee members, 480, or 85 percent, are senior corporate executives or representatives from industry
lobbying groups. Many of the advisory committees are made up entirely of industry representatives.
These are important points…but it should be no surprise that these criticisms are just more political wrangling.
This is not the issue of protecting the people from a predatory globalist bankster jetset that have been
constructing the framework for global government behind the scenes for decades. This is essentially the first round
of the 2016 campaign for Elizabeth “Look At Me I’m Not Hillary!” Warren.
Still, politics make strange bedfellows and dissent is dissent. If it does derail the passage of the fast track
authorization and ultimately scuttle the TPP, who are we to look that gift horse in the mouth?
Obama, the Cloward-Piven Strategy,
and the New World
Order “Barack Obama is Destroying Our
Economy on Purpose,” an interview with author James Simpson.
Kurt Nimmo
Infowars
March 10, 2009
On March 9, Brannon Howse of Worldview Radio interviewed author James Simpson. Entitled “Barack
Obama is Destroying Our Economy on Purpose,” Howse’s interview of Simpson concentrated on Columbia University
professors Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven who wrote an article in 1966 for The Nation magazine.
“The article was published on May 2, 1966 and laid out what is now known as the ‘Cloward-Piven Strategy’. The
plan calls for the destruction of capitalism in America by swelling the welfare rolls to the point of collapsing
our economy and then implementing socialism by nationalizing many private institutions,” explains a synopsis on
the Worldview Radio website. “Cloward and Piven studied Saul Alinsky just like Hillary Clinton and President
Obama.”
Alinsky is considered to be the founder of modern community organizing in America. Alinsky’s teachings
influenced Obama early in his career as a community organizer on the far South Side of Chicago. Obama worked for
Gerald Kellman’s Developing Communities Project where he learned and taught Alinsky’s methods for community
organizing. Obama would later work for ACORN (the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
According to Sol Stern of the Manhattan Institute, ACORN is a modern successor of the radical 1960’s
“New Left” and holds a “1960’s-bred agenda of anti-capitalism” to be implemented through “undisguised
authoritarian socialism.”
It is a brand of “undisguised authoritarian socialism” supported by the
establishment. As the Union News reported last October, ACORN receives funding from the Robin Hood
Foundation, a charity supported — to the tune $9,859,453 — by the globalist George Soros and his Soros Fund
Charitable Foundation.
“Soros is the visible side of a vast and nasty secret network of private financial interests, controlled by the
leading aristocratic and royal families of Europe, centered in the British House of Windsor,” writes William Engdahl. According to Engdahl, Soros “is part of a tightly knit financial mafia —
‘mafia,’ in the sense of a closed masonic-like fraternity of families pursuing common aims.”
As Antony Sutton documented (Wall Street & the Bolshevik Revolution), the very fount of “authoritarian socialism” was
created and lavishly funded by the bankers. “The involvement of the Rockefellers with their supposed blood
enemies, the Communists, dates back to the Bolshevik Revolution,” notes Gary Allen (None Dare Call it
Conspiracy, chapter 6). “The Federal Reserve-CFR insiders began pushing to open up Communist Russia to U.S.
traders soon after the revolution.”
In addition, the bankers have supported “communism” in the United States. Considering this, it should come as no
surprise the anti-capitalist “Cloward-Piven Strategy” was published by The Nation, a magazine with a
well-documented connection to the CIA. As researcher Bob Feldman notes, The Nation is connected to the National Endowment for Democracy, a
CIA front group involved in overthrowing countries around the world by way of “color revolution.” The CIA has a
history of collaboration with the Ford Foundation (see James Petras: “The Ford Foundation and the CIA: A documented case of philanthropic collaboration with the
Secret Police”).
In 1954, Rowan Gaither of the Ford Foundation told Reese Commission investigator Norman Dodd
that “the directives under which we operate is that we shall use our grant making power to alter life in the
United States so that we can comfortably be merged with the Soviet Union.”
This merging with the Soviet Union (or more accurately, “authoritarian socialism”) has nothing to do with the
sort of communism taught in school textbooks — a dictatorship of the proletariat and the workers — but rather it is
an authoritarian control system engineered by the bankers and the global elite. “This new and complete Revolution
we contemplate can be defined in a very few words. It is … outright world-socialism, scientifically planned and
directed,” H.G. Wells wrote in The New World Order.
It is a mistake to believe the Cloward-Piven Strategy is scheme cooked up by academic Marxists of “New Left”
bent dedicated to the destruction of capitalism in the name of some sort of vaguely defined humanitarianism. In
fact, “the destruction of capitalism in America by swelling the welfare rolls to the point of collapsing our
economy and then implementing socialism by nationalizing many private institutions” is a meticulous plan on the
part of the global elite to consolidate power and destroy all opposition.
It has nothing to do with liberating the proletariat but rather subjecting them to banker engineered
“world-socialism, scientifically planned and directed” and devised to transform the planet into a banker dominated
high-tech prison gulag.

'Humanitarian' Immigration Crisis:
Why This Is Happening Now
(Truthstream Media.com) Behind the endless throngs of desperate Central American
children arriving on the U.S. border and a steady wave of illegal immigrants from Mexico and beyond is a covert
plan for global economic warfare -- those building up the world of globalization are tearing down the
sovereignty and financial strength of the United States and Europe to make way for the coming corporate new
world order.
A generation of sending American jobs offshore under NAFTA, GATT and the WTO, dumping
cheap corn on Mexico thereby destroying millions of farming jobs and unleashing disruptive retailers like
Wal-mart upon the fragile economies of Latin America have created turmoil, uncertainty and rivers of human
migration... and along with it bitter tension and discord over the dynamics of immigration, illegal immigration

New CFR Blueprint for a North American Union Super
Grid
Published on Oct 6, 2014
Welcome to Americanadexico, bye bye
sovereignty.
Two Bilderbergers, former general David Petraeus, now of KKR Global and former World Bank
head Robert Zoellick, now Chair of Goldman Sachs' international board, are leading the Council on Foreign
Relation’s latest push for an ‘integrated’ North America — a North American Union.
In their new report, they discuss everything from the coming immigration reforms, approval
of the Keystone pipeline, fracking, hooking America's power grid up with Mexico's, and how recent Mexican "reforms"
have helped "harmonize" it with the U.S. banker-led vision for the continent.
According to Zoellick, North America can become a “new growth market” under integration,
rife with exploitable opportunities through a "doubling down" of NAFTA-style policies that they expect 2016
presidential candidates to pursue.
Zoellick explicitly stated, “I hope that this report will provide an agenda for both [U.S.
political] parties in the presidential elections in 2016.”
"So secret that even Congress is not
allowed to see it.
The federal government of the USA
has, of course, become a super-secret corporate mafia that answers to no one. So when it came time to create
the TPP and force U.S. corporate imperialism upon the nations of the world, Congress was left completely out of the
loop. The TPP was dreamed up entirely by the executive branch without a single vote ushering it into
existence. It answers to no law and has zero transparency. No representative of the People votes on its provisions.
There is no oversight. There is no recourse for the public to challenge its language. The TPP exists utterly
outside the boundaries of government and of U.S. law, including the Constitution."
In this week’s conversation on Financial Survival James and Alfred discuss the latest on the Trans-Pacific Partnership
and how treaties like the TPP are increasingly being used to merge national economies and political structures
behind the scenes. We also talk about China’s role in the New World Order and how the oligarchy perpetuates
itself behind various political systems.
We all remember Representative Nancy Pelosi’s infamous
statement that we have to pass the ObamaCare legislation so that we can find out what’s in it. That was in 2010 and
Mrs. Pelosi was then speaker of the House of Representatives.
Well, Congress followed her advice and passed ObamaCare,
formally known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Three years later, in October of 2013, tens of
millions of Americans began finding out what was really in the bill, as they began receiving health insurance
cancellations and/or massive premium hikes. They also began to learn that under ObamaCare the IRS has been given
new powers to go after them, their businesses, and their bank accounts. And that is only the beginning. As with all
legislation, the devil is in the details, and lots of devils keep popping out of the constantly evolving details,
as dozens of federal agencies continue churning out thousands of pages of regulations to implement the misbegotten,
misnamed Affordable Care Act.
There are many important lessons from ObamaCare that we should apply to another huge project that could have a
similarly devastating impact on our nation. In November 2009, President Obama announced his intention to have the
United States participate in a so-called trade agreement known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership. I say so-called
trade agreement because 80 percent of the proposed agreement deals with a great many issues besides trade.
The Trans-Pacific Partnership, or TPP, as it is called, is an all-out assault on our national sovereignty. It
would unconstitutionally transfer legislative powers from the U.S. Congress, our state legislatures, and our city
and county governments to multi-national corporations and unaccountable international bureaucrats at the World
Trade Organization, or WTO. Incredibly, it also would transfer judicial powers from our federal and state courts —
which are bad enough — to globalist TPP judges at regional tribunals and the WTO. It would also confer huge
advantages on foreign businesses and large multinationals, while at the same time putting companies that operate
here in America — especially small and medium-sized enterprises — at a competitive disadvantage. American
businesses would remain shackled by the regulations of EPA, FDA, OSHA, etc. while their foreign competitors could
operate here unimpeded by those same strictures.
Like the infamous NAFTA trade agreement passed in the ’90s, the TPP would usher in another wave of outsourcing,
as the remaining manufacturing and technology bases would be given incentives to move to Pacific Rim countries,
resulting in millions more American job losses.
With TPP negotiations on track to be completed by the end of 2013, President Obama will likely ask Congress to
approve this trade agreement in early 2014. Contact your senators and representative and urge them to oppose the
Trans-Pacific Partnership, and see the many additional articles listed below the video that we’ve published
detailing the dangers of the TPP.

Secret TPP Trade
Negotiations are Next Step in NWO
[vid]
The Obama administration has made it a priority to have the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)
completed by the end of the year. The TPP is the largest trade agreement negotiated since the World Trade
Organization (WTO). It covers 12 countries so far and includes provisions that reach beyond issues of trade. The
full contents of the TPP are unknown because it has been negotiated with unprecedented secrecy; however, it is
clear from what has been revealed that the TPP gives transnational corporations the power to alter our laws down to
the local level to enhance and protect their profits.
To pass the TPP, Obama is seeking Fast Track Trade Promotion Authority from Congress, which would give the
president the ability to negotiate and sign the agreement before it is presented to Congress for a limited debate
and an up-or-down vote without amendments. Fast Track, which has been used to pass other undesirable trade deals
like the WTO and NAFTA, would prohibit a transparent and democratic process. Without Fast Track, it would be more
difficult to pass the TPP.

Know much about the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)? If you don't, it's not your fault.
According to Zoë Carpenter (The Nation), Congress hasn't heard much about TPP either. That's because this so-called
"free trade" agreement is being negotiated in "extreme" secrecy by representatives of twelve different
countries—the United States, Japan, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru,
Singapore, and Vietnam. Carpenter says that the Obama administration has ignored "repeated calls from legislators
to make the process more transparent, while pressing to finalize the agreement this year."

Secret Globalist Treaty Threatens
Internet Freedom
Obama poised to fast-track secret
agreement

Wikileaks has released a 95 page, 30,000 word document spelling out details
on the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP). The secret globalist agreement will have a significant effect on a
wide range of issues including internet freedom, medicine, patents, and civil liberties. The cabal will meet
in Salt Lake, Utah, between November 19 and 24.
The draft text for the TPP Intellectual Property Rights Chapter spells out provisions for implementing a
transnational “enforcement regime” designed to supplant national laws and sovereignty with a globalist
construct. The TPP is by far the largest and most oppressive economic treaty devised thus far. It will have an
impact on a staggering 40 percent of worldwide GDP. The TPP is the forerunner to the equally secret US-EU
Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TPP). Both treaties combined will cover 60 percent of world GDP
and exclude China.
Enforcement will be accomplished by “supranational litigation tribunals to which sovereign national courts are
expected to defer.” According to the document, the globalist courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence.
In addition, aspects of the treaty resemble SOPA and ACTA treaties with draconian surveillance mechanisms. In
early 2013, thousands of websites “went black” to show solidarity in opposition to SOPA, or the Stop Online Piracy
Act, legislation that seriously threatened the functionality of the internet. “SOPA was an attempt to put the power
of information back in the hands of an elite few who are rapidly losing the ability to control what the masses are
reading, hearing and seeing,”
Mac Slavo wrote in January, 2012.
“Since the beginning of the TPP negotiations, the process of drafting and negotiating the treaty’s chapters has
been shrouded in an unprecedented level of secrecy,” Wikileaks notes in a statement on the release of the TPP draft. “Access to drafts of the TPP chapters is
shielded from the general public. Members of the US Congress are only able to view selected portions of
treaty-related documents in highly restrictive conditions and under strict supervision. It has been previously
revealed that only three individuals in each TPP nation have access to the full text of the agreement, while 600
’trade advisers’ – lobbyists guarding the interests of large US corporations such as Chevron, Halliburton,
Monsanto and Walmart – are granted privileged access to crucial sections of the treaty text.”
Obama is poised to fast-track the secret agreement. “The US administration is aggressively pushing the TPP
through the US legislative process on the sly,” said Wikileaks editor Julian Assange.
“If instituted, the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride
roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or
invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs,”
Assange added.

Obamacare not only opens up all Americans to obvious cyber threats nationally, but also globally.
Cyber vulnerabilities originate from Obamacare's required "Federal Data Services Hub," which gives access to the
NSA, DHS, DOJ, HHS, Social Security Administration, IRS and more. At first glance, it may seem like a simple case
of everyone knowing your personal health information, which is bad enough, but the damage is farther reaching. http://www.infowars.com/obamacare-the...
Critics contend
that small countries in the WTO wield little influence, and despite the WTO aim of helping the developing
countries, the politicians representing the most influential nations in the WTO (and
within those countries or between them, influential private business interests)
focus on the commercial interests of profit-making companies rather than the interests of
all.[citation

Khor argues that the WTO does not manage the global economy
impartially, but in its operation has a systematic bias toward rich countries and multinational corporations,
harming smaller countries which have less negotiation power.

Martin Khor addresses issues relating to debt and international trade. Since the debt crisis
began in the 1970s, many developing countries have had to agree to new loan conditions imposed on them by the
International Monetary Fund (IMF). These conditions, of benefit to many western commercial interests, often prevent
national governments from implementing their own key economic, development and environmental policies. Trade
liberalization is one such condition. Dr Khor describes the adverse effects a liberal trade agenda can have on
these countries, particularly on their farmers and small industries. He argues that developing countries must be
given the freedom to adopt policies of their own. Finally, he welcomes the G8's decision to cancel the debt of some
18 countries, but warns that the terms and scope will need careful study.

18 countries, but warns that the terms and scope will need careful study.
Khor argues thatdeveloping
countries have not benefited from the WTO Agreements of the
Uruguay Round, and, therefore, the credibility of the WTO trade system could be eroded. According to Khor, "one
of the major categories of 'problems of implementation of the Uruguay Round' is the way the Northern countries
have not lived up to the spirit of their commitments in implementing (or not implementing) their obligations
agreed to in the various Agreements."[2]Khor also believes that the
Doha Round negotiations "have veered from their proclaimed direction oriented to a development-friendly
outcome, towards a 'market access' direction in which developing countries are pressurised to open up their
agricultural, industrial and services sectors."[3]Jagdish
Bhagwati asserts however that there is greater tariff protection
on manufacturers in the poor countries, which are also overtaking the rich nations in the number of anti-dumping
filings.[4]
Labour and environment
Other critics claim that the issues oflabor andenvironment are steadfastly
ignored.Steve
Charnovitz, former Director of the Global Environment and Trade Study
(GETS), believes that the WTO "should begin to address the link between trade and labor and environmental
concerns." He also argues that "in the absence of proper environmental regulation and resource management,
increased trade might cause so much adverse damage that thegains from
trade would be less than the environmental
costs."[5] Further,labor
unions condemn the labor rights record of developing countries,
arguing that to the extent the WTO succeeds at promoting globalization, then in equal measure do the
environment and labor rights suffer.[6] On the other side, Khor responds that
"if environment and labor were to enter the WTO system [...] it would be conceptually difficult to argue why
other social and cultural issues should also not enter." He also argues that "trade measures have become a
vehicle for big corporations and social organizations in promoting their interests."[7]
Bhagwati is also critical towards "rich-country lobbies seeking on imposing their
unrelated agendas on trade agreements." According to Bhagwati, these lobbies and especially the "rich charities
have now turned to agitating about trade issues with much energy understanding."[8] Therefore, both Bhagwati
andArvind
Panagariya have criticized the introduction of TRIPs into the WTO
framework, fearing that such non-trade agendas might overwhelm the organization's function. According to
Panagariya, "taken in isolation, TRIPs resulted in reduced welfare for developing countries and the world as a
whole."[9] Bhagwati asserts that "intellectual
property does not belong in the WTO, since protecting it is simply
a matter of royalty collection [...] The matter was forced onto the WTO's agenda during the Uruguay Round by the
pharmaceutical and software industries, even though this risked turning the WTO into a glorified collection
agency."[10]
Other critics have characterized thedecision
making in the WTO as complicated, ineffective, unrepresentative
and non-inclusive; more active participants, representing more diverse interests and objectives, have
complicated WTO decision-making, and the process of "consensus-building" has broken down. They argue that the GATT decision making worked in the past
because there were fewer countries actively engaged and there was no compulsion for all countries to adhere to
the results. They have thus proposed the establishment of a small, informal steering committee (a "consultative
board") that can be delegated responsibility for developing consensus on trade issues among the member
countries.[11] The Third World Network has called the
WTO "the most non-transparent of international organisations", because "the vast majority of developing
countries have very little real say in the WTO system".[12]
Many non-governmental organizations, such as theWorld Federalist
Movement, are calling for the creation of a WTOparliamentary
assembly to allow for more democratic participation in WTO
decision making.[13] Dr Caroline Lucas recommended that
such an assembly "have a more prominent role to play in the form of parliamentary scrutiny, and also in the
wider efforts to reform the WTO processes, and its rules".[14] However, Dr Raoul Marc Jennar argues
that a consultative parliamentary assembly would be ineffective for the following reasons:
It does not resolve the problem of "informal meetings" whereby industrialized
countries negotiate the most important decisions;
It does not reduce the de facto inequality which exists between countries
with regards to an effective and efficient participation to all activities within all WTO
bodies;
It does not rectify the multiple violations of the general principles of law
which affect the dispute settlement mechanism.[15]
The lack of transparency is often seen as a problem
for democracy. Politicians can negotiate for regulations that would not be possible accepted in a democratic
process in their own nations."Some countries push for certain regulatory
standards in international bodies and then bring those regulations home under the requirement of harmonization and
the guise of multilateralism."[16] This is often referred to
asPolicy Laundering.
On January 1, 1995, the U.S. government joined the World
Trade Organization. Unfortunately for our nation’s workforce, the WTO is run by multinationalists. It is a
self-serving and undemocratic organization that operates outside of our control. Our constitution states that all
treaties made under the authority of the United States become supreme law of the land. When our government signed
this treaty, it effectively sold away a piece of our sovereignty. Because we have made this mistake, the bylaws of
the WTO now supersede and negate those of our very Constitution.
Our laws, regulations and administrative procedures must now conform to the WTO treaty – making it the highest
law and the highest court ruling over the United States, with no input from the American people. This most often
ends up in an unjustifiably negative result for our country.
One of the biggest damaging contributors to come about as a direct result of the WTO was the entrance of China
in 2001. According to the Economic Policy Institute, trade with China since then has resulted in the loss of over
3.1 million American jobs. Those fortunate enough to retain their jobs witnessed their annual earnings decrease by
roughly $1,400. American workers are put in direct competition with one another as more and more employers look to
offshore production to nations with lower wage rates.
Jobs losses have affected both white and blue-collar sectors of the economy. Over that time we have
lost:
Over 600,000 (627,700) jobs in computer and electronic products,
Roughly 150,000 (150,200) in apparel and accessories,
More than 130,000 (136,900) in miscellaneous manufactured goods,
Over 150,000 (153,300) in administrative support services,
And nearly 140,000 (139,000) in professional, scientific and technical
services.
In all, those displaced workers lost an average of $8,146 annually – a total of $19.4 billion – as they moved
into lower paying jobs. These job losses can be directly attributed to China’s rapidly growing trade surplus with
us.
The WTO claims its goal is to provide a hub for industrialized nations to find markets for their producers to
sell among the poorer nations of the world. Unfortunately, poorer nations don’t really have or make anything that
consumers in rich nations wish to buy. The trade policies of the WTO are touted by proponents as free and fair—yet
free-trade agreements have directly led to a trade deficit in America of over $5 trillion. This represents the
largest unilateral transfer of wealth in the history of humanity. There is nothing free or fair about that.
Our current trade policies will not be able to sustain our country. We are in the midst
of an economic recession the likes of which we have never seen. It was not caused by the natural economic
cycle, but rather by policies that hinder actual economic growth.
We must remove incentives for American companies to move offshore. We need to negotiate trade with countries on
our own, with zero international control from organizations like the WTO.
Our current method of creating trade agreements with countries forcibly grants them a trading and competitive
advantage. We must remove ourselves from the WTO, as it enforces trade laws and rulings that inhibit our economic
growth and freedom. The greater interest of American industry and sovereignty demands that this separation take
place—and the WTO’s own charter states that the United States is within its rights to do so.
As long as free trade of this nature exists, fair trade will not. The international power we have introduced
into our trade decisions has created biases that we simply cannot overcome. Our industries are at the whim of the
powerful lobbyists who fight only for certain sectors of our economy. Controlled by
these internationalists and their personal agendas, the WTO has come to mean nothing good for America.

"Pincers Movement"
The pincer movement or double
envelopment is amilitary maneuver. Theflanks of the opponent are attacked
simultaneously in a pinching motion after the opponent has advanced towards the center of an army which is
responding by moving its outside forces to the enemy's flanks, in order to surround it. At the same time, a
second layer of pincers attacks on the more extreme flanks, so as to prevent any attempts to reinforce the
target unit.
The WTO and the United Nations,
wrote Senator Malone in his prophetic 1958 book Mainline, are two arms of
"apincers movement both on the domestic and on the international
scene." One arm of that pincers was political -- the steady entanglement of our nation in international
alliances and multilateral bodies, particularly the UN. The other arm was economic -- created by the Trade
Agreements Act of 1934, in which Congress ceded to the Executive Branch the power to control our nation's
trade policy.
Because of the 1934 act, wrote Malone, "the business and the enterprise of individuals now were
considered in close connection to the policies of the State. The State would assist them in the expansion of their
markets. Government would negotiate the channels of trade." In brief, "the State would determine trade," and the
president, not the Congress, would exercise that power. As Malone warned more than four decades ago, "That power is
now being increasingly invested in international groups, and removed from our Nation's control."

countries, crippled by debt, to privatize utilities and other resources, especially water. Remember, water is a
resource that affects food production. The US Treasury funds 51% of the World bank. The UN derives much power from
indebted countries and then is able to make outrageous demands upon the debtor nations, that then benefit
corporations and individuals likeBill
Gates.

"Iwas really an Economic
Hitman. I arranged huge loans for countries that had resources that corporations coveted; from places like
The World Bank, and the private banking industry. Money never actually went to those countries, it went
instead to our own corporations to build big infrastructure projects in those countries like power plants and
industrial parks. And it benefited a few wealthy people in those countries as well as our own corporations,
but didn't help the majority of the people...Too poor to buy electricity...Couldn't get jobs in industrial parks
because they don't hire many people. And yet they (The people of the country) were left holding huge debt
they couldn't repay. So we go back at some point and say hey, since you can't pay your debts, sell your oil
to our oil companies real cheap, or your mineral resources whatever...Open your markets to us. Let us build a
military base on your soil...Vote with us on the next critical United Nations vote. And in the few cases
where these leaders didn't go along with what we wanted them to...What we call 'The Jackals' went in. These are
people who assassinate or overthrow governments..."

Monsanto Leading Super-Secret ‘Above
Congress’ Obama Trade Scheme To Outlaw GMO Labeling Worldwide
It’s called the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), and it’s a super secret
trade pact being negotiated completely outside of law, with no congressional authority but with the aim of
forcing nations around the world to ban GMO labeling, embrace Monsanto’s GMO crops and keep pharmaceutical
prices artificially high to enrich the world’s medication monopolists.
A purely executive creation of the Office of the United States Trade Representative — i.e. created
outside of law with zero public accountability — the TPP involves White House loyalists running around the world,
strong-arming over a dozen nations into signing on to a corporate domination agreement knowingly misnamed “free
trade.”
Details of the TPP are so secret that even members of Congress are not allowed to
review them or disclose them. What we know about the TPP has only come from leaks, as the full text of the entire
agreement is being kept not only from Congress but also the American people. Yet over 600 corporate CEOs —
including CEOs of companies that have been repeatedly found guilty of felony crimes in America — have been allowed
to influence the details of the TPP agreements. Monsanto, Wal-Mart and Big Pharma corporations are reportedly given
top influence positions in this super-secret Obama organization that hands the future of the world over to the most
evil corporations of all time.
GMO labeling to be illegal, generic drugs to be all but shut down
The countries currently involved in the TPP include the United States, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile,
Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. More are being bullied into signing the
agreement with each passing month. Although the exact language of theTPP is a tightly-protected secret, it is
reported that the TPP will require:
• Dropping of all bans on GMOs. All countries signing the TPP must allow GMOs to be grown in their
country and secretly used throughout the food supply — allGMO labeling will be
outlawed.
• Shutting down all generic drug manufacturers who make “copycat” drugs that compete with the monopoly
patents of top U.S. drug makers.
• Redefining resistance against GMOs as “anti-free trade practices” that can result in economic
sanctions against nations that attempt to ban GMOs.
• The outlawing of “Fair Use” of copyrighted material. Anyone using an image, a short video clip, an
audio clip, etc., would be criminalize and possibly arrested and imprisoned under the TPP.
• Flooding the U.S. market with polluted, unsafe food products from nations that have virtually no
enforcement of regulations on pesticides and herbicides. AsNationofchange.org
reports, “[Corporations] are carefully crafting the TPP to ensure that citizens of the
involved countries have no control over food safety, what they will be eating, where it is grown, the conditions
under which food is grown and the use of herbicides and pesticides.”
• Banning people from using the internet if they engage in Fair Use of copyrighted material. This would
shut down virtually the entire alternative media, many blogs, and silence most critics of the global corporate
cabal.
• Forcing member nations to criminalize small-scale copyright infringement such as someone sharing a
music file with a friend. Domineering copyright enforcement provisions are being influenced by the MPAA which has
also been given extraordinary influence over the language of the TPP.
• Vastly reducing banking regulations, allowing criminal banksters to steal even more money globally
while facing no repercussions for their actions. “The agreement would also be a boon for Wall Street and its
campaign to water down regulations put in place after the 2008 financial crisis,” writes Wallach in
theNY
Times. “Among other things, it would practically forbid bans on risky financial products,
including the toxic derivatives that helped cause the crisis in the first place.”
Essentially, take every criminal corporation you can imagine, make a list of all their most evil
priorities to dominate and enslave humankind, and write them all down. That’s the TPP. It is the executive
enforcement of a totalitarian wish list of corporate evil to dominate and enslave humankind. (No wonder Obama
doesn’t want you to be able to read it…)
Maybe this is why the TPP is being referred to as the “Death Star” of our modern economy.
Learn more about the TPP in this video:
GMOs = DEATH!
French researchers secretly studied, for two years, 200 rats fed with transgenic maize. Tumors,
serious disorders... full-fledged slaughter. And a bomb for the GMO industry.

Monsanto, GMOs and how the TPP would forbid GMO labeling
globally
The best information on the GMO side of all this comes from a site called Nation Of Change. This page describes the
implications of the TPP on GMOs and how the TPP would globally ban GMO labeling:
• The labeling of foods containing GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) will not be allowed. Japan currently
has labeling laws for GMOs in food. Under the TPP Japan would no longer be able to label GMOs. This situation is
the same for New Zealand and Australia. In the US we are just beginning to see some progress towards labeling GMOs.
Under the TPP GMO labels for US food would not be
allowed.
• In April 2013, Peru placed a 10-year moratorium on GMO foods and plants. This prohibits the import,
production and use of GMOs in foods and GMO plants and is aimed at safeguarding Peru’s agricultural diversity. The
hope is to prevent cross-pollination with non-GMO crops and to ban GMO crops like Bt corn. What will become of
Peru’s moratorium if the TPP is passed?
Under the terms of the TPP, drug companies could force member nations to keep drug costs artificially high,
thereby enriching the profits of Big Pharma. The TPP
Timeline reveals that PhRMA, the lobby group representing the top drug companies and vaccine
manufacturers, has special influence over the TPP.
As written in the NY
Times, “Pharmaceutical companies, which are among those enjoying access to negotiators as ‘advisers,’ have long
lobbied against government efforts to keep the cost of medicines down. Under the [TPP] agreement, these companies
could challenge such measures by claiming that they undermined their new rights granted by the deal.”
The intellectual property provisions of the TPP are also a big handout to Big Pharma. They allow drug companies
to shut down generic drug manufacturers that are currently keeping medication costs low in many member nations.
Under the TPP, drug companies like Merck would be able to enforce global monopoly pricing, even across poor nations
where the costs of a month’s medications would vastly exceed a typically monthly income.
But that’s how Big Pharma operates: the goal of the entire industry is to extract as much human wealth from the
planet as possible, regardless of the true cost in human suffering or global chemical pollution from pharmaceutical
manufacturing.
All this could be forced upon the world without even a debate in Congress. “Mr. Obama wants the agreement to be
given fast-track treatment on Capitol Hill,” write Wallach and Beachy in the NY Times. “Under this extraordinary
and rarely used procedure, he could sign the agreement before Congress voted on it. And Congress’s post-facto vote
would be under rules limiting debate, banning all amendments and forcing a quick vote.”
“The secrecy of the Trans-Pacific Partnership process represents a huge assault on the principles and practice
of democratic governance. That is untenable in the age of transparency, especially coming from an administration
that is otherwise so quick to trumpet its commitment to open government.”
In another op-ed published in the Bangkok
Post, Wallach writes “Another leaked portion of the TPP text would take aim at policies to control medicine
costs. Pharmaceutical companies are among the firms enjoying privileged access to TPP negotiators as official
‘advisers’. They have long lobbied against government efforts to keep the cost of medicines down. Their goal is to
keep their already unaffordably high profit margins up. One leaked TPP text reveals terms that would allow
pharmaceutical firms to challenge the measures that the US government uses domestically to negotiate lower medicine
costs for Medicare, Medicaid and veterans’ health programmes.”
So secret that even Congress is not allowed to see it
The federal government of the USA has, of course, become a super-secret corporate
mafia that answers to no one. So when it came time to create the TPP and force U.S. corporate imperialism upon the
nations of the world, Congress was left completely out of the loop. The TPP was dreamed up entirely by the
executive branch without a single vote ushering it into existence. It answers to no law and has zero transparency.
No representative of the People votes on its provisions. There is no oversight. There is no recourse for the public
to challenge its language. The TPP exists utterly outside the boundaries of government and of U.S. law, including
the Constitution.
“This is astounding, given that the US Constitution provides Congress exclusive
authority over trade policy,” writes Wallach in the
Bangkok Post.
This idea of total secrecy with zero oversight from Congress or the public is to
offensive to the fundamental ideas of democracy that 132 members of Congress signed on
tothis letter
demanding transparency over the language of the TPP. The
letter was utterly ignored by the Obama administration, once again proving it is willing to sell out the American
people for corporate interests.
“While the agreement could rewrite broad sections of nontrade policies affecting Americans’ daily lives, the
administration also has rejected demands by outside groups that the nearly complete text be publicly released,”
write Lori Wallach and Ben Beachy in a NY Times op-ed.
“This covert approach is a major problem because the agreement is more than just a trade deal. Existing and
future American laws must be altered to conform with these terms, or trade sanctions can be imposed against
American exports,” they add.
In another op-ed published in the Bangkok
Post, Wallach writes, “A big-business-dominated group of more than 600 official US trade ‘advisors’ enjoy
privileged access to TPP texts and negotiators.
Congressman declares TPP as “assault on democratic government”
After years of attempts by members of Congress to even see the TPP, finally one congressman was able to review
only a few select sections of the agreement. That congressman’s name is Alan Grayson.
He immediately characterized it as an “assault on democratic government.” Watch his video
here.
The Obama administration threatened Grayson if he tried to release any of the information he saw by calling the
TPP “classified” information. (Yeah, national security and all that.) This is, of course, a runaway abuse of power
by the federal government as well as yet another use of the police state secrecy tactics that have already made our
government utterly unaccountable to the People. When the government doesn’t want the public to see something it’s
doing, it simply slaps the “classified” label on the project and proceeds to engage in wild, runaway criminality
with absolutely no repercussions.
“What I saw was nothing that could possibly justify the secrecy that surrounds it,” Grayson said. “It is ironic
in a way that the government thinks it’s alright to have a record of every single call that an American makes, but
not alright for an American citizen to know what sovereign powers the government is negotiating away.”
“Having seen what I’ve seen, I would characterize this as a gross abrogation of American sovereignty,” Grayson
told HuffPost. “And
I would further characterize it as a punch in the face to the middle class of America. I think that’s fair to say
from what I’ve seen so far. But I’m not allowed to tell you why!”
NAFTA Is 20 Years Old – Here Are 20 Facts That Show How It
Is Destroying The Economy
by Michael Snyder | Economic Collapse Blog | August 15, 2014
Back in the early 1990s, the North American Free Trade
Agreement was one of the hottest political issues in the country. When he was running for president in 1992, Bill
Clinton promised that NAFTA would result in an increase in the number of high quality jobs for Americans that it
would reduce illegal immigration. Ross Perot warned that just the opposite would happen.
He warned that if NAFTA was implemented there would be a “giant sucking sound” as thousands of businesses and millions of jobs left this country. Most
Americans chose to believe Bill Clinton. Well, it is 20 years later and it turns out that Perot was right and
Clinton was dead wrong. But now history is repeating itself, and most Americans don’t even realize that it is
happening. As you will read about at the end of this article, Barack Obama has been negotiating a secret trade
treaty that is being called “NAFTA on steroids”, and if Congress adopts it we could lose millions more good
paying jobs.
It amazes me how the American people can fall for the same lies over and over again. The lies that serial liar Barack Obama is telling about “free trade” and the globalization of the
economy are the same lies that Bill Clinton was telling back in the early 1990s. The following is an excerpt
from a recent interview with Paul Craig Roberts…
I remember in the 90′s when former Presidential candidate Ross Perot emphatically stated that NAFTA (North
American Free Trade Agreement) would create a giant “sucking sound” of jobs being extracted away from the U.S.
He did not win the election, and NAFTA was instituted on Jan. 1, 1994. Now, 20 years later, we see the result
of all the jobs that have been “sucked away” to other countries.
“Clinton and his collaborators promised that the deal would bring “good-paying American jobs,” a rising
trade surplus with Mexico, and a dramatic reduction in illegal immigration. Considering that thousands of kids
are pouring over the border as we speak, well, how’d that work out for us?
Many Americans like to remember Bill Clinton as a “great president” for some reason. Well, it turns out that he
was completely and totally wrong about NAFTA. The following are 20 facts that show how NAFTA is destroying the
economy…
#4 The number of illegal immigrants living in the United States has more than doubled since the implementation of NAFTA.
#5 In the year before NAFTA, the U.S. had a trade surplus with Mexico and the trade
deficit with Canada was only 29.6 billion dollars. Last year, the U.S. had a combined trade deficit with Mexico and
Canada of177 billion dollars.
#6 It has been estimated that the U.S. economy loses approximately
9,000 jobs for every 1 billion dollars of goods that are imported from overseas.
#7 One professor has estimated that cutting the total U.S. trade deficit in half would
create 5 million more jobs in the United States.
#8 Since the auto industry bailout, approximately
70 percent of all GM vehicles have been built outside the United States. In fact, many of them are now
being built in Mexico.
#9 NAFTA hasn’t worked out very well for Mexico either. Since 1994, the average yearly
rate of economic growth in Mexico has been less than one percent.
#10 The exporting of massive amounts of government-subsidized U.S. corn down into Mexico
has destroyed more than a million Mexican jobs and has helped fuel the continual rise
in the number of illegal immigrants coming north.
#11 Someone making minimum wage in Mexico today can buy 38 percent fewer consumer goods than the day before NAFTA went into effect.
#12 Overall, the United States has lost a total of more than 56,000manufacturing facilities since 2001.
#13 Back in the 1980s, more than 20 percent of the jobs in the United States were
manufacturing jobs. Today, only about 9 percent of the jobs in the United States are manufacturing jobs.
#14 We have fewer Americans working in manufacturing today than we did in 1950 even though our population has more than doubled since
then.
#15 Back in 1950, more than 80 percent of all men in the United States had jobs. Today, only 65 percent of all men in the United States have jobs.
#16 As I wrote about recently, one out of every six men in their prime working years (25 to 54) do not have a job at
this point.
#17 Because we have shipped millions of jobs overseas, the competition for the jobs that
remain has become extremely intense and this has put downward pressure on wages. Right now, half the country
makes$27,520 a year or less from their jobs.
#18 When adults cannot get decent jobs, it is often children that suffer the most. It is
hard to believe, but more than one out of every five children in the United States is living in poverty in
2014.
#19 In 1994, only 27 million Americans were on food stamps. Today, more than 46 million Americans
are on food stamps.
#20 According to Professor Alan Blinder of Princeton University, 40 million more U.S. jobs could be sent offshore over the next two decades if current
trends continue.
For much more on this, please watch the video by Charlie LeDuffposted below. It is well worth a few minutes of your time…
So if NAFTA is so bad for American workers, then why don’t our politicians just repeal it?
Well, unfortunately most of them are not willing to do this because it is part of a larger agenda. For decades,
politicians from both major political parties have been working to slowly integrate North America. The eventual
goal is to turn North America into another version of the European Union.
Just check out what former general and CIA chief David Petraeus had to say about this…
“After America comes North America,” Petraeussaid confidently in answering the question about what comes after the United
States, the theme of the panel discussion. “Are we on the threshold of the North American decade, question
mark? I threw that away — threw away the question mark — and boldly proclaimed the coming North American
decade, says the title now.” He also boasted about how the three economies have been put “together”
over the last 20 years as part of the “implementation” of the North American Free Trade Act.
The “highly integrated” forces of Canada, the United States, and Mexico, Petraeus continued, will become the
world’s powerhouse for energy and science. “There are four revolutions that are ongoing at various levels in
each of the countries but foremost in the United States,” said the former CIA chief, who now serves as chairman
of the KKR Global Institute. “The energy revolution is the first of those, which has created the biggest change
in geopolitics since the rise of China since 1978.” The other “revolutions” include IT, manufacturing, and life
sciences, which, “as highly integrated as they are, allow you to argue that after America comes North America,”
he added.
When you hear our politicians talk about “free trade”, what they are really talking about is integrating us even
further into the emerging one world economic system. And over the past couple of years, Barack Obama
has been negotiating a secret treaty which would send the deindustrialization of America into overdrive.
The formal name of this secret agreement is “the Trans-Pacific Partnership”, and it would ultimately result in
millions more good jobs being sent to the other side of the planet where it is legal to pay slave labor wages. The
following is a description of this insidious treaty
from one of my previous articles…
Did you know that the Obama administration is negotiating a super secret “trade agreement” that is so
sensitive that he isn’t even allowing members of Congress to see it? The Trans-Pacific Partnership is being
called the “NAFTA of the Pacific” and “NAFTA on steroids”, but the truth is that it is so much more than just a
trade agreement. This treaty has 29 chapters, but only 5 of them have to do with trade. Most Americans don’t
realize this, but this treaty will fundamentally change our laws regarding Internet freedom, health care, the
trading of derivatives, copyright issues, food safety, environmental standards, civil liberties and so much
more. It will also merge the United States far more deeply into the emerging one world economic system.
Initially, twelve nations will be a party to this treaty including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Japan,
Australia, Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. Together, those nations represent
approximately 40 percent of global GDP. It is hoped that additional nations such as the
Philippines, Thailand and Colombia will join the treaty later on.
Unfortunately, most Americans are as uneducated about these issues as they were back in 1994.
That is why we need to get this information out to as many people as we can.
So what is your perspective on all of this? Please feel free to share your thoughts by posting a comment
below…

Several groups appealed to the UN on Wednesday to assist in providing affordable water to
the residents of Detroit. In March, the bankrupt city sent 45,000 shutoff notices to residents with overdue bills.
So far, nearly 3,000 have had their water service terminated, and many more fear they are next. RTs Manila Chan has

An epic semi-fictional docu-drama about a retired auto worker who finds courage to
take a stand when he has a phenomenal experience with a Real American Hero. This film was created in response to
the call by InfoWars.com that will wake people up through Operation Paul Revere.
See the link to the chart for the results of
trade with Mexico. The year NAFTA was ratified, America had a $1 billion trade surplus with Mexico. By 1995,
America had a $16 billion trade deficit with Mexico. Today, America's trade deficit with Mexico is $74 billion. The
facts in the chart make President Clinton, Vice President Gore and all the newspaper editors who wrote editorials
supporting NAFTA look like complete idiots or worse. Ross Perot was absolutely right even though he was not
effective in the debate. Again, no matter what your views are on NAFTA, the chart (link below) speaks for
itself.
Also, this video is significant because it documents how NAFTA was sold to America by its elected leaders. In
hindsight, some of the most ridiculous statements I heard from the debate was from Vice President Al Gore:
1) "They [GM] have started to move jobs back from Mexico to the United States."
2) "If he [Ross Perot] is right, then you give six months notice and you're out of it [NAFTA]."
Lessons learned: Any time your government tries to sell you on a free trade deal with another country that has
disparate living and environmental standards, don't believe it. President Bill Clinton also made similar claims
about free trade with Communist China when he signed a free trade agreement with that country in 1999. Today, the
US has lost countless jobs to Communist China and suffers a staggering and unsustainable $250 billion annual trade
deficit with that country.
