The World Health Organization provides public health recommendations about the use of pharmacologic drugs and vaccines and provides guidelines and assistance in public health emergencies. When it was founded in 1948, the WHO relied on funding from its member states; their contributions were assessed based on their national income and population. The funds were not earmarked for any particular policy. In those days, the WHO was an independent organization. But over time, the WHO leadership traded its independence and with it, its integrity, for big money. In 1988, Halfdan Mahler, Director General of the WHO from 1973 to 1988, warned the world against the power wielded by the pharmaceutical industry over the WHO. He stated, in the Danish daily newspaper (Politiken): “this industry is taking over WHO”. Unfortunately, no one at that time believed him.[1] The take-over intensified; with Big Pharma dictating global public health policies that the WHO initiates and promotes. Those policies have vastly enriched Big Pharma, and the WHO has been generously rewarded for its service. Currently, 80% of the WHO budget relies on earmarked donations; primarily from the U.S. government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Big Pharma. The WHO revenue in 2016-2017 was $5, 139 Billion, of which only $927 million came from assessed contributions by member states; these “core” funds cover the WHO’s general expenses. By contrast, $4,422 Billion were provided by major donors; and these funds are earmarked for activities that serve the donor’s financial interests. These major donors dictate and control the WHO policies, ensuring that WHO policies further their interests. [2] The WHO, it should be noted, is not accountable to public scrutiny – as non-profits are. The internal documents of the WHO are not available under Freedom of Information, and most of the WHO’s financial contracts are secret. In essence, the WHO became a vassal of, and the global marketing agent for Big Pharma and its aggressive drug and vaccine market expansion agenda. Time and again, the WHO has demonstrated its allegiance to its financial backers; adopting that have vastly enriched Pharma – even as the widespread, use – and misuse – of multi-drug cocktails and multi-virus vaccines – have caused epidemic number of serious adverse side-effects, hospitalizations, chronic illnesses, and deaths. [3] During Margaret Chan’s tenure, Bill Gates has had a disproportionate influence over the WHO; his foundation has contributed more than $2.4 billion, while member countries have grown reluctant to put their money into the agency, especially after the 2008 global financial crisis. The controversial Ethiopian politician and Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, claimed in a press conference in early March that the fatality rate for the coronavirus was many multiples that of the fatality rate of the common flu. This statement led to the greatest panic in world history as the global elite media shared and repeated that the coronavirus was many, many times more deadly than the common flu. The problem is his statement is false. It was not accurate! As The Gateway Pundit reported Monday, the coronavirus mortality rate reported by the media as stated by Dr. Ghebreyesus is completely inaccurate. Here’s a summary of the analysis updated with today’s latest numbers proving the Director General’s statement was very misleading and materially false:

This number is likely in the tens of thousands and could be in the millions! There is no way of knowing right now. One study released this week revealed that 6 of 7 people infected by coronavirus are asymptomatic! They do not know they are infected! ** Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus then compared the known numbers of 206,845 cases of coronavirus to the millions of estimated annual cases of flu cases. Again he does not include the asymtomatic cases, the 6 of 7 people infected who do not suffer severe symptoms. ** If asymtomatic cases are included in Ghebreyesus’s calculation the actual mortality rate of the coronavirus is somewhere between 0.2% to 0.8% or lower. Ghebreyesus compared apples to oranges and his numbers were completely inaccurate! * * * * * * * * * * * As of Wednesday morning. There were 7,301 confirmed cases in the US. There were 116 confirmed deaths associated with the coronavirus in the US. The mortality rate for those two sets of numbers is 1.6%. We also know that according to
a new study by the journal Science — 6 of 7 coronavirus

Whether it's the effects of smoking, the swine flu pandemic or a nuclear disaster, the WHO is the body we rely on to advise on and resolve a public health crisis. But can it be trusted? How does the WHO decide on its recommendations? And how reliable are they? Trust in the WHO's ability to objectively address global health matters is not as strong as it may have been at its inception. And concerns regarding the organisation's finances and the influences of independent contributors have been circulating since the 1950s when, after years of inaction, the WHO's relationship with key players in the tobacco industry came to light.
"The tobacco industry founded institutes and bought scientists who would represent their position and they made sure their own names didn't appear anywhere," says former secretary of health of Switzerland, Thomas Zeltner. "So the organisations were called things that wouldn't make you suspect they were really representing the tobacco industry." Scientists and other important figures within these institutes would often have links to both tobacco giants and the WHO, simultaneously. One example was a toxicologist who served as a consultant for the WHO in the prime of the tobacco movement, while on the payroll of an institute funded by multinational tobacco and cigarette manufacturer, Philip Morris. After the toxicologist's polyamorous relationship was revealed, however, he still remained a consultant to the WHO. There have since been numerous instances where seemingly unnatural relationships have arisen within institutes with a vested interest in the WHO; most of which appeared to occur at the height of alleged global health threats. One such connection was between pharmaceutical companies such as Glaxo and Novartis, the countries that had signed agreements to purchase swine flu vaccines produced by the aforementioned companies, and the WHO. The trigger-point for the agreements was a pandemic alert issued by the WHO in 2009. In the first quarter after the alert, France's largest drugmaker reported a whopping $1.95bn (1.71bn euro) profit annual increase. The flu, however, did not live up to its deadly reputation. In Germany, 258 people died in the flu's first year of the outbreak - a figure far fewer than deaths caused by a 'normal' flu outbreak. While the WHO blamed its extravagant $18bn swine flu budget on being overly cautious, others were, and remain, sceptical. "At the time of the swine flu outbreak, I was WHO general-secretary in the Department of Public Health, Intellectual Property and Medication. Nobody there was afraid," says German Velasquez, who currently works with the Green Climate Fund (GCF). "I didn't know anyone at the WHO who had himself vaccinated, including the director-general, who told journalists in response to their questions that she hadn't had time but would get herself vaccinated later." Wolfgang Wodarg, former delegate to the European Council, enforces the scenario of uncertainty and veiled truths, saying WHO personnel often turn a blind eye to the realities of certain situations in exchange for funding. "The WHO officials have no idea about such things. They have to depend on scientists. And the scientists are allocated to them by the countries and by the organisations that finance the WHO. And many of them gave advice and made decisions that benefited the pharmaceutical industry," says Wodarg. Over the years, similar trends in relationships between the WHO, the UN and specific businesses and organisations have emerged; some in the most unlikely and critical situations, including the Chernobyl disaster. As the WHO allegedly played down the number of deaths as caused directly by and due to the aftereffects of the nuclear explosion, it had become clear that organisation was working closely with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). As a matter of fact, the IAEA was initially founded as the 'Atoms for Peace' agency under the UN umbrella. And while the two organisations have, ultimately, two very different endeavours - once concerning global health and the other, the 'safe' use of atomic energy - not only Chernobyl, but also Fukushima were undersold in their levels of devastation. TrustWHO shines a light on how industry lobbies have infiltrated the WHO and asks whether the organisation can be trusted to keep the public healthy.
Dr. Anthony Fauci is unquestionably an expert on infectious diseases, serving as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984. He has presided over emerging viruses such as H.I.V., SARS, Swine Flu, MERS, Ebola and others. In every case, the rhetoric that emerged sought to force social and political behavior by suggesting a pandemic and prescribing radical action to combat the threat. Where those other efforts failed to gain traction, the coronavirus COVID-19 has succeeded. Dr. Fauci has now revealed his true Technocrat colors by stepping beyond his role of merely informing policy-makers to making policy directly. This door was opened when President Trump granted him a policy platform and authority to speak for the Federal government. Big mistake. Since then, whatever disaster that COVID-19 might bring in medical terms, it has been far surpassed by social, economic and political carnage that can only be described by one term: NATIONAL SUICIDE. Dr. Fauci might be absolutely correct that COVID-19 is 10 times ‘more lethal’ than the seasonal flu, but since his conclusions and predictions are only verifiable by himself, science has essentially become a god and he has become its sole high-priest. In any case, his scientific and medical expertise in no way qualifies him as an expert in sociology, economics
or political science. Yet, he is driving the shutdown of the entire nation to “prevent COVID-19 from
spreading.” First, alarmist “sky-is-falling” cries were made that millions of Americans could die. Second, the only way to prevent these deaths is to stop contagion by shutting down social and economic activities. Fauci has since claimed that he is open to a 14 day total national shutdown. That is, shut down sports and community events, schools, churches, restaurants, transportation, factories, services and any other activity where people would come into contact with each other. This insane mentality has now caused national panic among civic leaders as well as citizens. Ordinary people are panicked into the irrational hoarding of toilet paper. Really? State governors are firing off executive orders left and right that are essentially promoting a form of “soft martial law” where civic and religious groups above a certain people limit cannot meet. City mayors are shutting down restaurants, churches, schools and government services. These irrational measures are ripping apart the social and economic fabric of the entire nation. Store shelves are emptied, the stock market is crashing, national economic activity has cratered, all in the name of saving us from the coronavirus. This is the exact reason why America should NEVER allow Technocrats to run the nation. And yet, Technocrats ARE running the nation anyway… straight into the ground. When America regains its senses, it will be too late to mitigate the damage. For now, Technocrats like Dr. Fauci should go back to their laboratories to do something useful for mankind and stay out of the business of running the nation.

As the people of the world grapple with a pandemic that is demonstrably less deadly than originally reported, the public is being primed to accept an exponential increase in invasions of personal liberty and privacy. Every day the public grows more weary of lock downs which seem to never end, and the bankrupting of individuals and businesses around the world. Amidst the frustration and protest a solution is being presented. To return to normal, we are told, we must accept certain changes to how our world operates. Of course, this is actually a push to a “new normal” which will mark the world after COVID-19. Just like the attacks of September 11, 2001, there is the world we knew before, and there is the post-9/11 era. We are currently in the middle of the COVID-19 era and a shift to post-COVID19 life will not happen without the completion of local, state, national, and international programs which identify potential infectees, test them, and, if positive, quarantine them in their homes or other government facilities. This is what is known as a contact tracing program. You have likely heard the term in recent days and weeks because a number of local and state bodies within the United States are considering or already launching contact tracing programs. Nations like China, Singapore, India, South Korea, and Israel have implemented these programs but have also faced criticism from digital rights advocates for violations of privacy protections. So what exactly is contact tracing?Contact tracing is a process of identifying individuals who may have come into contact with an infected person, collecting information about their contacts, and then tracing the contacts of infected individuals. All persons who may have come into contact with an infected individual are tested for infection, treated for the infection, and their contacts traced as well. Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing calls for digital contact tracing using cell phones to notify individuals when they may have come into contact with an infected person or visited a hot spot of infection. Digital contact tracing apps use Bluetooth to track encounters, a move which is supposed to anonymize actual location data. Other forms of contact tracing apps involve the use of location data gathered from cellular networks. Additionally, tech giants Apple and Google have promised to help slow the spread of the virus with new tracking apps that the public can download to report themselves as infected. Using Bluetooth, the phones will warn app users when they are near an infected person or a hot spot. The programs will use data from Android and iPhone users who volunteer for the program later this month. Jennifer Granick, a surveillance and cybersecurity attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union told Politico that the joint effort between the tech companies “appears to mitigate the worst privacy and centralization risks.” However, “there is still room for improvement.” Microsoft is collaborating with the University of Washington on their own project which the university promotes as a privacy based contact tracing app. Researchers with the University of Washington and UW Medicine worked with volunteers from Microsoft to develop CovidSafe. The researchers stated that the app will alert users about potential exposure to COVID-19, but will do so without giving up anyone’s privacy. “With CovidSafe, all information is stored locally on your phone unless you choose to share that you’ve tested positive,” explained Justin Chan, a UW doctoral student in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. “Only then is your data sent to a secure server, and the app alerts anyone who has been nearby. After these notifications are sent, all the information is deleted.” CovidSafe is not the only attempt to build a privacy-based contact tracing program. In April, a team of researchers launched Coalition, a free contact tracing app designed to protect users’ privacy and protect communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Coalition claims to utilize secure Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and cryptography to protect a user’s identity by generating random anonymous IDs. The app uses Coalition’s Whisper Tracing, an open source privacy-first protocol that randomizes a user’s device identity and does not share identifiable information with the cloud. Building a Contact Tracing Army
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo recently announced efforts by NY state to hire thousands of contact tracers. The state’s contact tracing program is being developed with $10 million from former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and support from Johns Hopkins University. Cuomo stated that applicants will need to go through a training program and pass an online exam before being granted the authority of contact tracer. The state’s program will involve identifying COVID-19 positive individuals, interviewing them about contacts in the previous two weeks, and then those contacts must isolate for two weeks. By late April, calls for contact tracing had grown so loud that Congressman John Garamendi introduced a bill that would “expand volunteer opportunities within AmeriCorps and the Federal Emergency Management Agency”. Garamendi is the Co-Chair of the AmeriCorps, a nationwide volunteer force created by former President Bill Clinton in 1993. The Orwellian bill – “Undertaking National Initiatives to Tackle Epidemic Act” or the UNITE Act – would allow AmeriCorps and FEMA to create a national contact-tracing corps. “The coronavirus pandemic has put an unprecedented strain on our society, and our
nation requires a significant scaling of testing and contact tracing in order to flatten the curve and lift
stay-at-home orders,”
Garamendi stated. Coincidentally, the UNITE Act lines up with recent calls for a contact tracing “army”. The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control called for more contact tracers in the state. Dr. Joan Duwve, the Director of Public Health for DHEC, said being able to test someone rapidly was necessary. “We need an army of contact tracers to respond in a short time to someone who has a positive diagnosis,” Duwve said. On the opposite side of the country, California Governor Gavin Newsom has partnered with the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of California, San Francisco to train more than 3,000 employees to become “coronavirus detectives“. During a live streamed press conference Newsom described the efforts as a training academy designed to build an “army” of 20,000 people who can test, trace, and isolate people who may be infected. Sonia Angell, California Department of Public Health director and State Health Officer, also stated that the new contact tracing program will be connected to California’s existing digital disease surveillance platform. Angell claims the database will be confidential. The push for international contact tracing programs has also blossomed in nations like South Korea and China, who are praised for their aggressive approaches to slowing the growth of the virus. Forbes noted that South Korea has had a massive drop in COVID-19 diagnoses largely due to “mass rapid testing and comprehensive digitally-enabled contact tracing”. South Korea has also used GPS phone tracking, CCTV cameras, credit card transaction monitoring, and automated text alerts as part of a comprehensive universal contact tracing program. The Chinese government approach is what you would expect from a totalitarian communist state: an all encompassing app that pretty much “controls your life.” Bloomberg describes China’s contact tracing app as a “public-private ‘health code’ system” which issues one of three risk assessments in the form of a colored QR code. “A green QR code, which denotes a low risk of having the virus, is the general default, while coming into contact with an infected person can trigger a yellow code and a mandatory quarantine. Red is for a likely or confirmed case,” Bloomberg reported. It does not take an extremely paranoid mind to see how this system could be easily abused. The Indian government recently launched their contact tracing app – Aarogya Setu – which quickly became the fastest downloaded app on record, with more than 83 million users. Although India is not the first nation to implement a nationwide contact tracing program, the nation lacks strong privacy and data protection laws for its more than 1.3 billion citizens. The Guardian reported that the pandemic is being “used as a pretext to erode privacy and freedom of speech in the name of ‘winning the war’ against coronavirus.” In April The Guardian revealed that a draft government memo explained how the data gathered by the contact-tracing app could be “de-anonymized” by government officials. Israel’s attempted grab for tyrannical health surveillance powers were recently hampered by a decision from the Supreme Court which banned the intelligence community from tracing the phone location of those infected with COVID-19. The Israeli Shin Bet service was given emergency powers through the end of April before the court warned of a “slippery slope” where the surveillance tool could be used against innocent individuals. Whitney Webb recently reported that at least three tech companies involved in the build out of the “coronavirus surveillance system” have connections to Israel’s government and the usual Big Tech players. In early April, Dr. Michael Ryan, the head of the World Health Organization’s team responsible for the international containment and treatment of COVID-19, called for looking into families to find potentially sick individuals and isolate them from their families. “Due to lock down, most of the transmission that is actually happening in many countries now is happening in the household at a family level,” Ryan stated. “In some senses, the transmission has actually been taken off the streets and pushed back into family units… Now we need to go and look into families, and find those people who are sick and remove them and isolate them in a safe and dignified manner.” Ryan was also involved in the now-infamous Event 201, a global pandemic simulation, conducted on October 18, 2019, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, and John Hopkins University Center for Health Security. Ryan’s bio states that “from November 2013 to October 2014 he worked with GPEI as Middle East Polio Response Coordinator” and partnered with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (among others) for a vaccination program which reached 25 million children in eight target countries as part of 44 mass polio vaccination campaigns. Ironically enough, the WHO released a document in 2019 which states that under no circumstances should contract tracing be used. The document, first reported on by independent researcher Kenny Palurintano, details the WHO’s views on Non-pharmaceutical intervention (NPI) in response to a pandemic. In section 6.1, “Contact Tracing,” under “quality of evidence”, it states, “There is a very low overall quality of evidence that contact tracing has an unknown effect on the transmission of influenza.” Additionally, under the “Executive Summary”, in Table 1, the WHO lists contact tracing under the heading “Not Recommend In Any Circumstances”. Despite the WHO’s own documents denying the validity of contact tracing, officials in Ventura County are heeding the call of WHO official Dr. Michael Ryan. At a May 4 press conference, Ventura County Public Health Director Dr. Robert Levin said those who live in homes where they could expose family members to COVID-19 could be removed from their homes and moved into other health facilities. “We also realize that as we find more contacts, some of the people we find are going to have trouble being isolated. For instance, if they live in a home where there is only one bathroom and there are three or four other people living there, and those people don’t have COVID infection, we’re not going to be able to keep the person in that home,” Levin stated. “Every person who we’re isolating, for instance, needs to have their own bathroom. And so we’ll be moving people like this into other kinds of housing that we have available.” The Ventura County Public Health board did not elaborate on what other kinds of housing might be made available to those unable to quarantine at home. If there is a silver lining to the growing support for contact tracing, it might be the public’s own hesitance to join. According to Forbes, nation-states need about 60 percent of their population to adopt and regularly use the tool for it to be effective. Forbes reports that most cities are not likely to achieve 60% or even 40% compliance. Unfortunately, Forbes reminds us, “It’s a relentless fight. And it takes an army of tracers.” Forbes also notes that cities will need to “force changes of behavior” before reopening society. “Contact-tracing apps are being seen as one of the conditions of ending lockdowns—mandating and enforcing their use might become a logical next step.“ How exactly the cities, states, and nations will enforce the use of contact tracing apps remains to be seen, but we are already seeing a rise in reports of arrests of individuals who violate orders to close businesses, stay home, and practice social distancing. What should we expect to see when an individual or an entire community chooses to opt-out of contact tracing surveillance programs? It is important to understand that contract tracing is only one part of an overall strategy which poses a danger to liberty and privacy. In addition to creating mobile apps which snitch on you, Apple, Facebook and Google are also sharing data with the government to help determine if the public is following social distancing guidelines. MIT Technology Review reported that at least one company is selling an app that uses machine learning Artificial Intelligence to monitor social distancing. Meanwhile, Reuters reported that Amazon is using similar software to enforce social distancing between their warehouse staff. There are also reports of “pandemic drones” flying above the skies of Connecticut and Maryland to monitor social distancing and take temperatures. Together these technologies represent the foundation of the Technocratic State, built on top of the fears of a public which has been conditioned to accept any and all relief from the terrifying round-the-clock coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic. If the public accepts the COVID1984 Technocracy in the name of “getting back to normal” it’s likely the world we have known will be regarded as a relic of a past era, a quaint idea of what life was like and what it could be, if only the public could defeat the new invisible enemy, COVID19. However, it’s important to understand the institutions which are benefitting from the current pandemic. While they all have their place in an overall strategy to defend the Constitution, none of them should be the first step forward. That is, if you follow the advice of the “Father of the Constitution.” Here’s what James Madison had to say in Federalist #46. The Influence of the State and Federal Governments Compared:
Let me translate. Madison said that when the federal government passes an unconstitutional measure there are powerful methods to oppose it – amongst the people and in the states. He also pointed out that those methods were available even for warrantable, that is constitutional, measures. Madison told us of four things that should be done to resist federal powers, whether merely unpopular, or unconstitutional. 1. Disquietude of the people – Madison expected the people would throw a fit when the feds usurped power – even using the word “repugnance” to describe their displeasure. That leads to the next step. 2. Repugnance and Refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union – Noncompliance. The #1 dictionary of the time defined repugnance as “disobedient; not obsequious” (compliant). If you want to stop the federal government, you have to disobey them. Madison also suggested that people would perhaps directly refuse to cooperate with federal agents. This is an approach we preach here every day at the Tenth Amendment Center. James Madison apparently knew what we know today. The feds rely on cooperation from state and local governments, as well as individuals. When enough people refuse to comply, they simply can’t enforce their so-called laws. 3, The frowns of the executive magistracy of the State – Here Madison envisions governors formally protesting federal actions. This not only raises public awareness; executive leadership will also lead to the next step – legislative action. 4. Legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions – Madison keeps this open-ended, and in the years soon after, which I’ll cover shortly, we learn how both he and Thomas Jefferson applied this step. Madison also told us that if several adjoining States would do the same it would be an effective tool to stop federal acts. To repeat, he said that doing this “would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.” Judge Andrew Napolitano agreed recently and said that people need to stop enforcing unconstitutional federal laws. He also said that if you could get an entire state doing this, it would make federal laws “nearly impossible to enforce.” What’s important to note here, are some glaring omissions. The powerful means that Madison told us would be used to oppose federal power successfully did NOT include federal lawsuits in federal courts. He also did NOT include “voting the bums out” as a strategy, either. FIRST RESPONSE Compare that with how people generally respond to what they consider unconstitutional or unpopular federal acts today. The first thing I tend to hear from people who are opposed to a federal act is the “vote the bums out” mantra. We’ll fire congress, right? Or some people tell us we have to sue and let the courts decide. I’ve got some news for you. There’s nothing from the founders – anywhere – in which they tell us that our first response to extreme, repeated violations of the constitution and liberty is to vote the bums out, or sue the feds in federal court. Nothing. LEGISLATIVE DEVICES Thomas Jefferson followed up on this in 1798 with the same kind of advice. That year, the Adams administration passed a wildly unconstitutional attack on the freedom of speech with the Alien and Sedition Acts. In response, while sitting as vice-president, Jefferson secretly drafted the Kentucky Resolutions, and here’s a little of what he wrote:
Madison was consistent in his views on this. In 1798, he also drafted and help pass something known as the Virginia Resolutions, a state-level “legislative device” in response to the Alien and Sedition Acts. Here’s a key part:
Like Madison advised in Federalist #46, both he and Thomas Jefferson advised a state-level response to dangerous federal acts. In 1798, neither of them even mentioned voting or lawsuits. Jefferson told us that a “nullification is the rightful remedy.” And Madison told us that states are “duty-bound to interpose.” When Daniel Webster called on these same principles in response to military conscription plans during the war of 1812, he said:

AHRP | January 30, 2020 The World Health Organization provides public health recommendations about the use of pharmacologic drugs and vaccines and provides guidelines and assistance in public health emergencies. When it was founded in 1948, the WHO relied on funding from its member states; their contributions were assessed based on their national income and population. The funds were not earmarked for any particular policy. In those days, the WHO was an independent organization. But over time, the WHO leadership traded its independence and with it, its integrity, for big money. In 1988, Halfdan Mahler, Director General of the WHO from 1973 to 1988, warned the world against the power wielded by the pharmaceutical industry over the WHO. He stated, in the Danish daily newspaper (Politiken): “this industry is taking over WHO”. Unfortunately, no one at that time believed him.[1] The take-over intensified; with Big Pharma dictating global public health policies that the WHO initiates and promotes. Those policies have vastly enriched Big Pharma, and the WHO has been generously rewarded for its service.
The WHO, it should be noted, is not accountable to public scrutiny – as non-profits are. The internal documents of the WHO are not available under Freedom of Information, and most of the WHO’s financial contracts are secret. In essence, the WHO became a vassal of, and the global marketing agent for Big Pharma and its aggressive drug and vaccine market expansion agenda. Time and again, the WHO has demonstrated its allegiance to its financial backers; adopting that have vastly enriched Pharma – even as the widespread, use – and misuse – of multi-drug cocktails and multi-virus vaccines – have caused epidemic number of serious adverse side-effects, hospitalizations, chronic illnesses, and deaths. [3] During Margaret Chan’s tenure, Bill Gates has had a disproportionate influence over the WHO; his foundation has contributed more than $2.4 billion, while member countries have grown reluctant to put their money into the agency, especially after the 2008 global financial crisis. Bill Gates has been labeled by some as “the world’s most powerful doctor”.
A historical perspective is always revealing: whereas the WHO mission and propaganda proclaim that its “overarching objective is to ensure healthy lives and to promote well-being for all at all ages”, the WHO has consistently issued public health recommendations that served Big Pharma’s interest, but caused severe harm to hundreds of thousands of people. The following are but a few examples of the betrayal of the WHO mission of improving the public health. WHO officials are not scientists; the scientists who work with WHO officials have been allocated to the WHO by its donors. These scientists render decisions that benefit donor industries. The major beneficiary is the pharmaceutical industry; but other beneficiaries include the tobacco industry, the nuclear energy industry, and the agriculture genetic modification (GMO) industry. The focus of this post is the complicity of the WHO in covering up – and/or precipitating – disastrous public health consequences including cancer, birth defects, and a host of chronic neurological illnesses; illnesses and deaths caused by the atomic energy industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the focus is during the period when Dr. Margaret Chan was the Director General of the WHO from 2006-2017. - WHO downplayed the catastrophic health consequences following Chernobyl nuclear explosion WHO downplayed evidence of catastrophic consequences following the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear power plant explosion.
- The report, issued by the WHO in 2005, downplayed the dangers of radiation. The authors claimed that the 1986
Chernobyl nuclear power plant explosion resulted in fewer than 50 deaths, while conceding that there could possibly
be 4,000 deaths attributable to the Chernobyl accident. The report by the WHO-IAEA contradicted the accumulating
evidence of expansive, widespread contamination, and disregarded the harm suffered by populations exposed to
ionizing radiation, covering large swaths of Europe. - Ian Fairlie, a radiation biologist who co-authored The Other Report on Chernobyl (TORCH, 2006)[4] explained that the WHO and the IAEA work closely with the Nuclear industry: “the WHO and IAEA control the science and dictate the agenda at very senior levels. And they predetermine what line they would take.” Dr. Fairlie estimated that 600,000,000 of the European population was exposed to radiation. - In 2009, the Annals New York Academy of Sciences published a translation of a book by Russian scientists in Vol. 1181of its Annals.

additional exposure to radiation because of Chernobyl. Thus, it should be noted that the latency period for many
types of cancer is 25 – 30 years. At present we are only just seeing cases of thyroid cancers, breast cancers and

Research Centre for Radiation Medicine in Kiev, Ukraine, confirmed that: In 2018, a German documentary by Lilian Franck, TrustWHO revealed how the WHO’s financial dependence for its stream of funding has ensured that its policies and activities do not interfere with the business of powerful industrial countries and multi-national corporations that provide the major portion of the WHO’s funds. In 2009, WHO Director General, Dr. Chan declared the flu (H1N1 “Swine Flu”) “a pandemic”
- Wolfgang Wodarg, former delegate to the European Council describes how vaccine manufacturers had launched new production programs to produce vaccines for a flu pandemic for governments to purchase and stockpile. However, their global marketing plan could only be implemented without a declared pandemic by the WHO. - A meeting by WHO officials and the European Scientific Working group on Influenza (ESWI) provided the “scientific” mantle for calling to action preparedness against a non-existent influenza pandemic. The ESWI is composed of scientists who are financed by vaccine manufacturers – Hoffmann-LaRoche, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi Pasteur, Genentech, Janssen, subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, and Novarax. - Margaret Chan obliged by changing the WHO criteria for a pandemic; “severity of illness” and the rapid spread of infection to millions of people was eliminated as a criterion for declaring a pandemic. By declaring a mild flu, a “pandemic” the WHO caused an international panic that helped Pharma ensure that governments around the world would purchase and stockpile the H1N1 flu vaccine in preparation for a fictitious flu pandemic. The H1N1 vaccine deal was struck behind closed doors. Even, Dr. German Velasquez, then Special Advisor for Health and Development of Drugs for Neglected Diseases Institute, and the Director of the WHO Secretariat of the Department of Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property at the Director General Office, was denied entry to the private meeting between WHO officials and Pharma representatives who worked out the deal. Her estimate that billions of people would be infected, fomented a global hysteria. - The media sounded the alarm repeatedly; everyone was terrified about the coming catastrophe. “To understand the kind of pressure and stress the states and the ministries of health were put under, you need to realize that not to buy the vaccines could easily, because of the close links between the industry and the press, mean the fall of a whole government.” [2] - The hysteria, about a fictitious pandemic, garnered flu vaccine manufacturers $18 billion.
- In 2010, representatives from governments all over the world, who had spent billions of dollars for unnecessary H1N1 vaccine stock piles, as well international organizations, all agreed that the WHO had caused an international panic and health disaster by declaring the mild H1N1“Swine flu” to be a pandemic that was threatening mankind. - The Council of Europe issued a critical report in which it pointed to the WHO partnership with the pharmaceutical industry as the true cause of all the trouble.[6] Forbes also excoriated the WHO: “The World Health Organization has suddenly gone from crying “The sky is falling!” like a cackling Chicken Little to squealing like a stuck pig. The reason: charges that the agency deliberately fomented swine flu hysteria.” - Even within the agency, the director of the WHO Collaborating Center for Epidemiology in Munster, Germany, Dr. Ulrich Kiel, has essentially labeled the pandemic a hoax. “We are witnessing a gigantic misallocation of resources [$18 billion so far] in terms of public health.” [7] - However, the Swine flu debacle, and the aggressive promotion of the H1N1 vaccine (Pandemrix, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline) caused thousands of people to suffer from a wide range of serious adverse effects that were concealed from the public. [7A BMJ] - Serious adverse effects include systemic muscle pain, Bell’s palsy, neuritis, chronic pain, paraesthesia, inflammatory bowel disease, and narcolepsy a chronic neurological disease that especially affected adolescents. However, leading medical journals refused to publish scientists’ reports of their finding serious health hazardous following vaccination - As is the norm when safety hazards involve pharmaceutical products, nine years had passed before the public learned about the serious hazards posed by the H1N1 flu vaccine. The evidence of serious hazards including deaths, was uncovered during the discovery process of a lawsuit against GSK. [7A] - The GSK documents reveal that the Pandemrix vaccine caused a large number of serious adverse events during clinical trials, including anaphylaxis, convulsions, and deaths.
WHO Opioid Prescribing Guidelines Promoted the Expanded Use of
Opioids The details of the collaboration of the WHO and opioid manufacturers were uncovered in company documents during the discovery phase of lawsuits against Purdue in the U.S. These documents reveal that when Purdue crafted their aggressive opioid marketing in the 1990s, part of Purdue’s marketing strategy was to deceive doctors about the addictive properties of OxyContin, and to keep patients on the drug for longer and longer periods. Purdue’s marketing of OxyContin followed Big Pharma’s modus operandi – as describe by Dr. Sergio Sismondo in his book, Ghost-Managed Medicine (2018). A U.S. Senate report – Fueling an Epidemic,[8] documented the millions of dollars that Purdue and the other opioid manufacturers – Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Mylan, Depomed, and Insys – paid to 14 patient advocacy organizations and professional societies between 2012 and 2017; thereby securing their support.[9] The Senate report documents how the pharmaceutical industry transformed physician and patient organizations into front groups that promoted its opioid products – regardless of the extreme harm they caused. These “advocates” enabled Purdue to market its misinformation subversively; encouraging physicians to overcome “opiophobia” – i.e., hesitancy or reluctance to use opioids. These “advocates” promoted policies favorable to unrestricted opioid use, and criticized government prescribing guidelines. They have often supported opioid industry interests at the expense of their own constituencies. The report documents how these ostensibly neutral advocacy organizations opposed efforts to minimize the risk of opioid addiction.
In 2000, the WHO issued an opioid guideline, Achieving Balance in National Opioid Control Policy: Guidelines for Assessment. According to the Congressional Report, the WHO Collaborating Centre for Policy and Communications in Cancer Care at the University of Wisconsin Pain & Policy Studies Group revealed that from 1999 to 2010, it had accepted over $1.6 million from Purdue. The WHO began to seek input on the formulation of its guidelines in 2007 and 2008, when it sought the input of organizations known to have financial relationships with the opioid industry, ensuring a pro-opioid industry bias to its report. Foremost among these industry-funded organizations is the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), which has chapters such as the European Federation of IASP and the Latin American Federation of ISP. IASP funded the WHO guidelines. The WHO collected industry-supported opioid information feedback which was incorporated into its updated opioid guidelines. The WHO collected the information in the form of a Delphi Study whose methodology relied on reaching a consensus among participants. In other words, the WHO was formulating a uniform pro-opioid propaganda narrative that promoted the expanded use for opioids, hence an expanded market for Purdue, its international arm Mundipharma, and Endo Pharmaceuticals. This guideline was the basis for the later WHO document, Ensuring Balance in National Policies on Controlled Substances: Guidance for Availability and Accessibility of Controlled Medicines (2011).
“The web of influence we uncovered paints a picture of a public health organization that has been manipulated by the opioid industry. The WHO appears to be lending the opioid industry its voice and credibility, and as a result, a trusted public health organization is trafficking dangerous misinformation that could lead to a global opioid epidemic. [The company’s] exponential increase in opioid sales and profits documented that their marketing strategies worked. Trusted public health organizations convinced doctors that opioids were safe and effective.” These collaborating interconnected front groups helped to make OxyContin the profitable blockbuster drug that has addicted millions, ravaged communities and killed tens of thousands of people. The Congressional report shows that the WHO was a central player who worked in concert to promote higher opioid prescribing rates. The American Pain Society and its global arm, International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP); International Children’s Palliative Care Network; the Mayday Fund; International Association for Hospice & Palliative Care; U.S. Cancer Pain Relief Committee, Open Society Foundations; Willem Scholten, of the International Drug Policy Consortium; Richard Payne of Duke University, who chairs the Center for Practical Bioethics, has numerous financial ties to drug companies,[11]and former president of the American Pain Society; Russell Portenoy, MD, Chief Medical Officer & Director of the Metropolitan Jewish Health System (MJHS), the largest in the NY region; Hospice and Palliative Care in New York; Kathleen Foley, MD, neurologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
- In 2011, the WHO published its revised opioid guideline: Ensuring Balance in National Policies on Controlled Substances. The WHO promoted Purdue’s false claim that dependence occurs in less than one percent of patients. The WHO disregarded the evidence of the serious public health hazard of OxyContin and opioid addiction, and promoted Purdue’s ruthless three-pronged marketing strategy. That strategy, laid out in company documents, eliminated step two from its earlier guideline which had recommended to keep the opioid dose low by combining opioids with non-opioid drugs like Tylenol. - The WHO assured physicians that: “Opioid analgesics, if prescribed in accordance with established dosage regimens, are known to be safe and there is no need to fear accidental death or dependence.” - This was an outright deception contradicted by the overwhelming evidence. As the Congressional report notes: - “a review of the WHO guidelines makes it clear that the ‘problem’ the WHO seems to be addressing is not how to limit the use of these highly addictive drugs, but rather how to eliminate barriers to their use.”
- By the time WHO crafted the new opioid guideline, opioid deaths and emergency treatment for overdosing had skyrocketed: the devastation was in plain sight. Nevertheless, the new WHO guideline recommendations followed Purdue’s opioid prescribing guidelines. The Congressional Report– Corrupting Influence: Purdue & WHO — notes: - “When viewed through the lens of the opioid crisis in the United States, [the WHO guideline] Ensuring Balance’s recommendations are shocking”. - “The WHO appears to conclude that prescription opioids are safe and effective; that countries should avoid policies that limit or discourage their use; and that no restrictions should be placed on their strength or length of use. - In 2012, the WHO followed up with an even more shocking, medically irresponsible, promotional opioid guideline for physicians: Pharmacological Treatment of Persisting Pain in Children with Medical Illnesses. In this revision of its previous Guideline — that had focused on children with cancer — the WHO adopted Purdue’s marketing term “opiophobia” to disparage physician’s reluctance to use opioids because of their addictive nature, calling it an “unreasonable fear”. The WHO assured doctors that opioids were perfectly safe for children, and that “there is no specific or maximum dose of opioids.”
The report, Corrupting Influence: Purdue & WHO notes that when the WHO issued the Children’s opioid guideline, “the medical community already recognized that higher doses of opioids are not more effective in relieving chronic pain, and that higher doses of opioids significantly raise the risks of overdose and death.” Indeed, the deceptive assurances by the WHO to physicians were made despite the fact that US public health agencies had determined that fatal overdoses in adults had skyrocketed when they were prescribed more than 90 morphine milligram per day. The WHO acknowledges that every recommendation is based on “low” or “very low” quality of evidence. Yet, despite the low quality of evidence, the WHO emphasizes that all of the recommendations in the Children’s Guidelines are intended to be followed “unequivocally” and that clinicians must adhere to these recommendations. In 2017, The Associated Press obtained internal WHO documents and published an exposé about the astronomical travel expenditures by officials of the WHO. Whereas other international aid agencies, such as Doctors Without Borders, with a staff of about 37,000 aid workers, spend about $43 million on travel a year, the WHO, with a staff of 7,000 spends more than $200 million annually.
AP reported that:

during the Ebola crisis, sometimes flying by helicopter to visit clinics instead of traveling by jeep over muddy
roads, according to internal trip reports he filed.
It is difficult to fathom why – other than financial self-interest — the WHO leadership decided to declare a “Swine Flu” pandemic when none existed. Yet, the same leadership delayed declaring Ebola a pandemic, or to properly address the human needs as the catastrophe spread. The failure by WHO officials to raise the alarm and take action resulted in a mounting body count of West African people; the human casualties reached 11,000. The WHO leadership is focused on Big Pharma’s drug and vaccine marketing agenda which the WHO endorses and vigorously promotes. The Ebola pandemic, at that time provided no opportunity for Pharma, inasmuch as the industry had nothing to sell; so the WHO failed to take action. but did manage to travel luxuriously. Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx should be tried as criminal conspirators who willfully collaborated in a mass deception that shutdown the U.S. economy, stole over 35 million jobs from the American people, deceived physicians and the entire medical industry into lying about the true threat (or lack thereof) of corona and ultimately took (and are still taking) the lives of countless thousands of innocent Americans. These deaths are directly due to the denial of medical care for non-corona illnesses (including cancer and heart disease) and the fear imposed on people—both physicians and patients—which resulted in doctors taking extended vacations for fear of contracting corona from their patients and fearful patients refusing to go to hospitals and doctors' offices. Not to mention, the escalating numbers of deaths from suicide resulting from the devastation of this medically imposed tyranny. Every job is "essential" when you rely on it for your living. We now know that Fauci and Birx used a scam pandemic model from the Imperial College in London authored by recently disgraced Professor Neil Ferguson to persuade President Trump to lock down the entire U.S. economy and begin an avalanche of State shutdowns of businesses, schools, churches, etc., all across America. The Imperial College Model has now been exposed as "completely unusable for scientific purposes." In other words, it was a total sham. Here are bullet points from the report: ** Dr. Tony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx used the Imperial College Model to persuade President Trump to lock down the ENTIRE US ECONOMY. ** The fraudulent model predicted 2.2 million American deaths from the coronavirus pandemic. ** The authors of the Imperial College Model shared their findings with the White House Coronavirus task force in early March. ** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx then met with President Trump privately and urged him to shut down the US economy and destroy the record Trump economy based on this model. ** A new critique of the Imperial College Model finds the study is “completely unusable for scientific purposes” — The Imperial College study is a complete sham. ** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx pushed a garbage model on the White House and the American public and destroyed the US economy. The report concludes: Ferguson’s model was complete trash. Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx ran with it anyway — without any facts or comparisons. They never got a second opinion! Now we are facing massive unemployment and poverty. It needs to be asked: Will Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx face prison time for their colossal mistake? In conclusion: Dr. Birx and Dr. Fauci misled the White House and the American public. The economy is destroyed and over 30 million Americans have lost their incomes. Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx should resign immediately and face criminal charges for defrauding the US government and American public. Also read this report that further puts the spotlight on Neil Ferguson’s (Professor Panic’s) sham computer model that was used by Fauci and Birx to scare America into surrendering the Bill of Rights and virtually everything we hold dear—including the freedom of worship. From the report: ‘[Neil Ferguson’s model] is such a joke it is either an outright fraud, or it is the most inept piece of programming I have ever seen in my life . . . This is the most unprofessional operation perhaps in computer science. The entire team should be disbanded and an independent team put in place to review the work of Neil Ferguson . . . The only reasonable conclusion I can reach is that this has been deliberately used to justify bogus forecasts intent for political activism . . . There seems to have been no independent review of Ferguson’s work, which is unimaginable!’ My friend Dr. Don Boys recently wrote a column questioning whether the CDC, rather than being a guardian of national health, is actually a vaccine company, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. charges. Boys asks: But is it [the CDC’s purpose] prevention of disease or is it to prevent taxpayers from knowing the connection, collusion, corruption, and conspiracy with the vastly wealthy pharmaceutical companies, vaccine producers, and universities? I’ll answer the question: The latter is EXACTLY the purpose of the CDC. To illustrate: Despite knowing that the computer model that Fauci and Birx (and Trump) have been using to inflict all of this fear and paranoia over corona is a big fat scam, in order to keep the phony narrative going, the CDC continues to report deaths from corona that are egregiously exaggerated—even to the point of manipulation and deception. For example, the CDC’s own website dated May 15, 2020 (the CDC often updates the stats on this page, of course, but the numeric comparisons I’m making here stay the same) reported corona deaths at 60,299. Deaths with pneumonia, influenza or Covid-19 were reported to be 120,370. Deaths with pneumonia alone were reported to be 81,318. Deaths from influenza alone were reported to be 6,158. But if you subtract pneumonia deaths (81,318) and influenza deaths (6,158) from 120,370, you come up with 32,894 corona deaths. Yet, the CDC hypes the number at being almost double that amount at 60,299. And never forget that the CDC has instructed physicians to assume corona deaths on death certificates without any testing or knowledge that the deceased actually died from corona. Hence, we know that any numbers we are given regarding corona deaths are exaggerated. The only thing we don’t know is how MUCH they are exaggerated. The CDC’s own stats suggest that reported corona deaths are at least double the true figure. And I personally believe that reported corona deaths are exaggerated even more than that. But one hint of these fudged statistics is the CDC report of 6,158 deaths from influenza for the months of February through May 15. That’s 3 ½ months or well over half of the peak months of seasonal flu deaths. Over the past 9 years, influenza has killed on average almost 40,000 Americans annually. Yet during over half of the peak months of the 2019/2020 flu season (the exact months coinciding with the coronavirus), the CDC is reporting only 6,000 flu deaths? This figure defies all reason and logic. The ONLY way this stat makes any sense is that tens of thousands of people who died from the flu this year were listed as dying from corona in order to maintain the false narrative begun by Ferguson, Fauci, Birx and Trump. Plus, several reports are beginning to surface regarding the lack of reported deaths from heart attacks. During the past couple of months, coinciding with the Covid “pandemic,” heart doctors are reporting 60% (and more) reductions in hospital admissions for heart failure. 60%!!! Plus, acute appendicitis and acute gallbladder disease emergencies are also down significantly. Again, this defies reality. All of these diseases have not suddenly sharply decreased at the very time that the coronavirus is spiraling upward. The obvious reason for this phenomenon is that people suffering from these other diseases have been scared out of their minds by all of the corona hysteria and are not seeking medical care (or are being denied medical care). I wonder how many people who died from these other diseases at home were listed as dying from corona. And make no mistake about it: The endgame is forced vaccinations and the utter annihilation of our Natural liberties protected in the Bill of Rights. Those who think the government is planning on forcing every American to inject themselves with a coronavirus vaccine may have just received an indication confirming their fears. That’s because a recent press release from the US Department of Defense revealed that the Department of Defense (DoD) is partnering with Health and Human Services (HHS) to purchase 500 million ApiJect vaccine injection devices. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in October of this year. (Source) Writing for AmericanThinker.com, Peter Barry Chowka is even more direct: The reports during the past two days that President Trump has engaged the military in a project called Operation Warp Speed to fast track a Covid-19 vaccine – which is being compared to the World War Two Manhattan Project to develop a nuclear weapon – feels like the final blow. It has taken the wind out of my sails that America can be made great – aka pre-coronavirus panic – ever again. President Trump’s promise of a vaccine yesterday implies words like mandate, monitoring, and immunity passports. Contact tracing and tens of thousands of new government workers to spy on and enforce compliance with that unproven strategy which came out of nowhere last month were bad enough. Now we have the next and possibly the final chapter: A new medical mandate enforced by the military that will make Obamacare’s onerous individual health insurance mandate seem like child’s play. Chowka quotes Mike Adams’ very realistic analysis: Don’t forget that this is being married with President Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” which aims to bypass all the usual protocols of vaccine safety testing and clinical trials, delivering up to 300 million coronavirus vaccine doses before the end of calendar 2020…. If coronavirus vaccines were planned to be optional — respecting the vaccine choice of individuals — not more than 100 million doses would be needed. The fact that 500 million doses are being manufactured is an admission that the DoD and HHS plan to make coronavirus vaccines mandatory. [emphasis original.] I'm saying it straight out: Fauci and Birx are criminals whose crimes are so heinous that they should spend the rest of their lives in prison. And never forget that Donald Trump was the one who gave Fauci and Birx the platform to trumpet their sham science. Trump is the one who called for a nationwide lockdown of our economy, our communities, our businesses, our schools and our churches. And it is Donald Trump who has selected the U.S. military to spearhead the distribution of corona vaccinations to every person in America. At this point and forward, anyone who continues to cover for—or make excuses for—Donald Trump is a willing participant in the destruction of America. This is no longer about choosing a lesser evil. This is about the survival of our republic in 2020—before we even have a chance to vote for a lesser evil. This is about America’s survival RIGHT NOW. Along with forced vaccinations come universal tracking, forced internments, medical certificates as a requirement to work, board a plane, go to school and attend public events—perhaps even church. In other words, America will be turned into a western version of Communist China. And the man who is making it happen is Donald Trump. Fauci and Birx should go to prison for the rest of their lives. And Donald Trump needs to be shipped to Tel Aviv to share a jail cell with Benjamin Netanyahu. And every politician in Washington, D.C. Itself Published: Thursday, September 3, 2020 At the height of the government’s coronavirus lies and lockdowns, 30-year veteran physician, Dr. Ann Bukacek, stood at the podium of Liberty Fellowship and exposed the gross exaggeration of corona death certificates that were being encouraged by the CDC as a way of manipulating public perception regarding the nature and extent of the virus. She used the CDC’s own statements to prove her assertions. For daring to tell the truth about the coronavirus and the CDC’s hype and fearmongering over the virus, a tsunami of hate, vitriol and personal and media attacks were hurled at this respected physician (she has been voted Best Family Physician in the county two years running and three times overall) at a level most of us cannot imagine. Even many of her peers in the medical profession attacked her mercilessly—some even threatened to get her license revoked. She didn’t flinch. She has more courage than most men you will ever meet. Well, hold onto your seats. A recent report published by the CDC itself totally vindicates Dr. Bukacek and, at the same time, indicts itself. For the most part, of course, the mainstream media is ignoring the report. Dr. Annie Bukacek of Kalispell did her best to try warning Montanans that the death rate of COVID-19 was being stretched and contorted by misleading death certificates. In the article, Montana Doctor Blows the Whistle on the CDC’s Manipulated Coronavirus Figures, the Gazette reported Bukacek’s presentation which explained that COVID-19 was being placed on death certificates as the cause of death merely because the deceased had tested positive for the virus and regardless of whether or not it actually caused them to die. Bukaceks’ assertions were picked up by the national press and joined a loud chorus of medical professionals around the nation who were insisting that the CDC’s figures were skewed. Largely, Bukacek was slandered in the press in outlets like The Daily Beast, Buzzfeed, and even Rolling Stone for being an ‘anti-vaxxer’ and ‘conspiracy theorist’ who was ‘undermining COVID-19 response in Montana.’ Buzzfeed wrote of Dr. Bukacek, “In a widely circulated video posted on social media, Bukacek cast doubt over official COVID-19 death tolls, saying medical professionals were pressured to attribute non-COVID deaths to the virus.” For this, Montana liberals who were prone to believe whatever was told to them by Governor Bullock and state health officials and castigate any opposing view as a “conspiracy theory” launched a petition to oust Dr. Bukacek from the Flathead County Health Board. The petition to remove her, which has roughly half the signatures than the petition to keep her, reads, “Dr Annie Bukacek has violated public trust by putting her political and religious views ahead of science in regards to the Covid-19 outbreak.” It turns out, Dr. Bukacek was right all along, and her understanding of science and medicine has been vindicated in the latest report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. According to the CDC, only 6% of deaths originally reported as caused by Coronavirus were deaths exclusively caused by Coronavirus. As Dr. Bukacek warned Montanans from the beginning, the rest of the deaths attributed to COVID-19 were in cases in which patients tested positive, but who had other underlying health conditions that actually caused their death. While news outlets all across the country are pointing out that the CDC has provided this data, showing that COVID-19 is the exclusive or primary cause of death in only 6% of the cases (and has been inflated a whopping 1,567%), it should be noted that it doesn’t mean per se that COVID-19 didn’t have a role to play in the other 94% of deaths. What it does mean is that patients died with or from other ailments that are far more serious. Essentially, what the CDC has admitted is that those who have died from heart attacks or the flu were claimed to have died from COVID-19 on death certificates and in CDC reporting, whether or not that was the primary cause of their death (or necessarily a cause at all). If Montana COVID-19 rates are largely similar to those across the United States, this means that approximately six Montanans have died exclusively from COVID-19. Meanwhile, Governor Bullock and many local health boards seem to be unmoved by the latest scientific findings. Did you get that? The primary cause of death attributed to the coronavirus has been inflated by a whopping 1,567%. And did you hear this? “Essentially, what the CDC has admitted is that those who have died from heart attacks or the flu were claimed to have died from COVID-19 on death certificates and in CDC reporting, whether or not that was the primary cause of their death (or necessarily a cause at all).” That’s EXACTLY what Dr. Bukacek told us back in April. This local NBC news report states that the CDC is now admitting that only 9,683 people in the U.S. have died exclusively from the coronavirus—NOT the reputed 160,000 plus. The rest of the deaths had other serious underlying diseases that took their lives. Please let that sink in. The CDC’s own report says less than 10,000 people have died exclusively from the coronavirus. That fact is a blatant admission that the entire CDC/WHO/medical establishment/White House/congressional/news media corona narrative has indeed been grossly exaggerated and manipulated. Jordan Hall, Publisher of the Montana Daily Gazette, which was quoted above, gave an excellent summary of “The Great Coronavirus Panic Of 2020.” * The government response to COVID-19 has done far more damage than the virus itself. * Far fewer have died exclusively from COVID-19 than is regularly reported. * Far more have had COVID-19 than we were led to believe. * The so-called “experts” who insist we listen to them have been wrong on almost everything from the beginning. * We self-sabotaged our economy and stripped ourselves of liberty for what amounts to a paper tiger. * The government now has a far better idea exactly how far they can push citizens before we push back (and it’s further than any of us previously thought). This isn’t merely a strategy; it is a test. * There is clearly a coordinated effort to keep us afraid of this virus and afraid of each other in a way that far surpasses common-sense communicable virus mitigation. The media, technocrats, and at least half of our politicians want you to remain terrified (or should I say, terrorized). * Masks are clearly far less effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19 than social distancing (especially if you are sick), but almost all the PSAs from our Nanny State focus on masks exclusively. I’d suggest this is because without masks there would be no visible reminder in your daily life that you’re supposed to be terrified of something. * In fact, if it weren’t for media propaganda and the hysteria propagated by politicians, I submit to you we would not know there was a ‘pandemic’ at all. That’s right; without their fear mongering, we might have noticed nothing but a nasty respiratory bug going around, but it would not have struck us as a particularly deadly pandemic. Amen, Jordan! This means it’s time for the American people to call the bluff and throw away those worthless masks, forget those stupid social distancing mandates and demand that their State and local authorities give the People their country back. The CDC has lost all credibility. There is now no doubt: The CDC is nothing but a criminal cabal of white-coated pimps working for Big Pharma. Anthony Fauci should go to prison. Bill Gates should go to prison. The medical “experts” who regurgitated and went along with this fraud should find other work, and the politicians and government bureaucrats who helped shut this country down, who helped destroy millions of jobs, who helped ruin the careers of millions of people and who helped take the homes and livelihoods of millions of Americans should be tarred and feathered and put on a slow boat to China. And let’s not forget a president and Congress that stole over 6 trillion dollars from the American taxpayers—two thirds of which went to their big banker buddies at the Federal Reserve. Not only has the CDC lost credibility, so has the U.S. medical establishment. Doctors HAD to have known that the narrative was false, but they sacrificed their integrity and honesty and played along—they played along for BIG MONEY. HCA Healthcare is one of the world’s wealthiest hospital chains. It earned more than $7 billion in profits over the past two years. It is worth $36 billion. It paid its chief executive $26 million in 2019. But as the coronavirus swept the country, employees at HCA repeatedly complained that the company was not providing adequate protective gear to nurses, medical technicians and cleaning staff. Last month, HCA executives warned that they would lay off thousands of nurses if they didn’t agree to wage freezes and other concessions. A few weeks earlier, HCA had received about $1 billion in bailout funds from the federal government, part of an effort to stabilize hospitals during the pandemic. HCA is among a long list of deep-pocketed health care companies that have received billions of dollars in taxpayer funds but are laying off or cutting the pay of tens of thousands of doctors, nurses and lower-paid workers. Many have continued to pay their top executives millions, although some executives have taken modest pay cuts. The New York Times analyzed tax and securities filings by 60 of the country’s largest hospital chains, which have received a total of more than $15 billion in emergency funds through the economic stimulus package in the federal CARES Act. The hospitals — including publicly traded juggernauts like HCA and Tenet Healthcare, elite nonprofits like the Mayo Clinic, and regional chains with thousands of beds and billions in cash — are collectively sitting on tens of billions of dollars of cash reserves that are supposed to help them weather an unanticipated storm. And together, they awarded the five highest-paid officials at each chain about $874 million in the most recent year for which they have disclosed their finances. At least 36 of those hospital chains have laid off, furloughed or reduced the pay of employees as they try to save money during the pandemic. Seven chains that together received more than $1.5 billion in bailout funds — Trinity Health, Beaumont Health and the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan; SSM Health and Mercy in St. Louis; Fairview Health in Minneapolis; and Prisma Health in South Carolina — have furloughed or laid off more than 30,000 workers, according to company officials and local news reports. The bailout money, which hospitals received from the Health and Human Services Department without having to apply for it, came with few strings attached. Of course, this also means that there is absolutely NO REASON to take a corona vaccination. None. Zero. Zilch. It means Gates and Fauci are international con men who make P.T. Barnum look like a choir boy by comparison. It means that all of these lockdowns, shutdowns, closings and mandates were total frauds. It means the entire corona narrative is a fraud. It also means there is something much more sinister at work here. Planting fear, paranoia and hysteria into the hearts and minds of millions of people over a virus that has directly taken the lives of fewer than 10,000 people (doubtless, the true number of low corona deaths globally are similar to those in the U.S.) betrays a massive conspiracy to scare the world into total submission and subjugation. As I have said from the beginning: This is NOT about our health and safety; this is about our control and enslavement. NOW WE HAVE THE EVIDENCE. In Germany, more than 500 physicians and scientists came together to challenge the corona narrative saying, “We have a lot of evidence that it’s a fake story all over the world.” Also in Germany, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently rallied with a huge crowd of tens of thousands of German people who were rallying against Bill Gates and Big Pharma. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. spoke to an enormous crowd in Berlin on Saturday, as tens of thousands of Germans joined forces to protest what Kennedy Jr. referred to as Bill Gates’ “bio-security agenda, the rise of the authoritarian surveillance state and the Big Pharma sponsored coup d’etat against liberal democracy.” “The pandemic is a crisis of convenience for the elite who are dictating these policies,” said Kennedy Jr., who praised the huge Berlin crowd for being on the frontline of the fight against global totalitarianism. From this point forward, anyone who submits to this phony, fraudulent corona narrative is a willing participant in tyranny. Those who continue to go along with this masquerade need to stop waving the flag and stop singing God Bless America, because they are volitionally submitting to their own subjugation. THEY ARE WILLING SLAVES. Everyone who attacked and besmirched Dr. Bukacek for her courageous stand should crawl on their knees and beg for her forgiveness. A Contagion Of
Fear
[CHUCK BALDWIN] Published: Thursday, March 19, 2020 Does anyone remember these words: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself"? Those words are from President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s First Inaugural Address delivered on March 4, 1933. These words were spoken at the height of the Great Depression. My parents lived through the Great Depression (and two World Wars). I grew up listening to their experiences of living in the Depression. For poor people (which my parents were), the Depression was horrific. Today's Americans know nothing of suffering in the magnitude of that terrible period of U.S. history. And I can tell you emphatically that at no point did my parents (or grandparents or aunts and uncles) ever show fear. Never! Neither did they demonstrate selfishness nor panic. They spoke repeatedly of deprivation, sickness and want, but never of fear. And selfishness was not in their vocabulary. In the worst of times, they prayed, worked and worshiped together. Today, there is a contagion sweeping the country alright: It's a contagion of FEAR. Dr. Ron Paul suggests the coronavirus is a hoax. In a column entitled The Coronavirus Hoax, Dr. Paul said: People are “willing to give up freedoms for promises that the government will take care of them.” “State and local authoritarians love panic as well,” he continued before singling out U.S. infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci as the “chief fearmonger of the Trump Administration.” “Fauci is all over the media, serving up outright falsehoods to stir up even more panic. He testified to Congress that the death rate for the coronavirus is ten times that of the seasonal flu, a claim without any scientific basis,” Paul wrote. “Over what? A virus that has thus far killed just over 5,000 worldwide and less than 100 in the United States?” “People should ask themselves whether this coronavirus ‘pandemic’ could be a big hoax, with the actual danger of the disease massively exaggerated by those who seek to profit – financially or politically – from the ensuing panic.” Dr. Paul’s remarks are well taken. If it's not a hoax, the virus IS being used as a completely exaggerated, super-hyped, super-inflated psychological ops campaign against the American people—a coordinated full-court press of intimidation and fearmongering by the government, the mass media and the CDC. And disgustingly, many so-called patriot bloggers and broadcasters have also given themselves to grotesque fearmongering. Plus, did you know that the U.S. Marine Corps has psychological operations units and is paying individual Marines $40,000 to transfer to these units? How do we know that these military psyops units are NOT being used against the American people right now? What we do know is that all of this fearmongering has worked brilliantly. As Edmund Burke opined, "No passion so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear." A large segment of our population—probably a majority—is in deep panic. And not only does that mean empty shelves, empty classrooms and empty restaurants; it means empty minds. People everywhere are begging the government to protect and save them. Mark this down: When people are consumed with fear, they have already surrendered their hearts and minds to tyranny. What we are witnessing today is Medical Martial Law. In addition, Dr. Paul is right in asking who is profiting from this government/media-induced panic. Who exactly is profiting from the coronavirus? I’ll tell you: international bankers, socialist politicians, the Welfare State, Big Pharma, the Police State, government bureaucracy, etc. I’ll say it straight out: The CDC is nothing but a professional, government-backed lobby group for Big Pharma. Both parties in Congress and President Trump are pouring over one trillion taxpayer dollars for more and more government control over our lives. And the government/media mafia is willing to totally tank the U.S. economy in the process. Trump says that no more than 10 people should congregate. Okay, that means the U.S. House and Senate should shut down immediately. It means U.S. military troops must shut down operations involving any unit more than squad size. It means Trump's cabinet must immediately go home and stay home. It means police departments must immediately disband their shift meetings and dissolve their SWAT teams. It means the FBI, ATF, BLM, etc., must disband all units numbering more than 10. It means the U.N. must close immediately. It means State capitals and county governments must send home all of their clerical staff numbering over 10. And the CDC must close any laboratory or office involving 10 or more people. Does anyone really think any of that is going to happen? As usual, members of government believe themselves to be above the rules and restrictions they place on everyone else. Tens of thousands of people die from the flu every year, and no one panics. Over 60,000 Americans died of the flu in the 2019 flu season and over 80,000 Americans died of the flu during the 2018 flu season. That computes to more people dying from the flu—just in America in one month alone—than have died from corona in the entire world to date. Think of it another way: Every year, as many or more Americans die of the flu than were killed in all of the Vietnam War. And no panic! No closed restaurants. No empty shelves in stores. No presidential plea to stay home. No closed churches. No businesses shutting down. No panic! Why don’t the media tell us that the coronavirus has been around since the 1960’s? Why don’t they tell us that 30% of common colds stem from this virus? Why don’t they tell us that there is absolutely no way that these countries with far less medical sophistication than the U.S. could identify the cause of all of the so-called corona deaths as being attributed to COVID-19? Most countries don’t have a smidgen of test kits for COVID-19. For that matter, most of the states in the United States don’t even have sufficient test kits for COVID-19. And many of the testing kits that have been dispensed here in America have already been returned, because they didn’t work. So, you’re trying to tell me that all of these foreign countries have accurately diagnosed these deaths as being from the coronavirus or COVID-19? Give me a break! People with weakened immune systems from other diseases are susceptible to any virus—including corona. And for some, contracting corona could be the last straw or could lead to the last straw. But that does not mean that corona is a death sentence. Far from it. The next time you hear of another reported case of “coronavirus,” remind yourself that this is most likely not COVID-19. The CDC and fearmongers in the government and mass media want to scare us with the word “coronavirus” and make us believe that everyone who has corona has COVID-19 and is going to die. IT JUST ISN’T SO. This is pure fearmongering designed to produce panic. One absolutely cannot trust much of the data provided by the World Health Organization and the CDC. These organizations have a vested interest in exaggerating data to the worst case scenario, as frightening reports guarantee increased financial assistance for these organizations from the government. Why don’t they tell us that 80% of people who contract corona show only “mild” symptoms? Tom Hanks and his wife were diagnosed with corona, and they left the hospital smiling and happy just 5 days later. Why don’t they tell us that the global mortality rate of corona is just 1%? The chance of someone with symptomatic Covid-19 dying varied by age, confirming other studies. For those aged 15 to 44, the fatality rate was 0.5%, though it might have been as low as 0.1% or as high as 1.3%. For people 45 to 64, the fatality rate was also 0.5%, with a possible low of 0.2% and a possible high of 1.1%. For those over 64, it was 2.7%, with a low and high estimate of 1.5% and 4.7%. The chance of serious illness from coronavirus infection in younger people was so low, the scientists estimate a fatality rate of zero. A physician who is a Public Health Medical Advisor to two Montana counties gave the following warning as to the lasting deleterious consequences that this overreaction of fear and panic will have on our country: During the statewide Governor’s conference call today, a speaker said that we will never know the results of any over-reaction, but we will certainly know the results of any under-reaction. This is not true. We will eventually have a very good idea of the savage economic and social consequences, including deaths in economically marginal populations, of over-reaction and panic. Amen, doctor, Amen! Why don’t they tell us that the unusually high mortality rate of the virus in Italy is due to the way that country is rationing medical care—even denying medical care to those over 80? Why don’t they tell us that even for people over the age of 80, the COVID-19 survival rate is over 80%? The mortality rate of the coronavirus is only 2.9% in Hubei province, China, where Wuhan is located. In the rest of China, the mortality rate is 0.4%. Remember the Diamond Princess cruise ship off Japan that was supposedly thoroughly infected with the coronavirus? The mortality rate of the virus on the ship was 0.85%. Why don’t they report those facts? You know why they don’t report those facts. They are deliberately creating fear and panic all over the world. In order to make the American people fall for this hype and hysteria and convince them that this is a legitimate pandemic, they had to create fear and panic in the rest of the world first. Even more than the financial losses that this manufactured crisis is costing us Americans is the loss of our First Amendment liberties. Believe it or not, there was a time in this country when liberty was more important to the American people than their lives or their fortunes. Can anyone say Patrick Henry and the signers of our Declaration of Independence? Those days are gone. The government has no authority to dictate how many people choose to congregate for any peaceful purpose. Our First Amendment states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble. Telling people to not attend church is a violation of the constitutional clause, “prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Telling people they cannot gather in groups of more than 10, 20, 50, etc., is a clear violation of the constitutional clause, “no law . . . prohibiting . . . the right of the people peaceably to assemble.” The coronavirus or any other “emergency”—real or imagined—does NOT cancel or negate the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That’s why I’m saying, what we are witnessing is Medical Martial Law. It is unadulterated, unabashed government tyranny. Know this: The Big Government, Police State policies that are starting to take root in our country right now will be with us a long time after the coronavirus is gone. We have far more to fear from Big Government tyranny than we do from any virus. Every problem the government touches only gets worse. And that’s exactly what’s happening right now. You may think all of this is a benevolent effort of a well-intentioned government and news media to help stave off a crisis. I don’t buy it. Corona is merely the latest election-year medical scare to sweep America. In 2004, it was SARS. It was also Franklin D. Roosevelt who said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” This coronavirus scare will end 1) when the powers behind it accomplish what they want to accomplish, which always means more government and less freedom, or 2) when the American people on the whole get tired of the government’s heavy-handed “solutions” and say, “That’s enough!” Personally, I vote for the second option and wish the American people would hurry up. They have waited too long already. One more note: It is now very obvious that evangelical Christians will not lead any liberty charge. They are the first ones to run and hide at the sign of danger. We fought a War for Independence, a War of Northern Aggression and two World Wars. We’ve endured floods, famines, wildfires, tornados, earthquakes and hurricanes. And through it all, our Christian ancestors maintained a courageous and faithful presence in the House of God. When British troops were marauding through the Colonial countryside, Christians faithfully observed the Lord’s Day together in church. I remember my mother saying she rarely missed a church service during the Great Depression. The Sunday after Hurricane Ivan had seriously damaged our church buildings and devastated our entire community in 2004, we held our Lord’s Day service in the church parking lot. In times of disaster, war and pestilence, our Christian forebears led their communities into a stronger faith in God through their loving devotion to united worship. Those days, too, are gone. Now, Christians are among the first to shut the doors of their sanctuaries, leaving a distraught public to find spiritual solace somewhere else. In this regard, the only Christians Donald Trump cares about are the multimillionaire televangelists who spend their week on television fleecing the flock instead of feeding it. The true pastors who are in the trenches with the people, providing spiritual leadership, courage and hope, are expected to follow Trump’s demands to “stay home” and fend for themselves as best they can—and leave their flock to do the same. Today, commitment to God is measured by how many Trump rallies we attend or how often we raise an Israeli flag. I truly wonder what evangelicals would have done had Barack Obama told them that no crowd over ten should congregate—in their churches or anywhere else. Maybe evangelicals will find their backbone after a Democrat returns to the White House. As it stands right now, America—including Christian America—is suffering from a contagion of fear, which, as FDR said, is what we should fear most. P.S. Napolitano - “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” — Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) One of my Fox colleagues recently sent me an email attachment of a painting of the framers signing the Constitution of the United States. Except in this version, George Washington — who presided at the Constitutional Convention — looks at James Madison — who was the scrivener at the Convention — and says, “None of this counts if people get sick, right?” In these days of state governors issuing daily decrees purporting to criminalize the exercise of our personal freedoms, the words put into Washington’s mouth are only mildly amusing. Had Washington actually asked such a question, Madison, of all people, would likely have responded: “No. This document protects our natural rights at all times and under all circumstances.” It is easy, 233 years later, to offer that hypothetical response, particularly since the Supreme Court has done so already when, as readers of this column will recall, Abraham Lincoln suspended the constitutionally guaranteed writ of habeas corpus — the right to be brought before a judge upon arrest — only to be rebuked by the Supreme Court. The famous line above by Benjamin Franklin, though uttered in a 1755 dispute between the Pennsylvania legislature and the state’s governor over taxes, nevertheless provokes a truism. Namely, that since our rights come from our humanity, not from the government, foolish people can only sacrifice their own freedoms, not the freedoms of others. Thus, freedom can only be taken away when the government proves fault at a jury trial. This protection is called procedural due process, and it, too, is guaranteed in the Constitution. Of what value is a constitutional guarantee if it can be violated when people get sick? If it can, it is not a guarantee; it is a fraud. Stated differently, a constitutional guarantee is only as valuable and reliable as is the fidelity to the Constitution of those in whose hands we have reposed it for safekeeping. Because the folks in government, with very few exceptions, suffer from what St. Augustine called libido dominandi — the lust to dominate — when they are confronted with the age-old clash of personal liberty versus government force, they will nearly always come down on the side of force. How do they get away with this? By scaring the daylights out of us. I never thought I’d see this in my lifetime, though our ancestors saw this in every generation. In America today, we have a government of fear. Machiavelli offered that men obey better when they fear you than when they love you. Sadly, he was right, and the government in America knows this. But Madison knew this as well when he wrote the Constitution. And he knew it four years later when he wrote the Bill of Rights. He intentionally employed language to warn those who lust to dominate that, however they employ governmental powers, the Constitution is “the Supreme Law of the Land” and all government behavior in America is subject to it. Even if the legislature of the State of New York ordered, as my friend Gov. Andrew Cuomo — who as the governor, cannot write laws that incur criminal punishment — has ordered, it would be invalid as prohibited by the Constitution. This is not a novel or an arcane argument. This is fundamental American law. Yet, it is being violated right before our eyes by the very human beings we have elected to uphold it. And each of them — every governor interfering with the freedom to make one’s own choices — has taken an express oath to comply with the Constitution. You want to bring the family to visit grandma? You want to engage in a mutually beneficial, totally voluntary commercial transaction? You want to go to work? You want to celebrate Mass? These are all now prohibited in one-third of the United States. I tried and failed to find Mass last Sunday. When did the Catholic Church become an agent of the state? How about an outdoor Mass? What is the nature of freedom? It is an unassailable natural claim against all others, including the government. Stated differently, it is your unconditional right to think as you wish, to say what you think, to publish what you say, to associate with whomever wishes to be with you no matter their number, to worship or not, to defend yourself, to own and use property as you see fit, to travel where you wish, to purchase from a willing seller, to be left alone. And to do all this without a government permission slip. What is the nature of government? It is the negation of freedom. It is a monopoly of force in a designated geographic area. When elected officials fear that their base is slipping, they will feel the need to do something — anything — that will let them claim to be enhancing safety. Trampling liberty works for that odious purpose. Hence a decree commanding obedience, promising safety and threatening punishment. These decrees — issued by those who have no legal authority to issue them, enforced by cops who hate what they are being made to do, destructive of the freedoms that our forbearers shed oceans of blood to preserve and crushing economic prosperity by violating the laws of supply and demand — should all be rejected by an outraged populace, and challenged in court. These challenges are best filed in federal courts, where those who have trampled our liberties will get no special quarter. I can tell you from my prior life as a judge that most state governors fear nothing more than an intellectually honest, personally courageous, constitutionally faithful federal judge. Currently, 80% of the WHO budget relies on earmarked donations; primarily
from the U.S. government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Big Pharma. The WHO revenue in 2016-2017
was $5, 139 Billion, of which only $927 million came from assessed contributions by member states; these
“core” funds cover the WHO’s general expenses. By contrast, $4,422 Billion were provided by major donors; and
these funds are earmarked for activities that serve the donor’s financial interests. These major donors
dictate and control the WHO policies, ensuring that WHO policies further their interests.

In 2003, the United Nations launched an inter-agency Chernobyl Forum,
comprised of the European Commission, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), UN Development Programme,
the World Bank and the governments of the three most affected countries.

the Environment. The lead author, Alexey V. Yablokov, a biologist was a member of the
Russian Academy of Science. The Russian scientists estimated that, based on the available medical data by
2004, the death toll worldwide as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, was 985,000. The populations most
exposed include: 830,000 Clean-up workers (liquidators); 350,400 Evacuees from the 30 km zone; and 8,300,000
people in the heavily irradiated zones in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The authors based their analysis on
1,000 published titles and over 5,000 internet and printed publications, primarily in Slavic
languages.Stakeholders invested in the atomic energy industry attacked the NY Academy for publishing a book
that they characterized as: “spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt about the use of nuclear energy.”
The WHO went so far as to issue a false claim that the NY Academy had repudiated the book and had withdrawn
it. The Academy did no such thing; the book stands.
